Nice clean store. Prices are are a little high, but good store overall.
I love to shop at Michaels, usually going with my wonderful daughter in law. We always find something fun, ranging from home decor to arts and crafts, frames etc. Its always a great experience.
If you have an artistic flair, or children, this store has a great selection of arts and crafts. The one way traffic associated with entrance and exit may add a minute or two to getting there and away, but it probably reduces accidents. Helpful staff! My wife likes their coupons.
Wow talk about awesome customer service. The girl stocking stop me to ask if she could help me find what I was looking for. After pointing me in the direction she went about trying to find the product I was looking for. Even though they did not have what I needed she kept looking and I purchased two different items I wasn’t looking for. In the world we’re living in today I would give them more stars than that.
My favourite store for any art supplies !!!! It can be expensive some times but if explore you always find something within your budget.
Was able to get in and out quickly.
Man I love and hate this place at the same time because I come here for one item and then I end up leaving with 10 items. I have a problem
The cashier was helpful and friendly. Its a smaller store but the store is always clean and tidy.
Did a quick and fantastic job on remounting a NASCAR picture for me. The sales girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I get my art framed here and its significantly lower price and excellent quality I recommend this store for all your arts and crafts needs
Very Friendly Staff! They allowed me to bring my small dog in to shop. We were walking the old bridge and stopped for paint.
Theyve got excellent stock, helpful associates.
The framing dept was so helpful! And patient! Very professional! ⭐⭐⭐
Its Michaels in an old supermarket in the Juanita neighborhood of Kirkland. Not the biggest store, but jammed packed with craft and art supplies.
Great products for arts and crafts.
Can almost always find most of what I need. Been in craft stores that are bigger that have less options.
Location is good, store is clean but dated and could use some renovation.
I love it, the outside gives an old-school vibe, but the inside is a candy land of arts & crafts. I was surprised by just how much was here, and was admittedly a bit reluctant to come to this Michaels. Definitely proven wrong, and have been back multiple times.
Love looking at all the fun stuff they have.
This is a great store. I love to go there to shop. My only criticism is that there is no one on the floor to get help from. You have to wait in a line to get to the cashier and then she or he is under pressure to move the line so they are not very eager to help you with merchandise selections.
It looked like a store pretending to be Michaels. I’m not sure what was going on there.
I Love Michaels for Holiday crafts or fun decor. They have fun stuff at a reasonable price.
Good selection of crafty items. Staff is kind.
Getting to the parking is pretty precarious, but they have a good selection and I think theyre fixing some of the issues they had with an older building.
Such an inspiring store to get ideas for crafts and decorations!!! Curbside during COVID has been fast and easy, plus the lovely location by the beach makes coming here a joy. :)
Honestly it was a mess, and the workers weren’t very helpful. They seemed almost bothered to be asked directions in their store when their signs and labels weren’t correct. Most likely won’t go back to this location.
The carts are too small for the amount of awesome in this store.
Great selection of Cricket vinyls and tools.
The check out line was deep with only one register open. And slow. The receptionist was taking a lot of time for a customer, unaware of the growing line of customers. Possibly an anomaly. But I did notice they do not have nearly as many attendants/staff as other similar stores in the area. There is was no one available for help at Michaels
Great craft store! Staff are friendly and helpful. Quality materials or cheap ones depending on your skill. Have an assortment of items ranging from knitting, drawing, beading, paints, scrapbooking, and more. Currently doing curbside pick and online orders.
Huge selection, enough parking space. got my leather dye here.
Lots of fun stuff. Just a bit pricey. Download the app for discounts.
It was crazy busy but they had a lot of Christmas items and everything was 40% off. They had a lot of choices but items needed to be restocked. Probably hard to keep up during the pandemic and everyone is crafting!
I went December 23rd. Pretty busy before Christmas. They had a 50% off sale on holiday stuff!
Ok store, kind of expensive and everything is made in China.
The staff are friendly and helpful. But this place is a dump. Its like stepping into a time machine to what Kirkland looked like in the 1980s, only with 30 years of deferred maintenance. Why are there a half dozen shipping containers in the parking lot? Why do the staff have to carefully walk down a rickety staircase that looks like it was ripped straight out of MeeMaws trailer park to deliver curbside orders? Its clear that Michaels corporation and the owner of this building have neglected it for a very long time. If you need to shop here, youll find staff members who can help you get what you need. If you can make the drive to a better Michaels, do it.
If u know Alexa Yoko Herbst she is a cheater and will sleep with ur best friend she may be a good artist and a good mod but she is promiscuous and has major bipolar so keep ur distance
Great place to get any Craft thing you need to get. Since Covid Hit it looked like Michaels rearranged some isles, maybe they could have bigger signs saying whats on whats isle. I walked up and down the islea looking for their cake isle.
Great selections of crafts material for all ages. Especially with Christmas 🎄 just around the corner. UPS pickup point to boot. Parking lot can be tight but just be patient 🙂
The hours here are different than listed. They seem to only be open until 7pm during week days, Im not sure about the weekend. They they seemed to be out of some items I needed. This store is always fun to browse! Although, the lighting in this store has always been really dim near the middle and towards the right side of the store (when your back is to the front doors inside the store).
The framing department needs sever help. Waited over a ½ for help before I gave up and left the store. Apathy in service.
Found what I needed. Huge variety!
First time using pick up. The lady who helped me was awesome very helpful
Now with a small fabric section!
Found some items I needed to repair some damaged wood
Your typical Michaels store. Did have to wait ~20 minutes for a curbside pickup. Ended up going in, but Im going to assume they didnt have enough folks working to accommodate curbside that day.
Trying to get in and park is a nightmare. They seem smaller than other Michaels so they may not have what youre looking for. Good people and good stuff but the parking is bad enough to make me reconsider shopping this location!
Not easy to get too. Store is hard to navigate, low ceilings and packed in things. Staff were great
It was overall good and looks like they restocked recently. It was pretty busy so more cashiers wouldve been helpful
Great for leather and leather work tools!
I always seem to find what I need for my projects and love seeing the change of the seasons in their products
First time here looking for my art supplies. in store promotions are amazing, and do not forget to download the Michaels app on your phone, you will get coupons for your next purchase. it opens early, so you can go there first thing in the morning and shop your stuff. seasonal decorations and floral are beautiful, love it!
Very helpful. Great service. Found a great deal
The staff are friendly and helpful when I need something I cant seem to find in the store. They have what ya need at a decent price.
I had a great time as usual. Everybody is so helpful and check out was speedy.
First time visit to this location and Im not impressed.1. The parking is odd and small. If you pass the small driveway entrance you must go around the block. Yuck.2. When you enter, every employee ignores you without a hello or greeting and there where many employees!3. Most of the shelves were empty. Yes its near Christmas but its only the 21st. Restocking is not required here?4. The only positive aspect at this location was the cashier had a great sense of humor plus assisted me with coupons. Merry Christmas!
Michaels is a great store for a variety of crafts, supplies and great bargains. The store in Juanita is not as large as other Michaels, but it is packed with many items. The staff are very friendly and helpful both in finding products and suggesting ideas to try. They also offer 40% and 50% coupons all year long. The parking lot is big and one can park further away or even across the street! Can be a bit awkward if going west on Juanita street, but if you pull in the driveway to the apartments one can cut thru to the back or go in front of the office buildings and down to the front of Michaels.
I have been trying to get an employee their to unlock their pens for ten minutes. I just went back up to the counter - there is nobody in line and I had to ask again for help. if youre going to lock up merchandise that super valuable likes a pens, at least you have to have employees there to unlock it for paying customers. How you dont have staff on the floor during the holiday season iks beyond me. 3 cashiers 2 people in line and no help.
Always a great experience!!
Great prices
Great service in the framing department. Helpful, kind and professional - willing to offer alternatives, direction & provide design suggestions. Loved that they can show you what the finished product will look like.
Even here Covid related shortages, but by and large still a great selection.
Good craft store employees are very helpful. Large selection of crafts, picture frames and custom framing, fake plants and vases, and decor. usually a little wait for the cashier not bad. the lights though are so bright all the time i almost need to wear sunglasses inside
You can be lost there for hours exploring thousands of DIY materials.
Specific to this location, the parking lot and the store have a feeling of being crowded. And while the staff can be helpful when asked, I wouldn’t necessarily describe them as friendly. However, I find the prices to be more reasonable compared some of the other “craft” stores in the area. It is also a large store so I’ve always been able to find exactly what I am looking for.
A mess! Place was disorganized, crowded, had a strange smell. Had to spend a significant chunk of time to find where basic art supplies were.Positive star is for the counter person who understood my frustrations and gave me a discount on item I purchased. (I had not been able to find any packages that had not been tampered with).
This is a great store, especially considering it is the only craft store in the area. Prices are decent (cheaper than Amazon on many things), and there are always coupons available on their app and website that you can use in the store.
Great selection of products. Best way to get some cheap copic markers: buy a set with a coupon (got it for 50% off). That’s more than a great deal!
Nothing to be excited about. The layout was disorganized and seemed to lack what other Michaels have. I will say however, the only male checker that night was very approachable and likeable...Thanks.
I was looking for frames and I found exactly what I needed!
Well organized and well stocked. Makes a nice stop for my art projects when Im building things. Staff is friendly but floor presence is a bit low.
Nice place. Good customer service. Nice selection of frames and art supplies
I love where this Michaels is located in relation to me. Its easy to get to walking, but can be a bit difficult to get in and out of with a vehicle, the street entrances have to deal with a very busy road. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There are certain areas where stock is obviously not popular and thus is not frequently restocked, such as the models area wood or supplies wall above the wood, but most of the store has something for every project you could want to work on. Its nice that the store staff do a great job judging how many people they have in line and opening more registers if itll help. I always look forward to coming here.My biggest concern is theyre going to have to eventually shut down the store for a bit to completely tear it down and rebuild it from the ground up. Its too popular to close completely, but the building is almost literally falling down. :(
Not my favourite Michaels. Some aisles and spots seem kind of dark and sad, especially towards the outer parameter of the store layout. They have nice things though. The staff is polite and helpful which is always appreciated
Great sales, awesome selection and friendly checker!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful: five stars! The store seemed quite large, but many areas were dimly lit, and the layout was nonsensical making it challenging to find the items I was looking for: one star. While searching for my items took longer than expected, I was able to traipse around the store and noticed it was quite tidy with hardly anything out of place: four stars.Overall: three+ stars.
Small and quaint but always has what I need. The employees most of the time know where to find something when you ask. They do change stuff around often so that is something! Great prices, always a discount.
Get my pictures framed there. Always busy when I go there. Ive been happy with what theyve done.
Fabulous and quick curbside pickup.
I want to love this store, but it’s not well taken care of - it’s dark, dirty, and hard to find what you’re looking for. The store in general needs a lot of TLC. My largest disappointment is that it doesn’t have a fabric roll section like Ben Franklin.
Went purely for the UPS pickup location. Its *inside* at the framing department. Staff was friendly, appreciated their help. However, theres almost no signage outside indicating the UPS location, and none on the inside. Made it a little confusing.
Not the easiest location to get to, but a larger store than the other Michaels I have been to. Great hobby store similar to with Hobby Lobby. For me, my first stop for framing needs - awesome selection of frames and mattes.
I was surprised at how large this place was actually. They had a lot of Halloween, fall season, Thanksgiving, and Christmas decorations and crafts. it was actually pretty exciting to go through the store.
I love this Michaels.. its more like a local craft store than a big box store feel. I love it way more than the Crossroads store, and the people here are friendlier too!
On this visit to Michaels, every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had questions regarding the materials we needed and everyone did their best to assist us. Good selection of supplies and very reasonable prices. We appreciated the helpfulness of your staff.
Layout is always a challenge here, but the staff are helpful and I eventually find what I need.
The selections pretty good but not the best of the chain. The store itself is old, dingy, and depressing, which makes me want to go somewhere else. BUT its convenient, I like their coupons, and the staff is wonderful.
Hard to get into. Store needs major repairs, and was low on stock.
This place is great if you are going to get good quality art supplies etc. And has good affordable prices. The only flaw is that the store is really big so you cant find things easily without a worker.
Wonderful little store.... Those lights, though... Too darn bright
Good store, very bad access and parking though.
Shelby, Rachel and Jess are absolutely the best to work with. They are artistic geniuses!! I have gone there twice in the last week for framing jobs and they have been terrific.
So much to see, to many people inside the store, I was a little uncomfortable.
