Drove 400 miles round trip and spent almost 8 hours in my car, and I would do it again! I went to get brackets made for my car by their in house affiliate company Planted technology. When I arrived my day got better. 425 MS is a fabrication shop and a race/safety equipment seller. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly the store is well organized and clean. Give them a look if your interested in modification or just some racing safety components.

First time shopping here and had a really great experience. Staff was very friendly, I wasnt mansplained to even once, not even a hint. They answered questions offered theyre experience with products and were mindful of my budget. 10/10 will shop here again and recommend to all my racing buddies of all genders.

This place is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and there are no pressured sales. This group is very easy to talk with and actually listen to your needs to point you in the right direction. Great place when you need some racing gear stat.Our 24 hours of lemons team needed a last minute seat substitution and we found an extra-wide OMP for a good price there (only $200 markup over online sources).No pressure sales tactics here, because if you know what you want the staff will simply guide you to the solution instead of forcing one on you.They can even weld a cage for you there (apparently).One stop shop for all the racing fixings.

425 recently built a full roll cage, added seats, harnesses, etc in my vehicle. From both a personal level and workmanship, they are a top notch group. Dan was great with helping me through the options and decisions. Mitch did a fantastic job on the build and assembly, and was also great to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Went here to check out some seats, you can sit in the seats to see how they feel. Going back to buy a helmet and gloves. Go here and support local businesses, not because their another speed shop, support them since they know what theyre selling.

Being able to actually sit in a bunch of different seats was incredibly helpful. The prices are competitive with anything i could find online and the customer service was fantastic.

I was in search of a steering wheel that was discontinued last year. After calling performance shops across most of North America, I landed on 425 Motorsports and they had it. Probably the last one available anywhere. Dan was a huge help. Very quick to assist and the item was shipped same day. I received the wheel 2 days before the estimated delivery time as well. Great store, and knowledgeable staff/ownership! Im immensely thankful that there are knowledgeable and helpful folks out there like Dan, Chris, and Mitch at 425. After an injury, the seating arrangement in my car made driving almost impossible. The 425 crew worked with me to get a seating solution together, involving semi-custom Planted seat brackets (3~4 rise from OEM seat bracket height). The seat install and fab-work on the brackets is top-notch, and worth every penny! Things are rock solid. I would certainly trust/recommend these guys for any future work!

Went there to get new race wear. They were very helpful and easy to work with. Very friendly too even when I decided to return a few items because I ended up borrowing gear from a coworker.

I decided I wanted to order some new wheels for my car. I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted but not sure of the specifications. Both Jeff and Dan were extremely helpful in advising me and were very quick to answer my questions. Emails were responded to without any wait at all and they explained things well. They ordered the right wheels for my car and the shipment arrived fast. Was notified right away. I couldnt be happier with 425.

It is very nice to have a motorsports shop locally where you can try on safety gear prior to purchase, and sit in a seat to find the right one for your application, and have fabrication work done to your car all under 1 roof!

Super friendly and helpful staff. These guys are the ones to go to if you have any questions about getting into racing or motorsports. They have a huge range of seats available to sit in and even some cool ready to race cars available in the showroom for purchase, or in my case inspiration. Track/race suits, footwear, helmets, whatever kind of racing gear you need theyve got you covered. Dan helped me out with some good leads on engine work and locating someone else whom can get the jobs done that they dont cover. Ive also seen their cage processes and they are top notch fabricators.

I ordered planted seat brackets for my 94 gs300. They were backordered for a week but did ship right when they said. I got them today and mounted them to my seats and to my car in about an hour. The only issue I had was the passenger bracket bolt plates that bolt everything to the floorboard didnt fit real well for one bolt. I fought it for a while before I decided to take the seat all the way out again to use a pair of vice grips to bend the plate out some. Not easy when the metal is thick and of great quality. All in all I expected issues and only had one thanks guys for your part in my project

I went to 425 motorsports to try on few helmets. Picked up HJC 2BXXL15 helmet. Very happy with customer service and the helmet so far.

Looked like a pretty decent shop for trying out track apparel, but Im still looking for a parts bin store where I can drop in and pick up a generic aftermarket part incase I need something in a hurry (think, boost gauge/afr/oil temp/etc).

Good shop, not great. Nice people. Ok custom parts. No follow through post sale.I purchased seat brackets that were supposed to be custom for the specific vehicle, but ended up not being centered behind the steering wheel, much like the flimsy Speedware brackets. On the upside, they were a much stronger construction than said Speedware brackets. But ultimately I felt the vehicle specific fit to be lack luster for the price.Customer service can use some improvement. Nice enough people face to face, no complaints there. Placed a sizable order for seat brackets for 2 cars, one set needed to be made. No worries as far as that goes, as Ive gotten used to that with this particular car. They said it would be about a week, and they would call me when they were ready. Here is where the ball was dropped. There was absolutely no follow through after the sale. When I called back 2.5-3 weeks later to see if the brackets were ready, I was told that yeah, theyve been on the shelf for a couple weeks. No follow up call, no message that the brackets were ready.I will consider them again in the future depending on my needs.
