Great little creamery located on Lake Washington Boulevard in downtown Kirkland. This place is wonderful to stop in and grab a scoop while youre out walking the waterfront and enjoying the sun. The atmosphere here is nostalgic and there are plenty of flavors to choose from! Dont forget a napkin!

I freaking love ice cream. Ben and Jerrys always surprises me with their amazing non dairy selection. Pineapple passion fruit is by far best I ever had, even better then the seven layer coconut. The employees are so nice and accomodating to your needs. Absolutely love this place❤️🦄

The ice cream was amazing, as B&Js always is. Had to wait a really long time as only one group is allowed at a time. There was one group ahead of us but we waited over 10 minutes. I got the Chip Happens (Chocolate Ice Cream with Fudge Chips and a Potato Chip Ribbon) on a chocolate dipped sugar cone. It was a unique flavor that was very good.

Open for business, but only one party allowed in the shop at a time which makes sense since it is small. There are a few places to sit outside and enjoy the delicious ice cream! At the time of our visit they didnt have bottled water to sell nor did they have hand cleanser.

Its Ben & Jerrys, so I dont need to tell you how amazing the ice cream is. The servers are quick and friendly, and not pushy even with a line out the door. I enjoy this B&J every time I come to downtown Kirkland!

We’re some of B&J’s biggest fans, but this scoop shop was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been kept up very well. Lots of peeling signs on the walls, garbage on the floor, and the ice cream case needed a good wipe down.

Ben & Jerrys ice cream, you cant go wrong!

The ice cream itself is of course great, being Ben & Jerrys. However this particular store suffers from a lack of seating. Theres like one tiny table inside and a tiny one outside, and on nice summer days when you most want some ice cream, the tables are in direct sunlight and get uncomfortably hot. And there really isnt even room on the small sidewalk for there to be a table. And finally sitting there you are just yards from the waterfront, and yet you cant see much of anything but the street. Effectively its a take-out only Ben & Jerrys.

I called ahead asking for an ice cream and Dom attended me with excellence. I dropped by a few minutes later and he had a quart ready for me with my name on it. Great guy!

My family and I came in and ordered a cookie cookie Sundae. The guy just slopped ice cream on a cookie and that was it. In the picture it showed whipped cream and sprinkles on it. But I didn’t really feel like causing a scene in the place. We decided to order a second one for my husband so I went back in. This time a different guy made it. He put whipped cream and told he that I get a choice of a dry topping as well. Okay, so I should have gotten whipped cream and stuff like the picture shows. It is a sundae after all. They have an igloo cooler with ice water and cups out. The water was empty so I went to ask the clerk, who just happened to be the first guy that half ass helped me, if he could give me some water. He said “I’ll refill it, but it’s gonna be a little bit.” Uh ok, not sure what he’s so busy doing. I was the only customer in the store. I patiently waited, and he never bother filling it. Even as other customers are coming in and also asking for water. I finally gave up and left. This was the first and the last time patronizing this business. Which is a bummer because the ice cream is great. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the employee.

Stopped in at lunch time shortly after they opened on a weekday,no line at all. Good selection of flavors including some that are not sold in stores. Fair warning, this place can get really busy during peak times or special events like free scoop day!

Excellent ice cream, my best but you cant find natural flavors. Anyway, you can taste all of chocolate, milk, cookies and other complicated recipes. Also, excellent customers

I love Ben and Jerrys such good ice cream. My advice is to get the cheese cake ice cream.

The store is a bit on the small side, but the area is close to Lake Washington, so its perfect to get a cone and then stroll down the lakeside. I especially like the new greek yogurt flavors - they actually taste great.

The small height lady at the counter is rude with the customers may be because she cannot handle the work load.

The Chunky Monkey ice cream was great and they happen to be across the street from a marina on Lake Washington (a great place to eat your ice cream)!

The store needs a good cleaning. There was dust on all the window seals, the ceiling tiles were stained and dirty, the counter tops needed to be wiped, the ice cream case was covered in handprints and we were the very first ones there when it opened. My husband ordered triple Carmel chunk and got fruit in his ice cream that wasn’t suppose to be there. I got cinnadoughrella and it had an awful after taste. The supplies and equipment were dirty and disorganized.

This is Ben & Jerrys, so it gets a few stars just for having great ice cream. This location is a little small though. If you are walking around with a stroller, youll probably want to leave it outside when you go to order.

Of course this is good ice cream, but place is a bit small and food inspection placard was not good.

I love Ben & Jerrys Ice Cream but the last time i went in here my experience with the staff was very unpleasant. There was no one in the shop besides a friend and I on Thursday night at 6:30pm. The lady who served was not dressed like she worked there and must be the manager or owner. She abruptly and rudely asked if we were ready to order when we hadnt even been in the shop for a minute. To make the story short the lady was extremely rude through the whole ordering process. Either she must hate her job or doesnt care if the business does well. No need to treat people like that when usually there are lines out the door on hot days.

A good place to get your fix of ice cream, with a decent range of flavors (not to mention flavored lip balm) for sale. $6 for two scoops/sugarcone is not particularly cheap, but quite enjoyable to take it out for a stroll by the lake.

You know B&Js from the grocery store. This creamery serves all the top flavors and some specials with generous portions.

Some friends and I went there around 8pm on a Sunday and the store manager Dominic was more than professional. Our group was very indecisive on what to get and Dominic was very patient and friendly during the entire experience. I am not normally a fan of ice cream but thanks to Dominic I will be back.

I prefer coldstone, but not bad.

No butter pecan. No waffle cups for a sundae .Instead I paid 5.50 for a cup of ice cream that I couldve gotten from the grocery store for cheaper. What a joke.
