I recently bought a car at Honda of Kirkland and I must say that I had an extraordinary experience with Joe and Justin! I seriously left a little in love with these guys lol! This was my first time shopping at a dealership (my other car purchases have been private sales) and Ill be honest, I went in a little nervous. Im a single lady who doesnt know much about cars and hates high pressure sales and ruthless negotiating. From start to finish my experience was thoughtful and seamless. When I went in, the first thing that Joe did was put me at ease by telling me that he wasnt there to sell me a car but to help me find what I needed, and he promised he wouldnt pressure me into anything. He was genuine and true to his word. Id done some shopping around and the price that they were asking for the car was already well below market value and was very competitive with what was comparable in the market. Justin handled the finance and he spent a lot of time making sure that I had everything that i needed and the best that he could offer me. I felt very cared for and it was clear to me that they were more focused on building a relationship that making a quick buck.

Normally I dont leave reviews, but... wont be going to this place again to service my Honda Odyssey. Theyre charging $170 per diagnostic and I was told that if I wanted to diagnose transmission and brake, for example, this would be considered as two different diagnostics and have to pay $340 upfront. On top of that, they changed my range switch after diagnostic, but didnt calibrate it correctly so gear indicator lights would not come up for N and D. What made me really unhappy was that they had to have heard the noise the car was making at start after the initial diagnostic, but didnt even bothered to call me about and offer diagnostic for $170, which showed the lack of care toward the customers. In a way Im glad this happened since that forced me to search for another repair shop and I was able to get all the repairs done and then some for pretty much the same price as the range switch + B1 service at the dealership.

I am temporarily based in Kirkland, and I thought Id use the opportunity to take my Honda into the local dealer for a routine service, plus a couple of extra bits and pieces: a 12v outlet that constantly shorted out, a big ding in the bumper. Id use their rental service to borrow a car to tide me over.The service consultant explained that they didnt do bodywork, but theyd do a thorough service and inspection. Unfortunately, I found I couldnt do the rental, but the service manager overheard my mild consternation and made it right, right there, by offering to drive me to work himself. I took him up on the offer, and he explained as we drove that he was working hard to put the service department back into commission after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. Theyd sold the vans they used to shuttle customers about, and his staff were at skeletal levels.The car was ready within two days. They had gone through with a fine-tooth comb, fixing disc brakes, replacing a brake light I hadnt known was out, ... removing the penny in an aux socket that was causing the 12V outlet to short (!) ... tuning up the engine so that it purred. And, after I drove off, I realized that theyd fixed the ding while the car was up on the lift, no charge.I highly recommend this dealership service department. Its clear that they will go over and above the basic requirements to really make your car run well, and treat you, the owner, just as well. Five-star experience.

They were good when I was purchasing a car but if you need anything else, they ignore you. I have received a consistently poor customer service when trying to call them about a service. I got through to someone who just told me to book online. I called to try and see which service would be appropriate for my mileage but the person could not get me off the phone quick enough. The same with the service department - I had to get angry and call twice to get Ania to look into my recent service to see if all of the recalls on my car have been sorted (and there are many on my HRV by the way, fuel pump, brakes, software etc.. which would make any person upset to start with). I heard her laugh sarcastically as we finished the call.I also tried using a Contact us form on the website to discuss my issues with them - no one ever gets back to you - I guess that is only for people who are buying. Once you buy, they cant get you off the phone quick enough and there is a general feel you dont matter. But when they know the customer service survey will be sent, you receive calls and texts all day, asking for a 5 star reviews. I really didnt want to write this review, because I had a good experience buying a car here years ago but since it is so hard to be treated with respect and give them feedback any other way, I had no other choice. I tried finding out the name and email of an owner or a general manager for the store to discretely leave this feedback but could not find anything online to do so.If you are buying a car - maybe you will be treated well. Otherwise, be prepared to be ignored and treated like you dont matter at all.

After test driving our base model of the Honda Civic LX, Kelvin showed us the EX model that gave us the additional features that we were hoping for! I was getting my car serviced, just looking around the showroom and Scott approached me to see if I needed anything. I didnt, told him I was just waiting on my car, we started talking, turns out we were both from SoCal. So we just talked for a while, he didnt pressure me to buy a car, made my time go by fast.

I decided to go here today since there was a lot of good reviews about Honda of Kirkland and I was looking to trade in my current car for a Honda Civic or a Honda Insight. Right when we got there, it seemed like we were ignored. There was 1 guy helping out customers but all of the other car salesmen (yes they were all male when I went), they sat at their desks & ignored me and my partner despite hanging around the inside area a bit to see the cars inside. Then we decided to go outside and do a round of the place hoping someone would help us. We saw a car we liked after we finished our walk around prob 20-30 mins before this guy (looked Middle Eastern) came out to greet us. We told him we were interested in test driving the car that fit our needs however he kept on trying to introduce us to other cars. My partner and I were ready to pay for the car upfront but the fact the guy didnt even care we already had the car we wanted picked out made us not want to buy from Honda of Kirkland. Then the guy decided to get us the prices on the various cars he showed us (thankfully included the car we wanted) but he refused to let us test drive the car. He kept telling us the only way he would let us test drive the car is if we bought the car. But I kept explaining to him that we need to test drive the car to make sure it fits what we need and he was very adamant about making us buy the car before letting us test drive it. He finally caved in after a few moments and let us test drive it but not today, he kept trying to push it back until tomorrow when there was no one else on the lot at that time looking at cars. He kept on saying how now was not a good time to test drive it and how tmr would be better. We live in the Kent area, we went out of our way to go to this dealership hoping we would get a car and a great customer service like many other people but we were wrong. My partner and I mutually agreed despite Honda of Kirkland having the car we wanted to purchase, we decided to leave since the customer service was awful right off the bat and the car salesman was trying to force us to buy the car in order to test drive it.

Very efficient and kind service from the beginning of expressed interest in the hybrid CRV. On arrival, Boun was ready with the car for a test ride, so helpful with multiple questions and with purchase, the process was the least difficult of any car purchase I have ever done. Boun and Justin (finance person) worked together, talked through essentials honestly and were very transparent and helpful. This extended to time two weeks past purchase with Boun open to multiple text questions and helpful advice when the windshield got cracked by a rock from a truck to adjusting settings that I had struggled to do. As soon as I talked to Cal, I knew this was the dealership we would buy our car. On the phone, I mentioned that our 50lb dog had to fit comfortably in the vehicle. At which point, Cal told me to bring her along! After all, she is part of our family.Cal and Jay were both helpful, friendly, informational, and understanding. I recently relocated from NYC where I did not have to drive or think about anything to do with cars for quite some time. So entering into the process of buying a car was very stressful for me. I had visited several dealerships around the area trying to do my homework and be diligent but simply put theres so much to learn and I was on a time crunch. Cal and Mahad were the two salespeople I worked with when I reached out. Mahad was very easy to work with, he was motivated to help me find a car at the right price but was not pushy about it. Both Cal and Mahad were patient with me as I shopped and were transparent when it came to talking numbers. Overall, I did not have as scary of an experience as I was prevsiouly expecting and actually had a great experience! Mahad has also been great with following up if I have any questions I always get a response from him which has been super very helpful.Cal and Mahad were great to work with and now I have an awesome new car that I feel great about too! 🚙My only complaint is that you dont get to keep the new car bow.

Bought my Lexus here about a month ago. My salesman was Isaac V. I told him from the get go that I wanted to do all the boring stuff via email/phone and pretty much wanted to walk in, sign then go. Isaac V was very responsive on email and text which I required and really appreciated. I ran to the dealer after work to close the deal. After waiting for the sales manager to finish up with a prior deal, I really did just get to sign and go. Isaac even checked in on me after a couple weeks just to make sure that the car was driving well. Ive never had a salesperson keep every word that they said verbally nor have i ever experienced such a seamless transaction while buying a car UNTIL my visit to Honda of Kirkland. Two months after, my car is running happy & healthy and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the dealership and the salesman. Thanks Honda & Isaac V. A+!!!

I got my honda CR-V serviced here. The technicians are very good (Rich Kim) and also price is just right. I called few other dealer in the area and they quoted for honda regular service (A167) much higher than Kirkland honda. I know I can just trust these guys for my car. Unprofessional, rude and overall a terrible customer experience. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Here are the main call outs:1. Unacceptably rude. When attempting to negotiate, the sales rep pushes to check credit score before finalizing on the numbers. A promised few seconds wait time turns into 45min of waiting in the lounge, and then when negotiation falls through (attempting 7%) the Sales manager comes up and exclaims how Ive wasted their time (yes their time), insulted them with a low price and goes on with a flurry of rude statements such as how educated people would do research on prices before coming into the store.2. Incorrect information on vehicles: this one is exactly the same as the other one except it is 1 year older. When pointing out that the document reads one as front wheel drive and the other as all wheel drive, the sales rep was quick to gloss over it with oh youd want to buy that one [the more expensive one] then as its [an] all wheel drive.3. Questionable fees. This is a non-negotiable negotiable doc fee. We have to charge this to everyone, so you have to sign this negotiable doc fee.

I purchased a Honda CR-V EX-L Hybrid from this dealership yesterday.I wanted to give a 5 star review for the sales person - Alex G.However, we did not enjoy the actual dealership selling process. We had come pre-approved with a loan as we had decided on a car online. Instead of simply filing the paper work quickly, they kept trying to convince us to use Honda financing. This took a lot of time, maybe 3 hours, for a process that at other dealerships would have taken 1-1.5 hours.

After comparing prices and being hounded by other dealerships in the area it was honestly a no brainerwhen you have Carlos C. at Honda of Kirkland helping you out! Carlos made the entire visit and exchange relaxing, simple and inviting. I will 10/10 be back if Carlos is the man helping me out!

I recently brought my wifes CRv in for intermittent failure of the air-conditioning. It took some time to track down the problembut the free rentals were fantastic. It lead the purchase of a used Fit that has moved me into this century of safety features. All the staff made the different tasks a pleasure. Ive been with them for a long time and theyre my first stop when it comes to automotive..

The service department is a joke. I scheduled an appointment online and then they canceled it as their shop is fully booked (according to what they said). On top of that the guy who called to cancel spoke as if they are doing me a favor if they get my car in after a week. He said we are pretty busy, we get 100 cars a day.

Really bad service!After you buy if you want to any service from them?! No way!Their servers way is listening to you then transfer your phone call to someone else, next one listens and transfer for your phone call again, until you get a transfer for phone call by leave message only,Never never never believe if they’re write down your name and phone number then promise you will call you back, never get response from them! A casual walk into the showroom turned out to be an eventful day. I was happy that I got to speak to Boun who understood my familys need for a new Suv. Not professional. Not willing to take full responsibility for things that occur on their watch.Honda was not good. I took my car in for work, got it back and it had a new problem that wasn’t there beforehand. I have video proof & proof from another shop this issue wasn’t there already. They wouldn’t take responsibility, but gave me 10% off those 2nd round of repairs & a rental car. Then threatened to charge me for the rental car because they didn’t read each other’s notes. I got my car back from this 2nd round & another new problem shows up.Feels like a cycle they create to make money. What is 10% off when I shouldn’t be paying anything for an issue that didn’t exist prior to their work?Also, the manager drove my car with me in to check diagnostics, and WHILE DRIVING my car, takes out a paper and pen to take notes and almost rearends a car. Not ok.

Had an excellent experience at Honda of Kirkland. Carlos Cubias (he gets 5 stars), in particular, was incredibly helpful. He sent a personalized video showing the car after I reached out to him to express interest. When I came in for a test drive (and purchase!), he was extremely helpful and demonstrated deep product knowledge. He thoroughly explained the financing, warrantee, etc. Most importantly, he has made himself available to answer questions after I got the car. We have already corresponded via email a few times when I had some questions and I am grateful for his willingness to maintain a relationship with customers.I will definitely come back to Honda of Kirkland for my future Honda needs.
