No stars is what it should be. DO NOT BUY GUNS FROM ANY OF THE DISCOUNT GUN STORES IN WA!!! We had a horrible experience trying to buy a gun. They had us pay for the gun before running a background check which we though was odd. It came back as delayed and we had to send in paperwork to get things cleared up (ending up being a case of confused identity, same name but different person). We wanted to have the money refunded to us as we knew this process could take awhile before the results would come back due to the backlog on requests for background check issues. They said they would refund the money but would have to charge us a 25% restocking fee!!! We said for what? We havent even left the store with the gun yet! They said that was their policy but they could hold on to the gun for us instead until the paperwork went through. We decided to go that route but were moving in a month. We were told no problem, the could just transfer it to us if need be.The paperwork ended up taking 6 months to be processed and in the mean time we had moved to Louisiana. During this whole time we kept trying to get them to just refund our money and they refused without charging us the restocking fee. Once the paperwork came in we let them know and wanted the gun transferred. They kept making excuses as to why they couldnt; we werent talking to the right person, they were having issues with their UPS account, there was something wrong with their license, our manager will personally take it and drop it off the be shipped tomorrow, etc. After over a month of contacting them and hearing excuse after excuse we threatened legal action against them. Finally the truth came out that they had sold the gun to someone else and were trying to find another one to replace it. We said just refund our money and we will call it good. They again said they couldnt without charging the restocking fee. On what? There was no longer a gun to restock!! We threatened legal action again and gave them a day to have the gun and ship it. Some how they came up with the same gun and had it shipped the next day.We learned a good lesson on this transaction and I hope this is a lesson for everyone to STAY AWAY FROM DISCOUNT GUNS OF WA!!!!!!

The guys behind the counter seem like awkward college freshmen who just skimmed an intro to firearms pamphlet and cheated on the test. They dont know the first thing about firearms. They call ammo bullets, they called a magazine a clip, and they didnt know about snap caps or even a cleaning jag! (I shouldnt need to say more than clip!?)It worries me that a gun store would have such clueless employees behind the counter. They do nothing but scare away knowledgeable shoppers.After a few visits Ive learned to stay far away from this place. Oh, and theres no discount in their gun sales.

There is nothing discounted at this place....everything is marked up 15-30%. I dont know how they get away with calling it discount guns. Their ammo is also way overpriced. Selection is minimal and they have very few accessories. I will not be doing business here again.
