Great yarn shop! I stopped in while in Seattle for a day and was really happy I did! Tons and tons of selection in amazing colors, tons of inventory and a great selection of yarn in clearance as well. Super friendly staff that know their stuff, they happily wound some skeins for me so I could get knitting before I made it home. I will be back next year!

Really friendly people. They will try to help you even if it is your first time picking out yarn or learning a new fiber art. Gorgeous selection of yarns from all around the world, to include roving. Definitely a destination yarn shop.

I went in with a friend who lives in Kirkland not the far from the shop. I was visiting with her one day and she says Lets go to the yarn store. I said sure why not, I havent crocheted in years but it might be fun. I went in and was amazed at the selection and the reasonable prices.The staff there ( know most of them by name now) are great! They not only help with picking yarn and helping you find the right yarn for the project you are going to be working on, they also help you when you have to frog (rip out) your project. They have some great classes and wonderful teachers. I live up in Lake Stevens and would recommend this shop to any one. Whether you knit, crochet, weave, spin or whatever you do with yarn. This is definitely the place to learn, practice and grow in your talent.

I love this little shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies very patiently wandered the store with me helping me pick out the perfect yarn to make my granddaughters blanket with. I highly recommend them.

LOVED this shop - lots of varieties of yarn, but particularly good for hand dyed yarns and SPECKLES (which I love). Very helpful staff when I was trying to pick colours, and they went out of their way to help find some very specific fiber blends I was trying to find. Easily one of my favorite shops.

I think the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Plus the selection of yarns is great for all price points. They have mainstream yarn as well as indie dyed. They have a great selection of yarn in all weights and fibers for just about any project. If you require tools, they are at Serial Knitters.

The lady consultant was very helpful. I enjoyed my visit greatly. They have amazing colors there, their yarn is hand dyed. Its a little on a pricier side, but I like my socks fancy :)

My fourth stop on a self styled yarn crawl while recently visiting Seattle, and this was my favorite of the 8 I visited. They had locally dyed yarn AND fiber! As a spinner, its hard to find fiber in most yarn stores, and not only did they have fiber, but it was local fiber too.They were also extremely friendly and had an awesome selection of commercial yarns in addition to their indy dyer stuff. I highly recommend visiting this charming shop!

We found this shop in the LYS (local yarn shop) Tour book for 2013. Stopped in last weekend and were excited about the quantity and quality of the yarns they carry. The service was excellent and the prices were good. This will be one of my favorite haunts.

Wow, this place is outstanding.!! They have things that I have seen on Pinterest and wanted. I live in a very little town in Idaho but come over there to visit family. I want to go there again!! They have outstanding employees, a big selection that its hard to choose from, and alot of patterns. Cant wait to go back!! Loved it.

My review is a reflection of my personal taste. I visited the area because I am moving there in the spring and wanted to find a new LYS. This one is not a good fit for me. Here are the reasons why:1. The shop is organised by brand, instead of by weight, which makes it very difficult to substitute yarn. May work for some, but is not my taste.2.There appeared to be a very friendly group in the back around a table, so I asked if they were a class or a group. I was told they were a class and that they have help classes every day for $15/ 2 hours. Then a knit night on Friday nights. I have been knitting for 20 years and teaching for 13 so I dont really need a help class. I would, however, like a shop where I can drop in and knit with others regularly, so this isnt the place for me.3. The knit night sounds nice, but I like to be home after dark. So, it doesnt work for me.4. I was told with the knit night that she was sure my husband would be happy to watch the kids. He was also asked several times if he needed help. More so than myself. While my husband is a big supporter of me, he also is a Knitter in his own right with his own yarn stash. He didnt appreciate the assumption that he didnt know what he was doing.Overall, I just dont think its a good fit and I dont see myself going back there.

Stopped by during the LYS Tour and was very impressed! They have a large variety of yarns and several well known brands that can be difficult to find sometimes - I enjoyed giving them all a good squish! Staff was friendly and would come by and check to see if I needed anything, but didnt hover. I will come visit again!

AMAZING! This is the perfect shop. Cindy remembers me every time I have gone in. This is the type of knitters and yarn shop a person dreams of. I love it.
