Not the shop it used to be. Sent a friend and his ‘91 fxr over to have some work done. They didn’t do most of the work claiming they couldn’t get parts and did the absolute bare minimum on everything else all the while charging a premium I have never before seen from a local shop. $2200 for handlebars, tires, and a couple plastic turn signal covers shouldn’t be a thing and if it is, clear communication needs to be in order which it sounds like it was not. Support shops that deserve your business. I will definitely be taking my bikes elsewhere from here on out.

In town for the day on unrelated business. Saw the sign and a couple bikes. Looked interesting so I thought I’d check it out. Currently I have six licensed and insured bikes. Two of them Harleys. I’m not carrying a backpack or pushing a wheelbarrow, no jacket with shoplifting pockets just me in jeans and a t-shirt. While I’m squinting and peering into the shop Guy Hollers Can I Help You! Not the can I help you? one its the one you get if it was the middle of the night and I had a pair of bolt cutters in one hand and a flashlight in the other. Then after my eyes adjust I see the Keep Out sign hanging on the wall. Okay the Guy has a Business Sign and a storefront but he doesn’t want walk in customers . I’ve run into people that before I get it. I’ll just spend my money at friendlier bike shops.

Jeff and Scott are the best in the business. I’ve had my 98 heritage serviced by several Harley dealers and only Cyclpath discovered a vacuum leak with my carb that made dramatic improvements. I’ve done business with Cyclpath several time since. I recently inherited my Dad’s 03 anniversary roadking and having the guys do a a full S&S 106 stroker and baker 6 six speed along with a new front end and other improvements. They are super educated, informative, and have great customer service. I wouldn’t take my bikes anywhere else

Had 12” mini apes installed and these guys were great in communicating what was involved and what might be needed. They were spot on for the price they quoted me and was actually a few dollars less than I was anticipating. It took a little longer than expected only due to shipping but that was not their fault. They were very kind in letting me know what they were waiting on. Once the parts arrived J.B. Was quick to get on the work and get my bike finished. These guys are very kind and very good at what they do! I will definitely go to them again for anything I’m not able to do myself as I know it will be done right!Thank you guys! I love my bars and the bike handles even better now than it did with the stock bars!Keep up the amazing work!

Great local shop, Jeff and Scott take really good care of my bike. Unfortunately its pretty small so they cant hold too many bikes overnight. However their quality is top notch. If you need an alternative to your dealership, give these guys a look, you may be very pleased. Im budgeting my next project to take to them.

These guys were great. Very welcoming, very friendly. They gave me a great recommendation for new tires. They also performed an oil change and replaced the front brake pads. Their initial estimate of the work was accurate. They finished the work when they said it would be done and they communicated with me during the process. I couldnt ask for better customer service. They have earned my future business.

I was so glad to find a mechanic that worked on Urals in the Seattle area. I did not want to tow my bike all the way to Bellingham. I worked with Jason and he was upfront and very professional with the repairs. I had some questions after I got my bike back and rode it home and he was willing to come to my house to see if there was anything more he could do. The whole staff is friendly and you dont get the elitist vibe you get from other motorcycle shops. I would recommend this shop to anybody. I just wish they worked on other brands, so I could bring all my bikes to them.

I came to know these guys through word of mouth. Friends of mine at work take their bikes to cycle path, and so do I.I recently had a good experience in which I needed to have the wrong part returned for my sporty. The owner told me he would take care of it and he did.-additional update- I would like to add that I purchased a Vance and Hines Exhaust, and Cycle Path had a cheaper price than even the online stores...I like these guys. Better prices on most things (including tires, for those who know!) and WAY better service than the Harley dealerships!

Awesome local shop with very talented fabricators. I brought in an aluminum swing arm with a failing weld and they were able to quickly get it repaired and better than new. Would highly recommend for custom motorcycle work.

Came in for what I thought would be a brake sending unit replacement since my brake light wasnt working. I had changed the brake light bulb on my 2002 full dress tourer. The rear running light was powering up as well as the turn signal & hazard lights so I didnt think it was a fuse. The owner walked out to check the fuse just to make sure that wasnt it. Yup. A blown 15 amp fuse. Cheap fix. No charge for the fuse or diagnosis. Just a handshake and a smile. Ive always had good work done here (roller cams in 2014, and brakes, oil changes and new front and rear tires earlier). Dont think the dealership would have sent me on my way this cheap and quickly! Ill be back (again).

Finally after spending over $2,000 at this shop to rewire my 73 shovelhead I found out that it is a fire trap! All the wires run through a new block not made for more then blinker controls, u have have cost me three headlights, the horn or the front brake light never worked since picking it up and you have done nothing to remedy this. These guys are crooks plain and simple! I ended up at another shop and almost $1,000 to put in the correct block and get everything working. Do not trust these guys with your bike. Maybe they can change oil or a tire but anything else you are a fool to trust them, period. Terrible work.

They have a great selection of parts and good knowledge, but they make you feel like your waisting their time every time you go there or call and ask them a question about parts. Overall customer service at the front desk is pretty pathetic for a small shop like this

I moved here from MO with a custom made bike that had major problems. I searched for a bike shop to help me diagnose the problems and found Cyclepath. With almost no knowledge of bikes, I walked in and received expert help instantly. No egos or attitudes. Just cool dudes that care about their customers riding experience more than money. They walked me through the problems and were in constant communication with me as they repaired the bike. At the end of the day I had a great experience using their services and highly recommend them to anyone seeking help on their ride.

I have waited 3 months to write my review, they have taken care of my Road King since new in 07 and this was the first time I have had to deal with them about a problem,I went in for service work, forks, new tire all 3 fluids and a 50k service. Coming down Sonora pass my brakes went out do to lack of fluid in both my cylinders,You would think they would do the basic on a 50k service I was wrong. My fault for trusting,in the past they where the best

Jeff claims to be a custom metal worker. I hired him to custom fabricate a sissy bar. It looks like a 12 yr old fabricated it and chromed it. I called him and he gave me a bunch of excuses and reasons why it didnt turn out well. Go somewhere else!!!

A friend recommended cyclpath to me after having some issues at one of the HD dealerships in town. a month later i laid my bike down. on a flyer, i sent my bike over to cyclpath (the labor is cheaper than all the HD dealerships) thinking id get more bang for my buck. Jeff and crew worked w/ the insurance guys directly and swung me a fair deal. They over delivered on everything. Gave me all the time i needed (they are super busy) to get the parts picked out, gave me a very accurate timeline, and gave me ideas and what if wes the whole build out. My bike is not only back in my garage, she is dramatically better than when cyclpath got her.In short, no one else in the state of Washington will touch a motorcycle that belongs to me.
