The delivery was also great, Kyle worked around my work schedule and respected my house, making sure that getting the fridge and recliner in the house went off without any problems! Very pleased!!

Ive bought two beds from Kings and I am very happy with them. They are great quality, the price was fair, the delivery was quick and the salespeople and delivery men are great. I will definitely go back to Kings the next time I need furniture or appliances.

We bought a new double wall oven from King’s and the service was exceptional. Dan is very knowledgeable and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We needed a bit of work done to the existing cabinetry to make the new oven fit and Dan recommended someone to help with that as well. The service/delivery guys did an excellent job of installing the new oven. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Kings Appliance!!! My old washer sprung a leak so we bought a new one. They gave us a great price and their delivery drivers were AWESOME!!! Delivered on time, installed and moved the old one up from the basement! Recommend!!!

Got good furniture at a fair price (couch, love seat and recliner). It was delivered by two respectful and courteous Truman State juniors, After it was set down they moved previously owned furniture to make it just right.. Including carrying a futon across the kitchen and into the den.

Dan, your Tech turned the washer on and looked at the code. Please dont try to tell me I gave you a code over the phone. If the code on the machine was small t capitol E your Tech should have been able to identify the problem. He didnt. He looked at the code and said we needed a new Motherboard. I would also wonder why it took a month to get the Motherboard. Id say you need to upgrade your service department with some diagnostic tools. I have no intentions of paying for something I didnt get. In the meantime well find someone who knows what they are doing to repair our machine.

Glad that the repair department takes items that you do not purchase from them...hoping the problem with my dryer is figured out.

Have always been there for us when we needed a appliances, new chair, or a bed. Always very nice.

Technician didnt know anything about diswashers, didnt diagnose the problem just made guesses on what it could be, still charged a trip charge and labor for doing nothing total was almost 100 dollars, so im 100 dollars lighter and still have a broken dishwasher.
