We were in town for parents weekend. We were very impressed with the store. The employees were extremely helpful from a stocker in an aisle who overheard us discussing where something might be and helped us, a deli worker who was extensively helpful in finding an item, to the young man in the comfort food section who helped us out. We wish we had a store in our community. Great job.

Very helpful & nice employees. They didnt seem upset at all when my card was declined because I had spent over my daily limit that day & was not able to get amount increased. All $100 worth of groceries had to go back. So embarrassing 😳. Ive been shopping at Hy-Vee in Kirksville all my life & have never had a negative experience. Thank you for being so cool about my stupid mistake.

Store was clean for the most part, just had some strong smells around the seafood section. Store has a good variety of products and some sale prices rival those of Walmarts normal prices of the same products. Good location, too.

HyVee is a friendly Midwest grocery store chain. They typically have the freshest produce of anu grocery store, and the best selection. Their focus may not always be on the lowest prices, but they have a better selection and higher quality product than some cheaper stores. Theyre not overpriced, just maybe not the lowest. I find them to be a good value for quality and money. Staff is always friendly!

Good store, but very few masks and no enforcement of social distancing or mask wearing. Even with the county mask mandate, this store has decided its anti-mask. (Obviously the employees are wearing them, but the staff makes no effort to encourage the shoppers)

Hy-Vee has just about everything. For us, it was Starbucks this morning. We needed a good cup of coffee after traveling from MN.

Really good place to shop, its clean, alot of variety, helpful employees and management!! Bought a whole cooked Turkey on Thanksgiving that was amazingly good and wasnt dry, and though they were a little busy still took the time to answer my questions and served quickly! Will definitely be back!!

The people that were working in the the store blocked the way pretty much all over the store. I even had to ask a worker to please move so I could leave the cash register.

I had an excellent experience shopping at hy vee. My only complaint is that the mask mandate is not being enforced at Hy-Vee. I tried to go when there are not many people in the store when I just have to have something or need to go to the pharmacy. I saw several people with no masks on it all and one person with a mask on their chin. Hy-Vee as a business should be enforcing the mask mandate. And if they dont enforce it they should be fined just like the other businesses in town if they dont enforce the mandate. Other than that I was treated quite well by all staff I encountered and a couple people went out of their way to find things for me that I could not find.

This review is about online ordering and curbside pick-up. We have been using online ordering pretty much since they rolled it out. I have yet to have them get an order 100% correct. My sense is the pickers are undertrained and not well supervised. Therefore, if they dont quite know where something is or what something is, they will wing it.Curbside pick-up is one area where WalMart has Hyvee beat.

Me and my family stop here once or twice or month. They are always really nice and accommodating. Great bathrooms and snack food if you have a little longer to go.

Please for the love of everything, just call it an onion slicer. We love the deli.

For one, they have a great liquor section. Two, they have this cool chilling cooler for wine you may want chilled right away. Its essentially an ice bath you stick the wine or whatever liquor you want into the water for 60 seconds. Third, they are doing the drive up covid tests here and couldnt be easier. You go online and select a time. Print out the voucher. Drive to pharmacy window and they will send out the kits. You take out the swab and self administer the test, put the swab into the container and into the envelope with your voucher then leave in a container there. Easy peasy.

Friendly employees. The store wasnt as intuitive to navigate as other Hy-Vees. They were also putting up displays when I was there at 11am, which cause a little traffic jam. That was made up for by the really friendly employees. There really was a friendly smile in every aisle.

Very disappointed with this shopping trip. I was overcharged on several items, for example, on sale items were ring up at regular price; clearly visible coupons were not taken off by the cashier; items were listed underneath a sale tag but werent included in the sale, to name a few. Believe me, they are gonna receive a strongly worded email from me! 😲
