Had new tires put on an old bike. The mechanic done a good job for a reasonable price. I will be using this bike store for any future repairs or replacement.

I am disheartened to have to write this review. I have been using CoolByke since it opened in Kirksville for my 3 bikes. Without exception, any time I have my bikes serviced or a part installed, my bikes come back worse tuned than when I bring them in. It is as if they believe the chain is supposed to rub on the front derailer or miss shifts on the rear. It is uncanny how consistent they are at making the bike worse after service.The only reason I dont give them one star is their customer service is pretty good as is their prices. There isnt any pride of workmanship to make sure the bike is returned to the customer ready to ride.Part of this review is my personal frustration in that I dont live in town, so going back and forth takes an hour out of my day.

Its a good place to go and get your bike fixed in town you can always trust them and remember support your local bike shop
