Most baristas are super awesome and the drinks are fully blended. Unfortunately, one barista has a very poor attitude every time. She has worked there for several years and I do not know why she is kept on.

5 stars for service. The staff here are excellent! Much more customer oriented than in larger cities. My drinks are always perfect, better than what I get at home in Nashville. My only complaint is more against their policy, you can not use your Starbucks Stars here for upgrades or free items, hence the 4 ⭐.

In a regular there and lately the service has gone down hill. I went in today and they completely forgot my drink and I just gave up I paid for something I never got. I have officially decided to not go back anymore. My drinks have been inconsistent and I get the same drink every day. The service has been down hill. I understand covid makes things difficult but there issue is scheduling and training.

Everytime I go there its just as amazing as the time before. They never mess up my drinks. Theyre always very nice. Angelica has to be my favorite barista to see when I come in in the mornings for a cup of coffee. Keep up the good work. My favorite place to go in town

Great Starbucks in HyVee!

I asked for light ice and all it had was ice kinda sus. But I’ll just make sure to ask for 5 ice cubes hopefully they don’t mess that up. But tbh the barista was cute

Coffee was great, but the line was long and they were understaffed. Sometimes I come in to see if I could get something fairly quickly, but there is always a line in the morning.

Very rude and when I explained what I wanted 3 times one of the girls had an attitude and said whatever like a 15 year old entitled little girl. Definitely seen better customer service before.

Always enjoy getting my latte at the Starbucks in HyVee. Such a cheerful, friendly atmosphere -- totally inviting. And the latte is just the way I like it.

This Starbucks is a great hometown store in Hy-Vee. The employees are always helpful, friendly, and work hard. The line can be long, but it is worth it.

Im biased I dislike Starbucks and own an actual coffee shop at 116 Franklin in kirksville Missouri but to be honest the reason for the review is there is no where to sit and the coffee tastes like it came out of a Keurig at my house. They should stop using automatic machines

This Starbucks is located within the HyVee supermarket but it is a full-service Starbucks with a full menu of drinks and food. They accept the Starbucks card and act every way like a stand-alone Starbucks store. Great thing to have in Kirksville.

Most other times I have had a great experience but today was just awful. My boyfriend and I came in to get drinks and with the new menu, I wanted to ask about prices (because not all the prices are displayed now), the employee responded with attitude and rolled her eyes.I ordered a very berry hibiscus refresher and they served me the drink without the berries, claiming it would taste the same. It really tasted like water with a hint of flavor. They did not tell me they were out of the berries until they served it, if I would have known I would have gotten something else. There was no sorry or offer to serve something else.With the attitude exhibited, it wasnt worth my time to ask for a replacement.Very disappointed.
