Ordered my e.c.m. to be rebuilt on6/27 they lost my core at the store and are stalling to give me a new one its now 7/15 and keep pushing it off,all i want is a new e.c.m. BECAUSE THEY LOST THE CORE!!!! Now i will have to rent a car

Its AutoZone, not a place to ask questions as the diy staff doesnt really know about cars or trucks or engines or even what they carry in stock, but thats AutoZone for you they need to train better.

Went here today for affordable wiper blades during heavy snowfall. Was assisted by the Sales Manager Nate. He was a nice guy buy wasn’t knowledgeable at all about blades. Didn’t even know how to remove the clamp to replace the old ones, or how to assemble the new ones I purchased. He had to call two other associates to assist. After unsuccessfully trying to fit one brand on my vehicle, he then sold me another. However, he didn’t know how to do the transaction after me telling him I didn’t want to be charged twice in one day, and have to wait on a refund to clear in the bank for the first transaction. He elected to refund me via shop card, then have me pay the few dollar difference for the price of the correct wiper blades, after applying the shop card balance. Which he also didn’t know how to do. After waiting like a half hour (for simple wiper blades), I informed him I had to leave in order to pick my child up from school on time. Told him to keep my receipt and I’d go then come back to pay the few dollar difference. Shockingly, my new wiper blades worked even less than my old ones. I could barely see the whole drive in heavy snow! I was so nervous and confused and just kept my wipers on high praying I made it safe back. I go in to tell him that they’re not working and he comes out to check them. Do you know the guy he sent out to assist (named Bobo on his I.D.) left the plastic cover slips on the blades?! Hence why visibility was even worse. Nate pulled them off laughing (despite seeing how upset I was driving with my child in reduced visibility). Apologized while still laughing. Summation: these employees need MANDATORY TRAINING. Every one I encountered today was incompetent. Customer safety should be the highest priority. “Niceness” is no substitute for competence. I recorded the entire encounter of my return on my phone app. Corporate certainly needs to know about this. You guys better train these employees if you don’t want lawsuits. But that’s just my recommendation.
These guys were awesome. Not only did they explain what I needed, my father in law went in with a follow up question and they helped him. Saved me easily $300.00 costly repair bill. Whole staff is Professional and courteous. 360 degrees from the staff in Chicago.
As Ive already posted, dont trust any employee who tells you that they have a particular part in stock at their store. Have them confirm that that the part you are looking for is physically in that store.

Very bad customer service along with employees and management are not the most intelligent when it comes to auto parts and sales very rude and all around bad service they would try and sell you (blinker fluid then make you pay for them to install it)Go to either Napa or o’Reillys or advanced better service and will give you the right part the first time very unsatisfied with there ability to hire someone who know there way around a car just cause you watch chisfix dose not mean they are smart Enough to sell you the right part the first time..Psa to the owner who may respond please try and hire more knowledgeable employees that know and engine and or ins and outs of a vehicle that fact that they didint know what rock auto or summit racking we’re is funny and sad at the same time as well as when I brought up price matching for another auto part store they said not to matching with Napa,advanced and another store so please reconsider who you hire and allow to work there this is sad. And a manager should be more costumer friendly ! Will not be giving a second chance.

The late night guys are pretty awesome. Ive been there about 5 to 7 times in the last 2 months and never had a bad experience nor told they dont have a part. Thanks guys for helping to keep my car running!! 😊
Manager on duty seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. Big older guy was running like his head was cut off. I was in there 25 minutes for only a couple things. Thank goodness he had a couple of good team members.
Traveled far for a part after I confirmed it was there and when I get there 40mins later it wasn’t there. Wasted a lot of my time and gas when I could’ve gotten the right information over the phone in the first place. Very disappointed

Wish it was still 24 hours it’s a bummer when you have to work in the morning trying to get your car done and you need one more part late at night. Used to save the day being able to hit up autozone at midnight. (Yes I work on my car a lot and as far as my wife is concerned it breaks down all the time ;) )
These guys went above and behind for me and my family, we were going through a rough couple days, and they were super friendly, and very willing to stay after if needed just to make sure we were safe!!@ thank you guys more then anything!

I stopped in today to have the check engine light diagnosed in my old SUV. The young man that helped me greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very kind and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my SUV super quick. They are also open 24 hours which is great to know for the future!
Awesome customer service!! The Saint Charles location totally let me down, but Rick saved the day. Super knowledgeable and went above and beyond, I will make the drive to this store from now on, and since my daughter has a 1990 Tempo I’m sure I’ll be paying more than one visit lol.

They were so helpful when my battery went dead in the parking lot and i couldn’t get the jumpstart to work. The manager tested my battery and then installed the new battery. Way above and beyond regular customer service!

Service was a little slow, but they didnt force me to wear a mask and they had what I wanted in stock, so that made up for it. Also, they were open until 10:00 pm, which is great since Walmart across the street closed at 8:30 pm --- and started announcing it so the customers would leave 48 minutes before they closed!

Just left Auto Zone Kirkwood and had a great experience. Jan 15, 2020. Super helpful staff. Special mention to AJ and Jessie. They guided me to several products that were on sale when bundled together and i saved money. Ill definately come back. Great experience!

Had an issue with my car. Called store rude person on phone. Told me they had what I needed. Get there only 1 of three parts in stock. Can’t even find that 1 part. So today I have to go to 3 different auto zones to find part. Not happy with this location.

Great location. Large clean and friendly employees. I love that they are open 24 hours a day. I went in Sunday night before an early drive the next morning to replace my wipers. They double checked size and physically replaced them for me. All around a really great experience.
Friendly, helpful, patient and professional staff. Had the part waiting for us at the counter and then let us shop the store without interfering.The best part of all this, this was done at 2:30am on a Sunday night/Monday morning

The only 24 hour Auto Zone in the St. Louis area. We stopped there one night while having problems with our vehicle. We were helped as soon as we stepped through the door. They were nice and kind to my daughter. They helped me in every way they could. Thank you.
A lot of their parts arent good quality. Seems like I get a part from there and Im replacing it again in less than a year or so, especially alternators, starters, mastercylinders, some of their belts also dont last long. Even if you buy the lifetime warranty, doesnt make any difference still poor quality in parts products.
This autozone was a great store to grab a starter from. Plenty of people working that provided me with quick and easy help. I wish all autozones were like this store.
Bring some patience. They will help you but dont seem to be in a hurry to do so. Must have got the folks at the end of a long shift or something

Went there to get brake pads for a friends car. They were very helpful kind of slow. I think they need more staff,but thats not their fault theyve only been open 4 weeks. This location is 24 hours that very nice
The service was horrible. Was never acknowledged when I entered. The main cashier NEVER would even look at me so I could pay for the 2 items. Took me 17 minutes to pay for 2 items I grabbed off shelf myself. There was 1 other customer and he kept saying take care of that lady (me) she was here before me. The MALE kept helping the MAN in the PARTS STORE and IGNORED THE WOMAN. Will not even darken that doorstep again.

I bought a jump box and the assistant manager was very nice and helpful but when I broght it back because I was unhappy with it and its need to be charged 40 hours she was less than friendly and was agitated. I do like the big store and its being open 24 hours.

Its the only one i know of thats 24 hours. The guys in here are awesome its their central hub so these guys know their stuff. Being the central hub they almost always have the part your looking for. Out of all the autozones in st louis i believe this is the best one
This location is the most convenient auto parts store in that its open 24 hours a day - which is unheard of amongst the competition!
Easy to find parts and knowledgable people there to hrlp if you cant find it.
Store is understaffed. You would think it being the main hub store they would have more than 2 people working. At 7:15 pm there was 8 people waiting in front of me and 5 behind me. Didnt get out of the store till 8:10 pm.
