Second time this month I’ve experienced poor customer service at Office Depot. Lost my wallet, and tried calling to find out if it was left there. Such rude people! First I spoke with a young man who REFUSED to give me his name. Who does that??? He didn’t want to allow me to speak with his supervisor, so I had to insist. Then while on hold for Carla, he disconnects the call. When I call back, he picks up without a greeting, and immediately places me on hold. When Carla came to the phone, she was rude as well! Corporate needs to look into sponsoring company wide customer service training. Respect and professionalism are CLEARLY not a fundamental part of their company policies. I just ordered a Brother printer/scanner from Staples online. My business with this company is permanently discontinued.

The rudest manager I have ever dealt with at the Kirkwood location. We moved fr the Clayton and Big Bend location where they were so sweet and helpful always! I will not b returning to the Kirkwood location. While buying a desk and chair the ppl working there were yelling out at each other to cover the check out desk bc there was a long line then another two men were arguing abt inputting data in a computer bc one needed to know how to do this! Very stressful environment and the manager creates a worse situation of tension for all employees as well as shoppers! We r done w Kirkwood location!

They just withdraw your money from you without any interest

Did not execute our order correctly.Was supposed to be 25 pages double sided prints, and they printed 50 pages single page prints. Called to get it rectified and now the people at the store are making us jump through hoops to get the proper prints that we paid for . Still dont have the proper order yet.Also, when I reviewed on there website they moderated it. Nice to know that they only keep the good reviews and trash the bad ones.....Kinda unethical if you ask me, but who am I.

Just use Amazon - They sold me the wrong ink after it took them 10 minutes to find which ink I use. I told them to look at my loyalty number since im in their automatic ink renewal program. After they sold it to me I asked if they could run the new ink to my office since I would have to drive back. After them telling me no, i had to go back and the guy ran the new ink up twice (charged me double) and then had to redo the order. Like I said, just order from Amazon.

The help from the staff was highly appreciated and our delivery guys were very careful and courteous. They are my go-to store for any furniture needs. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible printing service. Unfriendly and uneducated staff. We were quoted $55 to print two things. We waited so long just to talk to an employee and came back an hour later and our prints still weren’t ready. We went down the street to Minuteman Press (amazing place!) and paid $13 for the same things and they were printed in 2 minutes.

I am completely bias as a former employee, but I do want to express about the exceptional customer service mentality from Dave, the Stores manager. Luke, one of the staff members responsible for making prints, also performs above his job description.

The manager Carla gives the worst customer service ever! I remember shopping there and it was a man. I miss him! Carla is unfriendly, unaccomadating, and has horrible customer service. She wont price match. She wont take a coupon if it doesnt scan. I was so upset with how she treated me I called customer service.. they asked to speak to her to honor the coupon I had. She refused. I did manage to order my items and get customer pick up with coupon at her store. Customer service over the phone great! Carla...should NOT be in customer service!!! I will not shop at that store as long as she is there!!

Havent even been in the store for 2 minutes and 3 workers have had the most rude attitudes and tones towards us. Awful customer service...I do not recommend this store at all!

Generally unpleasant experience. None of the items I was looking for, and unhelpful staff. Worth going somewhere else.

They always do a great job. Very knowledgeable. Kind and courteous.

This store is very small. They dont have a full stock of what might be needed. I avoid this store and drive further to get a nice large store like they had on Watson but closed.

I am very impressed with the service, the price and the personnel for my printing orders!

I did not find the planner that I wanted, but printer ink, my vehicle mileage and expense book, and my home office budget Ledger. The staff was friendly, and check-out was very fast.

Terrible service from Dave, the manager. He talked down to me and at least one other customer in the store as though we were idiots for not knowing where something would be in the office supplies store. Newsflash buddy: You’re the only one that’s stuck there everyday. The rest of us have better things to do than know exactly where you keep the index cards.I ended up not purchasing the printer I was intending on buying from this store because of this rude manager (I didn’t ask him where those were because they are right in the front of the store) and don’t plan on ever returning. There used to be a nice young man with long hair who worked there but I haven’t seen him in a while now. I guess it doesn’t matter, I wouldn’t shop at Dave’s store if my life depended on it. I just order my supplies off Amazon now.
