The Senior Pharmacists on duty stopped a Jr Pharmacist from helping me resolve a frustrating issue. The Jr Pharmacist asked if I needed her to call my insurance company to help get things resolved. I agreed to the associates offer. As the Jr Pharmacist started to initiate the call, the Senior Pharmacist looked up at the Jr Pharmacist and instructed her associate to end the call abruptly. She said to the fellow co worker “no…..let him call.” I work in customer service as well. I go over and beyond and out of my way to ensure every customer is well taken care of and then some. Empathy patience, and understanding is the key to great customer satisfaction. However, I was bombarded with an astonishing lack of discernment. Please teach your Senior Pharmacist to learn how to turn frowns upside down. Please and thanks.
The experience was pleasurable
Where to begin? First have been unable to refill online since they switched to pin. And everyone I talk to at Wal-Mart says its not their problem. Even after entering script # would not allow refill. And now, yesterday, Shrewsbury was out of the antibiotic I needed for my friend. Kirkwood had it but was closed. I told Shrewsbury to transfer order to Kirkwood and I would pickup today. Arrived at Kirkwood 20 minutes after opening and was told they were filling, it would be ready in 20 minutes. Okay...fine. Did some shopping, went back to pharmacy, got in huge line (one person working), waited 10 minutes only to find out my friends insurance info wasnt on file. Are you serious? I dont blame the pharmacist, I blame the Wal-Mart system. This is 2018, your computers cant communicate with each other? Their system is AWFUL!!!!
Cant beat the price. Very reasonable and fast
