Jose and his team are hands down the best! He has completed three projects for us, and has been 100% competent in anything that we ask. He has framed and closed in external doors for us in our living room and then hand built built in book cases for us where the doors were. He then rearranged the siding on the outside of the house so that it didnt look patchy, where the old doors had been. He then converted a normal island into a wet bar for us and it looks fabulous too.The most recent project was our master bath.....and it is EVERYTHING we had hoped for. He gutted our old, dated master bath and made it so beautiful!! This was a project I had put off for years because I was intimated by all the choices and designing it. Joses wife Mary is just as talented as Jose with her designing touch.....what a great team!!! Marys expertise in selling real estate, is incredibly helpful when renovating. She knows what is important, what isnt, whats worth the extra time and money and what isnt. Shes got a wonderful eye for piecing together colors/patterns. Jose and Mary both are detail oriented and payed close attention to every little thing, making the bathroom PERFECT. Joses team is very professional and punctual. If you too are intimated, dont be. We have used Las Aguilas for 5 different projects at our home and they always deliver fantastic quality work at a fair price. Jose and his crew are extremely neat and professional in all aspects of their work. Jose and Mary are great at offering suggestions about materials and design when asked and Jose is a perfectionist in both design and execution of remodeling work. They have done complete kitchen and bath remodeling, flooring, wall paper removal, drywall installation, painting (inside and out) and numerous other activities in the course of our projects. They subcontract efficiently for some activities such as electrical and gas-line installation when necessary. We recommend them without reservations for your next home contracting project.

Jose is an artist. He took my frumpy, 70s bathrooms and the stairwell that connects them and turned them into gorgeous rooms that I can be proud of.
