The difference between a good vendor and a great vendor becomes apparent when something goes wrong. Back Stitch proved to be GREAT after a Fedex snafu resulted in our order being lost. Susan saved the day by making a quick decision to rush order a new shipment of jackets, spending her weekend to re-stitching the complicated design we requested, and finishing in time to re-send our order (this time by UPS) so that it arrived on-time. The team was delighted with the jackets and all was good because of Susans heroics. I highly recommend Back Stitch. The product was top notch and the service made all the difference. Thank you!!!
