Awesome gun store for sure! Went in to buy ammo and wasnt expecting to buy a gun today but as I went inside and saw the huge arsenal of weapons they had, I knew I was walking way with something today. Andrew was great, as soon as he was done with another customer, he came asking if I needed anything, I had my eyes on a H&K P30 for a while now and they had one on display. I told him I was really interested in that P30 and he handed it to me no problems. He answered any questions I had and even gave me other recommendations as I was a little indecisive on whether I wanted to spend that much on a pistol. Needless to say he made the buying experience easier and I walked away with a new P30, my first handgun. Great store and great employees, I will be sure to come again. 👍

Moving to Florida was a big eye opener with regards to the 2A world. The staff in the Kissimmee store are all great to work with. After shopping around for a particular revolver I decided to build a relationship and not just make a purchase. I could have saved a little money going some where else but between the customer service from Steve and Gage I was sold on good old fashion service! Kudos to the management team and owner for hiring and training people that care about people. I will do most of my shopping here from now on when it comes to firearms. Matt and Steve run an amazing storefront along with the rest of the staff! They have a great selection of firearms and ammo on hand, consistently. Recently, I was running into an issue with my AR 15. It was malfunctioning at the range so I brought it in. The knowledge the staff posses when it comes to firearms is unrivaled, in my opinion. They knew the issue and the solution for the issue just by describing it to them. Because of this, I felt confident handing it over to them for work. The turnaround was extremely quick; just a few days I believe. The best part of my experience was the time they spent with me going over the issue and the exceptional customer service I got. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I brought up the issue. Needless to say, my rifle is operating flawlessly and probably even better than before. We went to the re-grand opening of the armories in Kissimmee today and it was great. Every employee that we encountered from talking on the phone to talking to them in the store was phenomenal. They werent bothered by the questions I asked and went out of their way to make me feel like I was family. And the event they held today was awesome. From the free bbq to the raffles they held to the free stuff they were giving away. It was a blast. Its too bad that I live an hour away otherwise I would be there every single weekend.

I bought a suppressor(actually 3) from this shop. I also bought a mount separate at the same time as the suppressor. 6.5 months later the suppressor is in and approved. They told me they must of sold the mount on accident and they’d let me know what they were going to do. A month later I’m still waiting for the accessory. I am having to make multiple calls to the store to check on stuff and am promised calls back and they never call back. Even worse I sent 3 buddies there who accumulatively purchased 5 more suppressors! I just purchased 2 more suppressors and switched to a different dealer so at least they won’t get the money from these next ones. If you are in Kissimmee just drive right by this store and go to a diffferent, better gun shop.

This place has some of the most helpful and polite staff members and also are able to keep lots of products in stock during this crazy time to be alive and they keep their prices very reasonable. I highly recommend giving them your business.

First time visitor at this store a week ago and bought a Smith & Wesson Shield Plus. They had ample of staffs and all of them were very courteous and professional. However, they had their price listed higher than the MSRP (Over this gun which I bought to the least). That was rarely seen to me. They did have the price lowered to $1 below the MSRP but only after my challenge (The price was still higher than all other stores I found listed on their websites right on the next day). I had called them for the price and they said that they wont give out their price over the phone.. that explained why.. . Besides, I was surprised to see no staffs wearing mask but all the customers did. I dont think Ill be back to shop for my guns at this store.

Today I stopped buy to purchase a gun part after I spoke with the online customer service and this is how I was greeted. “do you have a gun in that bag”. I responded and said yes but it was incomplete and the gentleman at the counter said he would have to remove it from the bag and clear it. I said I would remove it and he can check it. He got more vocal saying He would have to remove it. All of the sudden another salesperson came over and got indignate towards me stating it was company policy that they remove and inspect it. All the tine he was getting in my fave I had most of the bag removed and put it on the counter for him to clear. It was very clear the salesperson did not have any experience with folding braces on ar pistols and was tugging furiously at the buffer extension and charging handle to open the bolt. I told him to close the stock before you can operate the charging handle. He did so letting the charging handle and bolt fly not once but twice. The bolt will not lock without an empty mag in the gun and I had told him it was incomplete. Then he went over to the far counter looking for a muzzle brake and blast deflector, that I had already inquired about along with a second person. While they searched another person came out of the back and they were too busy laughing to bother with me. I picked up my gun and left. When I got outside the only other customer exited behind me and made a point to tell me they went devcon 5 over the situation and I agreed. The person that got involved a made a jerk out of himself had a beard and was approx 5’-10 tall . I then drove to shooters world and met some customers who had a similar experience with the same rude man at the Kissimmee store. He sure made a great salesman for shooters world. I was ready to purchase the brake and cover at almost $200 and Kissimmee lost that sale. Just a final note I have purchased firearms from the winter garden location and was treated much better and nicely.

I never even been here BUT anytime I have called, unlike other gun shops, they are VERY customer friendly and helpful. Steven was very patient any time I have called and informative with answering ALL of my thousands of questions and he even recommends places to go (outdoor range, other shops, types of guns to try, etc) if he doesnt have what you are looking for. I will end up coming to this location to purchase JUST BECAUSE of the customer service Ive received over the phone :)

Went in there for the first time today. I had such a sweet young lady name Ariel give me such great customer service . She explained everything to me that I needed to know with great knowledge and even gave me her suggestion . I felt so welcomed when I came in. Can’t wait to start my classes . I’ll recommend to speak to Ariel . She has light ocean eyes and amazing hair .

If I would have the power to give this a 0 star I would the customer service is horrible. I called about three to four times to make sure they had my gun in stock they said yes when I was 10 minutes away. When I finally got there they told me that they never had the gun I was looking for in stock. All 3 to 4 times I spoke to a women there. When I finally arrived nobody asked me If I needed help I was there for about 7 minutes waiting for somebody and I finally had to stop one of the employees that was walking pass me. I would say avoid this store not just because of the customer service but trying to get a price on anything they would not tell you unless you come in which is ridiculous nobody should have to travel 5 or 20 or even a hundred miles to find out a price for something because they wont tell you over the phone.

Besides being knowledgeable & courteous, they located a hard to find firearm I wanted to purchase. I had contacted dealers from Ocala to Orlando and The Armories were the only one willing to take my information and contact me if they were able to find the weapon. Only a week later they called with a new one in stock and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

The Armories is hands down the best firearm source Ive encountered. The owners are extremely knowledgable and it trickles down to their entire staff. Im always amazed at their ability to track down scarce items in the current marketplace. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchases a firearm or take their CCW class.

Absoutley loved it. I am a female employees made me feel welcomed. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable about all their equipment. I am very Novice with guns. They even teach you and show how to disassemble, how to hold correctly, and make you feel comfortable using a gun. Give you do and dont. The shop does offer free cleaning on your guns. They do also offer complementary coffee in the shop. As well offer conceal weapon certifications and other classes. They are are fairly price. As i visit for my first time there was a lot of returning customers purchasing and satisfied. When it comes to customers services excellent, very clean store, store is organized, great price, free gun cleaning, free coffee,. Husband and i are satisfied with our purchase thank you very much.

It would be nice if their website had their inventory and prices. At this time, I do not want to shop so ordered from Sports Academy near them and just picked up my shotgun and hand gun after the waiting period. I got a good deal and was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Once this virus is over, I come by and check out what the store has but for now it would be nice to see an inventory online with prices.

Throw away the five stars and replace them with five diamonds. The Armories-Kissimmee know how to take care of their customers and they know the definition of Customer Service. All of the gentlemen there know their subject matter and are great in communicating; from returning a phone call to answering the phones professionally. This place is very unprofessional the staff have no customer service and the manager for the store also has poor customer service especially when explaining the return policy. Matt Brett which is the store manager was the one who assisted us with our purchase and never explained that if we canceled we will be charged a 20% restocking fee and also we were not able to return the ammunition’s. If he explained that at the beginning of the purchase we would have never bought the ammunition until we got the armor. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional especially coming from a manager. I work for a retail company and I am also a manager as well and if my customers were not informed about something I use a one time courtesy. MATT BRETT the manger should not be running a store. He didn’t even acknowledged us and apologized for the inconvenience and just kept doing what he was doing. I am so livid by this experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I came early to see what new inventory they had if any. A week prior I purchased an expensive firearm. The same guy that processed my firearm for that purchase was the one that greeted me. I told him what I wanted to see and he felt kinda pushy sales wise from the very beginning. Not giving me the time to really enjoy what I was doing and go through the process of figuring out what I wanted. I looked at just 3 guns and he told me he had other people to help. Which I understand, but only about 10 minutes had gone by and I waited in line for a long time twice in the week to purchase the firearm I had purchased from them. Once to have the background check and the other to pick up the firearm. Then I come in today and he cant even spend 10 minutes with me, like I was wasting his time. I honestly felt kinda offended and just left.

On September 2 I walked in and I want to purchase a gun is my first gun and Matt good care of me he was awesome he walked me through the whole thing when I purchased my gun he set up the class he did everything he can to make it comfortable the experience was wonderful When I called to see if I was approved I came in to pick up my gun in a purchase another one with John he was also very nice I have no regrets coming here to purchase two amazing guns and now I’m taking the class with them

Only used for an FFL pick up of an out of state firearms purchase. Ignored by every single employee. Felt like I was at a car dealer being pre judged as I entered. Vibe being given off was obnoxious and condescending.The closest and most convenient location to my residence, I am still a potential customer who may have purchased accessories or ammunition.Only person who bothered was young female cashier. She was friendly, polite, explained the transfer requirements. As Ive been a CCP holder for decades, there was no waiting period to consider, took home firearm immediately.Cost was less than expected. After completion of paperwork, firearm was handed over counter and the business was done with me.Not ONE employee acknowledged my presence as I entered and then browsed every inch of the store while waiting for my firearm; asked if I required assistance; offered to answer any questions on my new firearm. An utter loss of a potential sale and a very bad and lasting first and last impression.I would not spend my dollars in a business that does not respect me as a consumer.I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for an FFL transfer. Why go out of my way when theyre right down the street?

Last week I purchased two rifle scopes for my wife and I to install in our ar 15 . He not only gave us the best price, but he installed them on the spot even though the store was busy. I bought a muzzle break from them for my AR-10 and after 3 weeks on their shop, they couldnt install it. And when I got back my rifle, the flash hider wasnt installed. Wouldnt buy anything from them ever.

The gentlemen at this facility give excellent customer service. They welcome you and give great advice about their products. Steve also helped me a few times and helped me pick out a few items. Stopped by 2 weeks ago. Have no idea what warrants the high ratings. Things were promising when I saw they offered free coffee for patrons but it was cooked down & cold. I spent 20 minutes walking around the store (tough given how small it is). ***Not one*** employee said hello to me, asked if I needed help, etc. the entire time I was there - and believe me there were far more employees there than customers. Disappointing is all I can say.

This is hands down the best gun store I have been deal with and let me said that I have visit gun stores all the way from Orlando to Miami.There are many good gun stores and there are others not that good. Having recently taken a CCW class and being told there was a general shortage nationwide on handguns, I wasn’t expecting much from The Armories.Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise!I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ariel. I explained what I was looking for, and not only did she have one of the guns I was considering — she had FOUR! In stock. Just like that.Well, I explained that I didn’t want to purchase one without firing it first and she quickly replied “By all means! I recommend....” and gave us the name of a range we’d already planned on visiting.Fast forward to later that same day. My time at the range helped me decide which gun I wanted, but now my husband was getting the fever too (not hard to do since he’s retired Army). We headed back to The Armories and found a much busier store. Ariel was busy, but our wait to be helped was short and then Bebo waved us over.Okay — at this point, someone upstairs (God? Angels? Lucky spirits? All three?) was reeeeeally looking out for us because after getting me sorted super fast with my gun, by husband asked Bebo “What parts to you have in stock to make an AR-15?” Bobo’s eyes lit up like a kid’s on Christmas morning — it just so happened they received a big shipment after our morning visit to them — and with that my husband was off to the races!Bebo spent at least the next half hour stepping my husband through options, many of which he recommended based on his own personal weapons assembly experience. Other guys would listen in on the convo and chip in with their two cents. It was really fun and a fantastic experience.If the salespeople weren’t amazing enough, here’s another reason to feel good about shopping there — they don’t work on commission, so you can rest assured you’re not being recommended something just so they can make a quick buck or they have extra product on hand. What an amazing shop! I’ve never had an issue here, the staff is friendly and setting is extremely nice. Everyone here seems to be enjoying themselves as much as I am when I am the shopping or just admiring all that they have to offer. They have a great selection of new and used firearms and can quickly get any special order firearm into the store if you they dont have it in stock. My husband and I went here to buy our first handgun because many of our friends recommended this location. Matt helped us he was very kind and knowledgeable of their products. He was very patient with our many questions. I wasnt aware that they had concealed weapons license class, which he informed me that they offered womens classes every other Wednesday and if we wanted to take it together as a couple we could attend a class on Saturday. He selected 3 guns that would fit mine and my husbands hand well and gave us details about each gun. We purchased the Smith and Wesson 9mm and we were very satisfied with our purchase and service received. Thank you again Matt for all of your help.

I honestly loved this place before. It was the only shop i would shop. The old manager was luis i think, he was great he took the time to learn peoples names, and would personally great you. After i stopped seeing him, it completely changed. I brought in a ruger gp100, to take advantage of the free cleaning. They explained they put it in some sort of cleaning chamber, when i got it back they hadnt put a drop of oil on it. It was so dry, the hammer or trigger wouldnt even move. After this i avoided them out of frustration for awhile. Recently i went back in and it was just a collection of the most miserable people i have ever seen gathered in one place. They had what i wanted but i didnt want to give them my money. I always preferred to support them, but after this last trip, i think for now on, i will just order what i want offline, for a cheaper price and just worry about paying the transfer fees. Its honestly a disappointment.

The level of information I have received at the Armories is always great. Pricing most of the time is good. When they have a Sale, pricing is phenomenal!Really good time of professionals! Has become my go to gun shop.Added benefit is complimentary gun cleaning on guns purchased there.

The only gun shop I go to that gives customers all the knowledge they need! Signed my wife up for their all girls ccw class, & can’t wait for her to be able to defend herself if I am not around! Highly recommend!

They show me lot of different options, they treat me like a friend . They gave me some goodies for my purchase, like a small flashlight, hat, knife and also Invited me to join a BBQ they had going on. First time I get that kind of attention on a Gun shop. Being deaf & mute, I thought communication would be a problem... boy, was I wrong! The sales man stayed with me and my significant other as we asked questions about guns. We both used pen & paper to facilitate communication and he was really cool about it. We both left the store with a brand new revolver and two happy customers. Were definitely coming back - to get ourselves a second gun. Their customer service is TOP-NOTCH. They didnt seem lazy or showed bad attitude as in Oh gosh, I hope no one is staring while dealing with deaf-mute customers.Very happy with The Armories... we hope to see the same sales man again.

Went in to have an assessment on a front sight replaced on a 1911 model 80 officers. They held my slide for 2 weeks. I called to check after 1 week. No response. Went to collect my slide and the gunsmith tried to tell me that there was only ONE manufacturer that makes staked in sights (for the most customized handgun on the planet) and thats why no response. The were working hard to come up with a solution. Shame,it is a nice shop,but they will get none of my business.
