Everyone we have encountered at Kissimmee Motor Sports has been nothing but helpful, kind & professional! We bought a Slingshot from another company and a service plan through them. I tried to cancel with the other company to do business with KMS but unfortunately we signed a contract & it’s a no go. We did have KMS install our LED lights & look into a weird noise in the belt. I can’t say enough good things about the service guys! Shout out to Juan & Elio for going out of their way for us to make sure our Slingshot looked amazing!I would highly recommend them!!!! I think it probably is a good store. They had a few slingshots that I wanted to inquire about and I wanted to know if they had any jet skis however we walked around outside and inside and we were never even acknowledged. Which shows that the customer service is lacking.

If I had anything to say bad it is this.They need to smudge their building. The energy is just not right. I felt it when I walked in, and it slowly started bringing me down the longer I stayed.Other than that, the people are niceI had a good experience.

Just purchased a used kx450 about 2 weeks ago. Sale rep and everyone was amazing only issues I had was When we rode the bike for the first time noticed clutch was slipping and they were already closed so couldn’t until Tuesday when they opened. Spoke to mike and a service person and they were trying to give me a quote which I won’t pay since I just purchased the bike that Saturday. Was told I’ll get a call back and never received it.

I spoke to somone named Mike he told me that they give free repair estimates. i had some questions for the service department and spoken to the service manager the next day he answered my question then I told him mike from sales told me you offer free repair estimates not only did he tell me no they dont but they charge $300 i told him why would I pay for repair estimate when everyone else offers free estimates Honda, BMW and Harley Davidson i asked to speak to the general manager. The general manager called me back and his name is norm he told me they charge $300 for repair estimates i told him you are taking advantage of people during a national pandemic which is illegal then norm asked me what do you do for a living and I told him what does that have to do with you wanting to charge me $300 for a repair estimate then norm cussed me out for no reason. I called and asked to speak to the owner and the lady that answered told me he is out of the office till Monday i told her you need to call him and have him call me back asap its regarding the inappropriate behavior of the general manager norm she told me no I wont give him a call if the owner wants to speak to you he will give you a call next week. My recommendation is to not do bussiness with this place who do you know or ever heard of ever charges for a repair estimate the answer is no one thats a red flag. If I can give them 0 stars I would. There are lots of reviews here with 5 stars with no comments thats another red flag.My reply i suggested you fire mike because he told me that your company offers free repair estimate. Here we go again not telling the truth and being dishonest i did not use profanity you did. Happy customers that give you 5 star reviews with no comments that suspicious at best. successful you are not look at how many bad reviews you got and look at your reply to the issues they have with this bussiness. Instead of apologizing for your behavior you double down on being rude and disrespectful after I talked to you I found out that somone I know stop by your company few weeks ago and they were charged over $300 for a repair estimate oh wait but I thought you only charge $129 for a repair estimate I just caught you in another lie. I usually never leave a bad review anywhere, although the last time I came here I had a great experience this time wasn’t it. First impression is everything ! I stopped by today interested into getting on another bike and pick up a new helmet the senior Hispanic salesman that sits in the front was quick to send me to another dealer while I kept asking specific questions about bike availability he would just reply “no” without even looking at me we couldn’t even get a proper greeting felt very stereotyped and uncomfortable I even asked if I can go inside cause he made it seem like he didn’t even want us to come inside... but thankyou to the female and gentlemen in the back that made our experience a bit better by the helmet area even offered discounts, but I lost all interest in purchasing anything from there.I don’t think I will be coming back

Third time buying a bike from here. Always enjoyed a nice welcoming feeling walking through the door. Recently just bought a new motorcycle, Paul was great along with Robert going over the electronics with me. Never once did I feel like was being pressured by anybody. After doing a lot of homework, and going from dealership to dealership I found the best price at Kissimmee Motorsports. I bought a 2019 Ninja 400 ABS for $1000 cheaper than anywhere else in the state. I thought it was a trick at first... but I come to find out they really just give you the straight up price out the door if you ask for it. No BS, just the facts.When I arrived, the process was about as fast/clean as it gets. Everything was ready for me, the staff was amazing, etc. The building itself is great. Plenty to look at while your at the store.I also must give a recommendation for Robert. The guy is great to work with, super friendly, no pressure, etc, etc. I drove all the way from Daytona just to shop here, and it was worth the trip. I will be using Kissimmee Motorsports in the future!

So here was my experience with Kissimmee Motorsports I order 2 tires for my motorcycle on the phone well the guy told me that it was going to cost me $130 to have them installed because I bought the tires from them when I got there they tried to charge me $201 to install my tires after me wanting my money back for the tires I have purchased then the manager came out and spoke to me and gave me the deal that Lyle had offer Im just saying if you go there be aware out whats going on because they will try to over charge.. after it was all said and done I was satisfied with my tires raffy l the salesman was really nice...
