I hope you have all the time in the world to wait for your vehicle…. I brought in my vehicle on a Wednesday with a check engine light. It took nearly 2 days to diagnose. Then I got my vehicle Friday morning just to have another check engine light that same evening. It has turned out to be a separate but I believe related issue, however I don’t know because not one person there will return my call Dan or Oscar the service manager. I mean isn’t this why customer go to the dealership to have certified mechanics to work on your specific vehicle. I have made countless calls and continue to do so just to get anyone other than the receptionist on the line. I’ve left messages and to no avail… I don’t think anyone is accountable for the service Dept. I’m shocked to hear that this place is as great as some have said. I will have to go out of my way now once I get my vehicle back because fast and efficient is not the standard at this dealership.

I wish I was able to give Napleton a better review but I can’t. The staff was courteous William and George try to help me but we where unable to agree into a payment I can afford, but that is ok this is a business and they need to make money. My problem is their way to try to get you into a deal. I arrived into the dealership because of an appointment I made over the phone, I was upfront with what I wanted and the payment I can afford, if not possible I would walk away. They insisted for me to provide additional information even though I told them if we are able to make a deal I have not problem in giving you my additional personal information. Well the sales was nice I did trusted him by giving him the additional Information request but I was very clear when I told him DO NOT run my credit until we agree on a purchase or lease deal. Well Napleton did the opposite and my credit was processed multiple times September 15, September 16, September 24 and September 26. This is a very bad practice and I’m no attorney but maybe even illegal. I will add a picture of the transaction I case Napleton wanted to denied this practice. I have exceptional credit so this might affect me for few months but to future customers with good or fair credit please be very careful.

They appeared nice when selling you the vehicle. But the service afterwards is the worst I’ve ever seen. I have made an appointment, but upon arriving no one was even there to check you in. Had to ask several people myself and waited for 30-40min to finally get told they were busy and can’t check my vehicle unless I leave it there for another two weeks. Totally a waste of time and don’t know what’s the point of the appointment system

BEWARE! Arranged to trade my vehicle for a new Durango at this dealership. After several phone calls and texts the deal was struck and I drove 90 minutes to the dealership to find out I hadnt been told about their $25k Market Adjustment! The dealer website and finance calculator only showed MSRP, ZERO mention of their dealer gouging fee and if I had been told about this up front I wouldnt have wasted my Saturday driving there and back. All they would say is that they mark up their vehicles with no offer to make this right. Poor, poor, poor way to do business. Shame on you Chrysler for letting your dealerships do business like this.Update: the dealers response reads very nicely but an honest attempt to work towards a resolution would have been much more appreciated. Saying youll consider taking $1k off of a $26k sticker add-on isnt a sincere attempt at coming to a mutual agreement.

I made an appointment for my van on Wednesday morning. I figured seeing I made an appointment, my car would be looked at right away. When I dropped it off, I was told there was a line of vehicles in front of my van and that it would take 5-6 hours to get it completed.I called Wednesday night and they said they had to order a part for my van, so it would get completed on Thursday. I called Thursday night, they said it wouldnt be done until Friday. I called Friday night and they said they just got the part in and that their technicians were gone for the weekend so it would be done Monday.The work they did was fine, but I didnt make an appointment only to be told repeatadly it would be done quickly, only for the service to take 5 days. Customer service was fine, but I dont appreciate being made to wait this long when I was told repeatadly it would be done in a matter of hours. I also shouldnt have to wait for other cars to be completed when I scheduled an appointment ahead of time.

I let him know to cancel the diagnostic test as the place I purchased the car is going to give me a rental & take my car where needed to get it fixed at this point. Larry said he will take care of me in the morning & cancel my testing so I can get my car in the morning. Again he was super kind & apologetic. I feel bad for him. It seems theyre booking more appointments than the department can handle. Larry was handling it very well staying calm &kind. When I bought our truck the staff was great and wanted to do everything to be helpful. Now that we are trying to use the free oil changes and tire rotation we cant get in without a multiple hour wait. No Loaner car, No Shuttles to our area, nothing so our options are to spend our own money to uber somewhere or we sit and wait for hours. I have reached out multiple times and no one has ever called or emailed me back. Now we have hit our year so those services that I have had to pay over $100 for at other places are useless. The only time anyone has bothered to call me back they hang up almost immediately. You might get a good deal on a vehicle but I wouldnt bother with the service department.

A couple of years ago (Sep or Oct 2018) I stopped by this dealer and asked a young salesperson to show me a Jeep Wrangler. She responded, thats a $48k car, I recommend seeing other models. I walked away and 2 hours later I got my car from Central Florida Chrysler.Today, I decided to give the dealer a second chance. I stopped by and spoke to Jaiden, he was super kind, gentle, respectful... I could keep saying good things about him.I mentioned I would like a new Grand Cherokee for my wife, and that I wanted to discuss numbers.A sales manager joins us and tells me that I need to choose a car, I explain that I dont need to see cars, that I know the model I want and my intention is to discuss numbers. He says it is not possible and I walked away again. I am probably getting the same car from a different dealer.Heads up management, employees with bad attitudes might damage your business.
