Definitely recommend! I had an overall great experience with this local store. After shopping box box chains and having issues with orders, delays in shipping time, and issues with delivery and set up I decided to shop somewhere closer to home. Im glad that I went to Sit and Sleep! David was the associate who assisted us and he was really eager to help us find the perfect pieces for our home. Prices were very reasonable and delivery went off without a hitch! As with anything, check the quality of the merchandise purchased, this store has a lot of variety to choose from.

This location is very cozy inside. Furniture is cramped together but spacious enough to examine. There are more items online than actually in the store.I appreciate that I was able to browse on my on before being approached by a sales person. Prices are reasonable compared to big box stores, and includes free local delivery!!Gabriel was friendly and very helpful.

From the moment I walked into the store, Ana approached me, with such courteousness and professionalism. She truly made us comfortable. My daughter was looking for a bed, and she helped her make a choice that I knew was better, but, my daughter needed to hear it from someone else. She’s naturally friendly.

I paid for a dining set for over 4 months now, they delivered the table that was on display with scratches, I immediately called them which they had told me that they will order me a new table, NEVER received the new table, claimed numerous time the table and was completely ignored about it. With that they send me two chairs from display, still missing 2 large end chairs, the bench came damaged couple of days ago, which I returned immediately, Karen calls me to tell that she has a brand NEW one to deliver for me. So, this week they came to deliver the bench when I take a closer look I notice the colors of the bench arent matching. They painted over the scratch part with a nonmatching paint. I called the store to try to speak to the sales representative Ana and shes never available, wont answer my calls or texts. I pass by many times and shes either hiding by her desk. They sure screen the calls and cover each others. I have spoken to each individual in this store and all I get is the run around. I have requested to speak to the owner or an assistant manager and they say that they will call me back. Spoke to David and he hasnt done anything at all to try and fix the situation. Until today 10/14/21 they havent reach out to me. I have asked for them to return my money back in full & they refuse to. I definitely dont recommend to shop here at all. Save yourselves the stress, inconvenience and headaches.

Horrible service, horrible quality, the staff is always lost. They take super long to deliver a simple piece and then they never actually do deliver it. They make you wait tremendous times to receive items you desperately need quick. The quality of the items are horrible. I bought a 1k mattress and had to switch it out cause it just literally got sunken right down the middle within a week. Everything about this place is just disappointing. My recommendation don’t even walk into the store and safe yourself a headache.

It was crowded, where you sometimes need to turn sideways to get between the furniture displays. They have a variety of prices and furniture options. Their showroom could look a little better, without all the stock up on the walls, but they were polite and accommodating. Surprisingly, they actually had furniture in stock and something I was interested in could be here next week.

David and the team at sit n sleep were absolutely amazing. I needed a last minute order of a bed frame for my vacation rental and they assisted me promptly! I was able to view, purchase, get delivery and assembly for the bed to my home within 1 business day and the quality of the product was great and the service was even better. I will definitely use their products in the future and I highly recommend!!

Due to the land border closure, we recently rented an apartment in ChampionsGate sight unseen. Furnishing an apartment in Florida from our home in Canada was definitely a challenge but we struck gold in our dealings with David Andrade at SitnSleep. David was so helpful, especially as we also had a very limited time period for delivery. David followed up on all items to confirm if they were available in our time frame and an if item wasn’t, he sent us suggestions and lots of photos of alternative pieces. He worked with us on the delivery and immediately followed up to ensure all went well. David Andrade was an absolute pleasure to deal with! We highly recommend him and we will definitely contact David first on future furniture purchases. He provided an EXCELLENT client experience. The delivery team did as well! I have bought a lot of furniture from this store. Everything is great until you have a problem. I bought I dining room set for my daughter as a Christmas present 5 months ago and the stools were assembled incorrectly so I called and reported the problem to the store and they promised to replace them, that was 5 months ago and I get promised they will take care of it, my daughter has now included today appointment that hasn’t happened 6 days from work. This is just over the top for me now and I just want this whole set taken back and my money refunded. What good is a dining room set that you have had for 5 months and can’t use and it’s paid for. I am so tired of the lies and excuses.

Don’t buy at this store. Terrible business, full of liars employees. I bought a bed in June and I didnt receive it until now. They are always giving me a new date of delivery. Today they told my husband that it will be delighted on August 27th. They sell you what they dont have.

David is the most disrespectful sales associate. After lying to my mother on multiple dates, he took it upon himself to call her on his personal cellphone to insult her. After his behavior was reported to the person overseeing the store, and the store owner, nothing was done. As a result we canceled our order and gladly went to ASHLEY FURNITURE. Sit and Sleep apparently finds it appropriate for sales associates to use customer information for their personal use and insult customers in the process.If you dont want sales associates to use your personal information, and the store owner to find this acceptable, I highly suggest you shop elsewhere.To the owner, dont waste your time commenting with a generated message telling me to email. You know what happened and till this day an apology has not been issued.

WARNING they are bunch of crooks 4 months still havent received my money back or furniture. Than try to charge me a stock fee how I havent received the furniture. I called corporate office and they told me that was a lie.. Dont be fooled by the fake ratings.

This is my second time purchasing from this store my first visit I purchased a living room set and the sales man was awesome, so when I was ready to purchase new bedroom furniture I decided to go back to them. Big mistake!!.. I purchased 2 bedroom suites and was told everything was in stock and would be delivered in a few days. When the delivered my bedroom furniture 1 of the headboards was already put together and not in a box. So that concerned me because I paid for New furniture not the display. So when I called I was lied to and told it was assembled because the box was damaged and I believed them so I continued to assemble my bed. When we got to the dresser we noticed that it was damaged. So I called the store several times and I think they were screening my calls and just was trying to ignore me so I went to the store and I noticed that the headboard to the display to the bed I purchased was gone! They sold me used furniture and had me pay full price for the it and lied to me about it! Im still waiting on my new dresser! I had planned on buying new bedroom furniture for my grandson from them because I thought they we’re honest people but they are clearly out to just take your money and lie to your face! Let’s not forget the delivery guys didn’t set up either bedroom suite they dropped it in my living room and left! This has been the worst experience every and I will never shop here again!

Loved the staff but not the furniture. How can a rocking chair start squeaking after a week. When I called the manufacturer- all they said was maybe you use it too much. Two months ago the chair started making a knocking noise when I sit and lean back. It’s been 8 months now since my delivery - I just leaned onto the arm of the chair with my elbow and i heard wood crack. Now there is a dent in the arm. When purchasing my furniture the salesman asked if I wanted insurance. Never heard of insuring furniture before, but I sure made a mistake when I said no! And I made an even bigger mistake when I walked into the store!

Is a small store that offer you the old way services. Ana is spectacular she shows me about all different kind of beds they have even if my budget was not that big. What it impress me the most is her energy to sell you at the same time that she cares about you . Her kindness made me feel like a special customer. I will go back there again. Also it was right on my neighborhood.

How about taking responsibility for having my personal information misused by your employees for their personal use.)Had by far the worst experience at this store courtesy of the sales rep DAVID. I ordered living room furniture in which David specifically documented expected deliver dates. As the date approached I called to follow up, he told me my order would be delayed by approximately 3 additional weeks.As the second date approached I called the store to follow up once again. I spoke to Debbie (whom I late found out was the mother of the owner to the store) She told me that she was no longer the running the store and happened to come in that day to assist. She went on to say she had several customers reach out stating they were given one delivery date on their receipt, the system said a much further delivery date, but were told something else once the first delivery date never happened. She asked me to text her a copy of my receipt so she could personally question David because the response she was getting from sales associates was that customers were lying about dates. I gladly sent her a text of my receipt.Thats when David went nuts. DAVID decided to call me from his personal phone (after Debbie spoke with him) and disrespect and yell at me. He claimed I had called the store to get him in trouble with his boss (which at the time I had no idea Debbie was the mother of the owner) simply for inquiring on an update of my order. He ended by telling me that because I got him in trouble that I should cancel my order and if I didnt not to call the store and for me to handle my order with Debbie.Well, after telling Debbie that David called me from his personal phone to disrespect me she told me she would have her son (the owner) follow up with me on my order. The owner Nathan followed up with me and I was left with Nathan being the one to give me updates on my order.After 2 days, and talking with my husband, I reached out to Nathan via text and told him I wanted to cancel my order after how I was treated by David. It just didnt sit well with my husband and me. Nathan told me to call the store and notify them to cancel my order.I immediately spoke with Margarita. She said she would review notes and issue me a refund. 5 days later I find myself emailing the owner because a refund wasnt processed. Im then told by the owner telling me he would have an associate call me to start the refund process. Guess who calls me? If you guessed David you are correct. He processed by refund (which didnt go into my account till another 4 days). Prior to hanging up I told him I would be leaving a feedback on his treatment. His response was I DONT CARE.Not once was an apology issued but going by Davids behavior this is acceptable for the store owner.My first attempt at buying furniture locally, never again! Ended up going to Ashley Furniture. Did you know Ashley Furniture price matches?

We have been customers of this store for over 4 or 5 years now. Never had an issue until now. We purchased a $3,000 living room set which has cup holders that are now broken not even a year in. We then purchased a new King size bedroom set with a bed frame. Bed took over 1 month and a half to get delivered and 4 months later today we received the bedroom frame that was supposed to be deliver within 3 weeks. When the 2 delivery guys are delivered I had to ask them both to wear their mask. One of them got upset and started to argue with me in my own house. I told him to get someone else to come and deliver my things but he just kept working. I’m beyond upset. I will never buy from this people again. They are irresponsible and very disrespectful and unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Davis is awesome! Went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed. No high pressure, made it relaxing and not rushed. He loves his community and really encourages folks to buy local. Great representative of the area and the store! Thanks David, look forward to our next purchase!

Worst experience buying furniture EVER! I do not recommend Sit N Sleep whatsoever. They are just trying to make a quick dollar. My first purchase ever on my credit and they took COMPLETE advantage of it. Don’t waste you’re time or money! Worst part the furniture came damaged and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Plus the price of the bed set I got was more then listed on the tag and the monthly payments plan they gave me were incorrect. They are taking out more money off my credit then discussed. SHADY! INCONSIDERATE! I would give 0 stars if there were an option to do so.

Update: Against my better judgement I chose to go back to Sit and Sleep to purchase my living room set last week and I’m glad I did. David was very helpful and he made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He is kind and professional. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure that’s what I got. Delivery and set up was quick. Thank you David!I purchased a bedroom set and new mattress in July. The delivery happened pretty quickly as I chose to purchase the floor model bedroom set. However, the chest was not available but was told that I can order it and that it would take up to 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered it on July 16th. I called 9 weeks later to see if it had come in and was told it was expected at the end of October. The end of October came and went and still no chest. I understand things have been delayed due to the pandemic but this waiting game has gotten ridiculous. I called again in November and was told in December. Here we are at the end of December and still nothing. When I call, sometimes there’s no answer and other times when I call, I’m told someone will call me back within an hour but no call back. I feel I have been given the run around as it relates to this item. Thankfully I have not paid it in full yet as I was not gonna pay for something in full I would not be using. It’s sad because their customer service was great when I did my purchase initially but now I have an incomplete bedroom set which upsets me to look at every time I walk into my bedroom. To think that I was considering purchasing my living room set from them but this experience has clouded my decision to purchase anything there ever again.

David Andrade at the Pleasant Hill Road location is amazing ! He went above and beyond helping us! They had several bedroom suits that we liked but we were not in love with them. He listened to what we wanted and about a week later he sent me pictures of one he found that was exactly what I was looking for!! I went to this location yesterday 05/19/2020 and I was looking at a living room set. A male approach me asking me if I needed help. I told him I was interested in the set I was looking at and he told me that price was even cheaper than was displayed. The living room was posted with a free ottoman. He gave me the new price which was 1199. Then said he had to make a call comes back and tells me the ottoman isn’t included as shown on the display. On top of it as I went to get my ID the other workers were taking the set to a truck and he told me I would have to wait 4 or so weeks! I just don’t understand how you can have a tag stating the ottoman is free and then take it back . They also had to call the other customer who bought the one on display to let them no after the phone call that the ottoman isn’t included. Shady!!!!!! Disappointed!!!! I gave two stars only because he was polite !

David was amazing from the moment I walked in. Welcomed me to the store and offered to be of help and of service right away. Made me feel comfortable right away staying close by to always be of help but still giving me the privacy and space I needed to make my own choice. My brother accompanied me to the store and David showed excellent customer service when he recognized him. He had helped my brother and his wife buy a mattress in the past. It was so nice that David remembered the details of their conversations showing he truly cares about each customer and their likes and dislikes. David is very knowledgeable. He was able to describe the differences in quality of mattresses I was interested in, the differences in brands, and the differences in comfort. He was able to answer all of my questions which included prices, deals, delivery, and financing. But one of the best things about David is his love for what he does. He’s a great sales person and he shows personal interest. He shows genuine concern and a caring and kind demeanor towards his customers. He stayed after hours and never rushed me. He just wanted to make sure I found what I really wanted, something within my budget and something I loved and was truly happy with. His way of being is very rare nowadays. Any store and company should be proud if they have an employee like David.

Good experience at store. Some issues with the delivery men but someone at store came out to fix the problem although I had to return 2 x’s to store to pick up additional legs. Ana and David were very helpful.

I ordered my bedroom set and living room set from this location and Pedro had so much patience with me. He gave me a tour of all the bedroom sets and living room sets they have so that I can make a decision. The sales are amazing! I told him my price range and what I am looking for and he listen and understood and help me look for my beautiful bedroom set and living room set. Thank you Pedro!

Im coming there to Mr Gabriel and associate demanding a full refund for services not rendered as promised and a 50 delivery fee their reciept is invalid as far as Im concerned its a cash deal and their hoping to keep it if so I will take this matter to consumer affairs or (BBB)very unprofessional what happened to this place??I dont understand 5 delivery trucks parked outside an empty store with no patrons whats the hold up

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!I should have known this place was going to be nothing but headaches! I went in on 1/20/2020 to order an entertainment unit I saw online. Theres no service in the store at all. I placed my order, paid my order in full and got into my car. Once I got into my car I realized the price online is 300 dollars less expensive! I walked back in and they refunded me the difference. I was told my order would only take 2-4 weeks to arrive, but not to worry because they hardly ever have orders take longer than two weeks. This morning 1/27/2020 I received a call from a girl named Margarita, who told me my order wont arrive till at least the first week of March and asked if I wanted to wait or a refund. I decided I wanted a refund, as 6 weeks is a long time to wait on a piece of furniture. Margarita told me she would call me back and quickly hung up. 25 minutes later I called back and spoke with Gabriel who told me that there is a restocking fee of 25% and I needed to quit having an attitude.I wanted to give this small business a chance but it has left me with nothing but regrets!AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN, AND IF YOU DONT MAKE SURE YOU READ FINE PRINT!!!

We moved to a new townhome and David at the store was extremely helpful in picking out furniture and beds. The delivery was efficient and prompt and we are enjoying our purchases. Would recommend sit and sleep for an furniture needs!
