I would give 0/5 stars if I could!! I came in for an oil change and to get my tires filled. They took my tires off to do an inspection and when putting them back on, scratched my wheel. They then told me my front brake pads were really low, like a 2, and tried to convince me I needed to replace them, for $600. I went to a dealership to look at them, and I found out they either lied to me or that they dont know what theyre doing. They were at worst a 3. Worst of all, on my way out, one of the mechanics asked for my number. He said, Maybe I can be your next ex. First of all, eww!! Second of all, not professional and very inappropriate.

I have used jiffy lube off and on for 15 years. This was my first time at this location.The building is a little older and with out the computer upgrades and oil pumps. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My timing was good and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They excepted my Groupon (be sure you purches it 24 hours in advance).I would recommend this location and Jiffy Lube.

Milton DeJesus and Alex saved our butts good today we came from Colorado to purchase a car and on our way out of town the break pedal hit the floor😳. Thankfully it happened right in front of jiffy lube and they took us right in like family and helped us out nothing like getting ready for a 2,000 mile trip and have the breaks just disappear, the lines blew out right above the caliper and loss pressure. Milton said we will check it out and get you an estimate in 3 minutes they found the problem and had it fixed almost as fast (for the job at hand) these folks are awesome and honest wish we had more mechanics like them, In this world that value the customer and there safety. If not for the COVID times I would hug them.

Where did I start first of all they had a young guy there that looked 12 but that no why Im writing this review I paid way too much for an oil change ..they told me my car disnt have any oil in the engine which was a lie ..I ask them four times to full my tire with ai..i have this feeling that they used old oil in my car also hoping this young kid didnt break my dip stick i also ask what type if oil and they said Valvolinewhich I doubt it was Im very disappointed in the service I received plus again almost 10 dollars fo the poor service I received it wasnt worth taking my car there only reason I did was because I was fresh out of the hospital and didnt have the Strength to do it myself if not I wanted to do it myself I wouldnt never go back to that business again very poor poor service agaif there is again poor poor service and they try to rip me off

I just called for some pricing and was trying to be clear on what I was getting for the price. Whoever answered the phone was rude and condescending. Way to drive customers away. But thanks for being upfront on the kind of service I should expect once I arrived...saved me a trip to your shop and from wasting my time.

They were really busy mid day but they were super attentive, friendly and did the best they could to get the cars through. They did not up sell and instead recommended things that should be done when we could which I greatly appreciated. I hate being bullied into doing extra services and they were great about it!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could, they were so professional and kind. I was in the area about to leave for my 3 hour road trip and pulled up shortly before they closed because my tire pressure light was on. I didn’t get a chance to call prior to arriving but I was nervous to leave for my trip before having the pressure checked in my tires. Javier helped me and was so kind and willing to fit me in so I could get on the road on time. He checked my tire pressure, assured me that they would be okay for my trip and filled them up to the required amount. Everybody there had a smile (through their mask of course) as well as a kind attitude. If you need a quick check, or even an appointment this is the place to go. Please don’t waste your time anywhere else! I highly highly recommend them!!!

Milton and team were awesome. Ours smalls kids are ice cream while they performed IN TO HE CAR! I didnt have to stay then out missed our vacuuming though but worth it. They explained everything. Cool experience

I was going to see this business but I didnt realize they didnt do more than oil changes. They were the closest mechanic shop to me when my car was shaking really bad. Then when I went into their parking lot some of the men helped me cause they saw my car smoking. Extremely nice men. One of the gentlemen helped me with my daughter and parked my car for me. It was extremely amazing and helped my step mom put my car on the trailer. Super awesome. Even though I wasnt a customer I did appreciate his customer service. As a single mom Ive been stressed and have not had the best day that day so the kindness this man showed me blew me away. Thank you 😊 best customer service and really nice workers. I recommend this jiffy lube.

The mechanics here, especially Milton, cared to explain each repair and maintenance item needed with a cost estimate. He made a point to prioritize the most important items that needed to be done. The prices charged were comparable to other businesses in the area and on the lower side. The workmanship was excellent. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube without hesitation.

This place deserves 6 stars!! The staff is very friendly, communicative and helpful. No one else even tried to see if they can do an oil change in my commercial truck, and they took good care of me and my truck.

I pulled into jiffy lube and requested only an oil change, and I understand they have to take the filters out as part of their job. Cool, but still was only there for an oil change. When they took my air cabin filter out of my 2007 Ridgeline, they broke my glove box, and the parts that are supposed to be there for it to work are not even in my truck. Accidents happen sure, but they are only excusable if you own up to them.I know the glovebox was in working order before I went there, because I opened it to put my registration in there less that 30 minutes prior.For them to break part of my vehicle on something I didn’t even ask them to do, and then (in my eyes) throw the parts away, and not even tell me you broke it is extremely unappealing, I will not pay for anything from this company again.It’s something so small, but I still have to buy the parts to fix my glovebox because I went to a company that does oil changes, and requested only an oil change.Thank you for the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had in this vehicle.Yes my oil level is still good, just a horrible experience.

I was expecting a good service but they did point some extra service that I did not needed because I already did myself. So this is my personal opinion

Was going to bring my car in for service today and called to ask questions. Person who answered phone was very rude and unprofessional.I didnt catch his name as he was mumbling and had a thick accent. I will gladly drive to the other location further away as when I called them they were very kind and informative on the phone. You lost my business Kissimmee Jiffy lube.

Mechanics should take a page from Alexs book,very professional, straight to the point and no unnecessary recommendations, will definitely be there again for my next oil change.

I was early so the service was fast. In and out fast. The guys were really nice and polite. Used a coupon from the internet whuch was a plus. I really like it. I used ro go there but I started to used a cheaper place but umi have ro wait like 2 or 3 hours foe the service to be done. From bmbow on Ill be going there. Nice.

I attempted to get an oil change for my Cadillac this afternoon. I was kept waiting so long that I left without having the oil changed. I waited almost 45 minutes before I decided to leave.Normally I change my own oil, but I have a busy weekend planned and stopped at Jiffy Lube out of convenience and speed.This visit provided me with neither.

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube location & I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by the staff there. My wait time was swift and the manager, John, was very mannerable and informative. He was very pleasant with all the customers i watched him interact with. If you are in the Central Florida area I would definitely recommend visiting this particular location for service. They are one of the best I’ve seen yet!

This place is incredibly slow. I was 2nd in line and was here for over an hour. They said they checked fluids and tires but did no such checks.

Overly price if you ask me.

I get my car here serviced often and they do an excellent job.

Best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. They don’t pressure you into unnecessary upsells like other places. They’re honest and helpful about the work, and go the extra mile. I’m impressed.

Unfortunately, the service that I received here was not exemplary. The staff, after my oil change, did not reset my service needed indicator in my vehicle. I did ask them to do so once I realized that happened. I had several of the workers try to fix it and assured me that it was completed. I decided to leave in my car and not only was the service indicator on, but my car was alerting me that I was going over 20 mph (has never done that prior to this). I called the venue and expressed that I needed this situation fixed. The gentleman, on the phone, said that Ive mustve made a mistake and it was ultimately my fault. Didnt appreciate that comment whatsoever. I was entirely patient while my car was serviced (total of 3.5 hours) and after when I informed them of my indicator. 0/10, will not be back.

It was a long wait for some reason today, but they are good guys and they always take good care of us when we go there!

Incompetence almost resulted in a serious wreck. In an attempt to upsell an air filter the intake hose was torn causing the car to stall in a busy intersection. My girlfriend and daughter were almost hit.

$79.99 (plus tax) for an oil change. Coggin Honda charges $49.99 (plus taxes) and they inspect the vehicle.Prices are way too expensive in comparison with the brand qualified dealership.I had made an appointment at Coggin and figured Id try Jiffy as a cheaper option. Boy was I wrong!However, technicians are very nice and professional in both places.Btw, I waited for 1 hour to be taken care of at Coggin and they use Mobil oil.In the past, I waited an hour to be taken care of at Jiffy.I choose Honda 100%.
