My first encounter they diagnosed the fault in a camera and gave me the routine Not worth fixing - you will miss your vacation photo opportunities - buy another camera but I rounded on them and explained that, despite the English accent, I was not a tourist. I am a local. They did repair the camera. My second encounter I had stern words with them when I entered the store, I want to fix this. I remind you I am not a tourist. If you tell me its beyond repair I will buy another one - somewhere else. If you want ANY income, do a genuine repair. They did fix it nicely and for a few dollars less than Canon quoted to me (but no shipping or delay).
