When I was here I tried their main icecream flavors and they do not even compare to Häagen-Dazs. Also I do not support their soloing out of israel as if there arent bad people doing bad things in all countries with their poor logic. They should not sell in any country with that logic. Soloing out Israel is clearly antisemitism.

I had the best experience of my life coming into this place. I’m normally an ice cream guy but coming in here with my nephew, the way we were treated and how everything tasted was just off the charts. A no doubter 5 stars and highly recommended for everyone who wants to eat the best Ice cream ever!!

I love Ben and Jerrys ice cream. The store was clean, customer service was great and they had a nice variety of ice cream. The ice cream is soft, creamy and had the perfect amount of pre-added ingredients.

I was so excited to come in and get my cookie cookie sundae that comes with 2 cookies, ice cream, whip cream and topping and let me tell you the worst experience of my life the cookie was as hard as rock. I asked for them to be warm up like I always get it but according to the employee it takes too long to put in the oven... Ok? Too long for who? Me or the employee? I had to dig my wooden spoon just to break the cookie in half. The employee also tried cutting one cookie in half and just giving it to me like that. Had to remind her that it comes with two. I can break the wooden spoon easier than the cookie. Overall terrible experience. Sucks that this nearby location is not worth the drive.

I went today with my family after watching a movie next door and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in it smelled amazing and the customer service was excellent. The young girl whotended us, Veronica, was so kind, patient, and made excellent suggestions, making our decisions a breeze. Her attitude was so chipper and she had great energy! The ice cream is a bit more expensive but you can tell it’s worth it with every bite. Will definitely be coming back! Great ice cream, and fantastic employees!

Your ice cream is good but I have a complain because every time I go with my boo boo you don’t have Vanilla ice cream and that’s one of my favorite so please try to have a good reserve of vanilla ice cream

The ice cream is really good and the girls who were helping us were super nice. They have great chemistry and team work. They both helped us because we were a large group. Not sure what their names were but they referred to each other as V and Jay. Great ice cream and customer service. Very friendly, comfortable and happy environment due to those girls!

An okay place top grab ice cream before or after a movie. They have plenty of flavors to choose from.The workers are polite and attentive. Have no complaints about the staff.Only problem is that the place always seem to be dirty. Especially the outside seating.Price is fair.

THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING!! The ice cream is really good and the workers there are super nice and chill. A worker named Lizzie was super duper nice and she made sure our table was clean and that we were enjoying our ice cream :)

Freshly blended ice cream. Nice waffle cones and bowls. Can pretty much customize any sundae any way you like. Prices are a bit steep for ice cream though. And, this is my preference, but since they can make freshly blended ice cream, why not try with soft serve? That would bring their game to a higher level.

The young lady that served me was LOVELY, but for a Saturday having only one person working was concerning. She did a great job making my order fast and smiling. Fantastic customer service.

It was my sons birthday and he wanted to try a banana split Sunday but they ran out of bananas. A very friendly staff member not only went out of her way with our sons peanut allergy making sure she got a unopened box of ice cream but made up for not having bananas with giving my son a birthday cookie sundae on the house. We are very great full and appreciate it very much.

For one, I think theyre over priced. Secondly, they keep there waffle cones in the fridge or freezer. When I asked for it, I got it w two scoops. The cone was soft and was falling apart because it was so soft. I paid over $10 for it. Not worth it at all. Thirdly, they also throw people out once its 10pm which I find very rude. Not something people would be comfortable with. Most places lock there doors so no one else would come in which makes better sense and do their cleaning while the customers inside finish their food then lock the door behind them. I will never go there again sadly.

I went to this Ben & Jerrys this Friday night. It was very busy and the young man who helped us had exceptional customer service. He was taking care of many different things at the same time because he was working alone and still managed to take care of us!! Maybe have more than one employee to work on Friday nights, It does get very crowded. The Ice Cream was Delicious!

My family and I came by on Saturday and Britanni initially helped us and she was great but since my family is a big one, her coworker Gabriela came to help us to make it quicker and she was amazing as well I love the fact that If we needed anything in Spanish they were able to help us because our our English is not that good but overall a great customer service from them me and my family will definitely stop by again

I tried to order a birthday cake for my daughter. The one and only person in the store knew nothing about the cakes or the process of getting one . She had to call the manager for every question I had. They could not even tell me how many people the cakes fed. I finally gave up and left . I am very disappointed and I have to let my daughter down because there is no other Ben and Jerrys around. They shouldnt sell a product they have no knowledge about.

Good ice cream

I took my grandkids and 2 of their friends here. The place is a little pricey but the young man who waited on us was so patient and kind with the kids. The kids loved the ice cream and Grandma was really impressed with the service.

Im making this late review because I just got back to my hotel, but the service was wonderful. Such a nice young man who attended us, I came from out of town . I came to visit from minisota and so far before this stop, the service has been bad . Very rude and just not good service but after this visit Im Ben and jerrys I change my mind about Florida . Good ice cream too, great service . My kids loved it !! I will definitely come back before I leave !!!

I am a grubhub worker, on Tuesday May 21 i received an order from here and when i got there the 2 workers were on their phones I told one of them the girl, she is light skin and has brown hair and braces that i had an order and she proceeds to tell me that they werent accepting orders and I said to her that I could tell her what the order was or show her what it was and she said that the tablet didnt have an order but the tablet was off so she then said you see i dont have anything and I told her if she turned it on maybe it was there she turned it on and the order was there so it was like she didnt want to work then after she was saying that they didnt have the ingredients for the order i dont think thats a good attitude for a worker you keep an eye on them or have someone in charge

We were there on Friday night and Ryan was awesome. My nephew has a peanut allergy and Ryan took every precaution of cross contamination. He even offered a small discount and I told him no thanks as I appreciated the training or knowledge he had regarding the situation. BTW, I had this new ice cream they informed me had just come in. It was called The Bob Marley. Banana ice cream with caramel swirl and small chocolate chip pieces. To die for! I will be back again often.
