This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales team was amazing are very friendly. Kedar was my sales guy outstanding guy he went above and beyond to make sure that I got a car. Not only that the sales manager here Trent is not your average manager that just sits behind the glass door he was very involved in making me feel comfortable during the whole process. This is not you average dealership they treat you as family here.

My car cc 5 Mazda was purchased from this place they have not yet sent the motor for my vehicle for it to be replaced the motor that went out on my vehicle is there responsible little paid partial deposit and they still have not even began to order the part for the car. Extremely misleading I reached out to the company days prior to going in and looking at vehicles and was told at first there would be no down payment as long as I brought in my award letters for being on disability when I got to the location they then told me everythings okay lets test drive a couple cars will work with you I test drive a couple cars I pick one mind you its a 2015 and then the guy precedes to tell me not only can I not drive it home today but I cant drive it until I bring him $1,500 what is scam therefore I will find a a company that does what they actually say theyre going to do if you look online there are tons of dealerships that are only requiring a $500 down payment as long as you have the means to cover the payments in which I do I have more than enough to cover the payments I will not return to this location and I suggest anyone who thinks about coming to this location look into it first and do a really really well because I was emailing the director himself and was told about the down payment situation

I’m happy with the car I got, the issue is with their lending company American financial. American financial is a joke. I lost my job because of Covid moved to Arizona and was able to get caught back up on payments no problem. During that process I went through 3 account managers as they call them. When apparently they only change account managers every 8 months according to them. An employee from American Financial had someone from Alabama calling me threatening to repo my car if payments weren’t made. Every time I try to call to make a car payment all I get is a dial tone. I send a email asking for someone to call me outside of my work hours and they call me during work hours even after I give them my work hours. When I was behind on payments my phone was ringing off the hook asking when I can make a payment. Now that I have a steady income and can make my payments it’s always a hassle trying to get a hold of someone. I can’t do it online either because apparently my account number isn’t my account number and every time I ask for it they give me the same number. Place is a joke, it’s not even worth the time, money, or hassle to deal with

I was very upset I brought in every documents and they told me oh you good to go pick your car and I did after sitting there for 4 hours to get I have to pay 1750 as my down payment don’t believe them you not putting down 500

Got a car from these people and within 3 months the engine is about to blow. I LITERALLY ONLY drive it to work bec I’m new to FL and don’t know many people. I’m HIGHLY disappointed. I have no car to get to work....... my loan is over 23,000 and I’ll be paying 532 a month for a car that I can’t drive !! And it’s very hard getting in touch with someone that can ACTUALLY help.

This place is very deceptive. I found a car to purchase sat down spent an hour or more at the last minute they came out and said that these are all For Lease Only. I said are you kidding me you never told me that entire time Ive been waiting that these are Lease Only. They did not they lie and are deceptive. Dont ever go to them.

They don’t report to all credit bureaus and it’s only a lease. I was told by another dealer that I should eat the loss and get myself into another car.The so call warranty department is a joke . Waiting for them to call going on month 4 . If I want a payout it takes 2 weeks for an email.They shut my car off with never missing a payment. I was without a car for the weekend.Oil changes can only be done m-f 9/5 people work.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will never own the car unless you give them $4k more

Dont get me wrong there still a car dealership, however, theyll do whatever it takes to get and maintain your business. They didnt have the vehicle my wife and I were looking for at the time, but they were persistent and diligent in their quest to get us to come back and they found that particular car with all the bells and whistles. Now, they only received 4 stars from me because, I hate but here pay here and the fact that I dont have a monthly payment just makes my teeth cringe slightly. Instead, we have to do bi weekly payments, other than that it was an ok experience. And even though Mikey is a true blooded Patriots fan, somehow we worked through our differences to get this deal finalized. Thank you Mikey V.

Car broke down months after buying. Gave us tags that expired in 7 months, never seen that before... car needed computer work, electric issues with battery where it wont stay attached so car keeps dying...and we have to pay for it in a loan attached to monthly payments increasing the payments. Car has been sitting in shop supposedly repaired and ready while we wait on a phone call at the mercy of one lady who simply needs to pay pep boys. In the mean time we are paying crazy uber Lyft cost waiting on these unprofessional muppets to get our car back, never againUpdate, car has been sitting for over a week because it wouldnt start...turns out their little turn off kate payments device glitched and disabled the car.pep boys is tying to figure this out... smh

I had a very bad experience with my car went up In flames and I needed to get into s new car quick . I been to a few American car centers but I didnt get a good vibe from them I decided to go to the Kissimmee one since it was new and closer to my house I met with Micheal V. he was really amazing he did everything to get me into the car I needed and wanted. I went in with everything and it was the easier and fastest car buying I ever did the whole process was maybe 30 mins tops and I was out and on my way with the car . Michael even helped me get the car home because I needed help to get it to my house . I would for sure go there and deal with Michael V. its hard to sell to me cuz I am in sales myself but this was easy and fast . I have bought several cars but this one tops it all very professional friendly and good the girl who take a your payments at the desk is very friendly and professional as well . I wish I could give negative 5 stars these people need to be shut down or go get a better job the way y’all trick ppl into these cars. I would honestly never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrible, their plan terms are horrendous and its just an all around bad experience. I went to this place while trying to rebuild my credit thinking that this would be a good place to start because I didnt want to do a buy here pay here place. This company has cars that are grossly over priced and heres the kicker you are leasing these vehicles so even after youve paid in 22000 after four years for a car valued at about 13,000 you actually have to pay another 4,000 to 5,000 to actually own the vehicle. I would implore anyone considering this terrible place while trying to build their credit to please look into other options. Its not all they make it out to be when you first go in. Look into a credit union or anything besides this RIP OFF. Im stuck with these con artists for the next 4 years and with an almost 500.00 car payment to boot and I could kick myself every single time I have to pay them. My pretty 2013 Altima squeaks like crazy when I use my brakes and I had to fight back and 4th with these ppl for over 4 months to get anything done and after it was all said and done and I missed work to take my car to their mechanic multiple times and had nothing done I just gave up. Please dont even get a freaking lawnmower from these people!
