Just purchased my second vehicle from Mullinax Ford. This time from sales associate Victor at the Kissimmee location. Mullinax skips the games and add ons that smaller dealerships use to pack the price at the end. Victor is great to work with. Straight forward and no dumb sales talk. I really felt like Victor was working for me and not a commission check. He gave me his personal cell phone and researched nine different vehicles for me until I found the right one. I’m not one to write a review, but i felt this needed to be heard. I needed a simple oil change, I went in before my scheduled time which was 1. And didn’t get finished until about 3PM. When the service tech took my vehicle to drive it into the shop, he was parked right next to it, decided to take the car on a ride around the dealership with slight acceleration, and then once he circled the dealer and pulled it into the shop, he put it into neutral and decided to rev the car as if it was his own. It’s a car with a bit of power and costed north of 40k so it could’ve ended very badly. On top of that, the car had 0% oil life so revving it was not a good decision. He did not ask me if it was okay, nor did he even tell me he was going to do it. I watched the whole thing as he probably thought I was not gonna wait for it. I spoke to the service manager and all he had to say about it was “Oh, well I didn’t see it but I assure that’s not how we do business” I informed him that maybe it’s not how they are suppose to but I witnessed it with my own eyes. He said. “Oh, but that’s not how we do business”. I won’t be coming back here and I definitely recommend that you do research in to which company you decide to bring your vehicle to.

I was absolutely dreading buying a new car, but my daddy always told me if I could I should buy from a Mullinax Ford and man was he right! Trent was up front and honest about pricing, went above and beyond to answer my questions and sent me picture and video updates. He followed up timely, and scheduled my delivery for next day! Josh then drove my new car 4 hours to me and we signed everything and he drove away my trade. They were both so friendly and made this whole experience a real joy (never thought Id say that about buying a car). No four hours for paperwork, no haggling, no hidden scratches or charges, and everyone was so helpful! I cant recommend them enough.

Great service and great attitude. This is the third time I had the pleasure of working with this dealership. The first time, I dealt with Jack, in regards to a couple of recalls. He was very helpful a d kept me informed at all the time. Today I spoke to Steve and he was a great representative of the company. Very helpful, I was not able to get the part I needed as they were out of stock and he offered to help by calling other dealers and promised a call back. Other dealers all what they said, the part is on a back order and could not get it till after the 23rd of August. Bought a 2021 Powerboost F150 with 240miles on it, at 800 miles the check engine light came on. I have taken my vehicle to a certified Ford dealership where I live due to being 3 hours away. Ive asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times and have yet to receive a call back on how they would be able to help me with my situation.I work out of this truck and so being without a truck is out of the question. Ive simply explained I need a truck for a rental vehicle so I can make the money to pay for this vehicle that has simply broken my faith in Ford.This is my second F150 in 2 years but due to the you have already spent your money with us attitude I probably wont reniew with Ford next year.

Brand new 2022 truck was damaged (big dent) before pick up and all they offered was $800 fender flairs. We waited 2.5 months for this truck and paid cash for it. We sold our other truck and have nothing for work. The consumer doesn’t have a chance…As of this morning, there has been no credit back to my credit card which means Mullinax still owes me almost $6600!You should take some responsibility in this incident instead of pointing complete blame on the third party. At the end of the day, it happened under your watch and all that you offered were going to put money back in your pocket and result in a loss for us. They way Mullinax handled this was unacceptable. Send me the rest of my refund asap!C- rating on Better Business Bureau. I actually would rate them a fail. Go to Bartowe Ford. They have been awesome!

I went for an oil change at the dealerships so-called quick lane, told they have no oil lube techs, schedule and come back in a week.Also had called ahead of time to check how busy they are to prevent wasting a trip, and no one answers the phones...so no receptionists either. Dont waste your time here.>>>And ever so caring Greg, my contact information was never given since the dealership is broken and cant do a simple oil change.

Bought a 2022 Ford F250 Tremor, had Mullinax use a third party to put a lift kit and air bags on truck. Third party damaged truck and Mullinax offer was buy truck back or fix it and give me $800 of fender flares. No compensation for waiting 2 1/2 months or waiting another 2 1/2 months for another truck, $800 was theyre compensation for new fixed truck. You be the judge of that offer, for me it sucks. I just purchased my first car on my own, and was able to do it all over the phone. The whole process was simple and George Davis made everything go smooth. He communicated with me through every step and arranged drivers to not only drive over an hour away to deliver my car, but also was able to have them bring the papers to my work so I could sign and then deliver my car 30 more minutes to my house - so it would be there the night I purchased it. I highly recommend George and plan on purchasing future vehicles through him - and sending anyone his way. He is so kind, patient, and willing to make it as easy as possible.

My family and I were in Orlando from Texas in early October when my Expedition suddenly lost power. I contacted a Ford dealer close to Orlando who didn’t seem interested in helping and I then called Mullinax Ford. I explained my travel situation to Brandon in the service department and he and the team stayed in contact with me each step of the way. I tried to convert my Bronco reservation to an order, but noone at your dealership can even call me back. You failed my test with communication. Then, I heard in a fb group what you guys do to your customers, and I am happy that you didnt return my call! Ordered through someone else! Communications is a 0, you dont treat your customers right!To reply to your reply. I still have a reservation that has not been converted to an order because you havent done so! Which is why I switched dealerships to place the order. Learn to read! Like I said communication is a 0.

Recently needed warranty work done on our new RV, Ford chassis. Giving a Great Big Thank You to Brandon Wallace in Service Dept. Beware of the service center if you own a high performance Ford. Brought in my GT350 today for service and oil change. Had to make an appointment 4 days in advance, theres no option to make an appointment same day. Waited for 2 hours just to see the car finally get onto the lift. I was then informed that they did not have full synthetic 5W-50 motor oil the GT350 requires. Service center said a nearby Ford dealer would send some over. After another hour waiting I asked what was taking so long and they said there currently is no way to confirm that the request was received and theres no one they can ask to see if the oil was being sent over. I would be wary of either buying or bringing in a Shelby GT350/500 from this dealer since the service department appears woefully equipped to deal with one.

So going down 192 and at the light where you turn to go to the turnpike I found a vehicle stopped and broken down with their name all over it it looks like it was a test drive gone bad. I don’t know if I’m going to buy a vehicle from a place where their vehicles break down obviously they’re not doing proper maintenance or They are certified used vehicles aren’t certified at all. Don’t recommend buying from this place this isn’t the only car that I’ve ever seen broken down with a test drive gone bad from this location.

Traveled 1,000 miles one way to purchase a used 2014 Mustang Premium Pony Pacakge car from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. And it was 100% worth the effort. Our salesman Brandyn Burke was top notch all the way. Lots of communication before hand and lots of questions on my end. Brandyn handled it all professionally and with the utmost concern and respect. Even picked up my son and I at the airport in a brand new Mach E. Once at the dealership his quality service and handling of the purchase continued to exceed our expectations. I dropped off my daughters car (Ford 2018 Escape) for service on Tuesday 6/16/21 evening and I have not heard back from the dealer service department for two days after numerous calls on Thursday. On Friday all I got was an automated machine telling me to leave a message and they would call me back. Finally on Friday I was able to talk to a human who said they have no information on the vehicle and that the service advisor was out sick today. (What a coincidence that the is the Friday before fathers day weekend. 6/18/2021) I can only assume they have not even looked at the car for three days and now my daughter will be without a car over the weekend as well and probably well into next week. So now three days and no one looked at the car and no one called for an update and now the weekend without a vehicle. and to top it off I could not even get through to talk to them.As a follow up I called and left a message (not to my surprise just an answering machine) for Greg the service manager who over 5 hours later still has not had the decency of returning my call to find out what if anything has been done on the vehicle.Friday at the end of the day I had to call and was able to reach the service desk person who said she would call me back earlier in the day. She said they should be able to look at the vehicle on Monday. So drop off on Wednesay so they MAY look at it on Monday? Does this sound like service? What are the chances Monday will happen? She also said getting parts is a problem so even if they look at the vehicle chances are I may not see it for awhile.As per your request, being Tuesday, I contacted you at your extension and was put into voice mail.I left my number for you to call me back so I can follow what work needs done and when it will be completed.Well the car is completed and on time as promised on 7/6 by Mullinax. I know there are parts shortages but they managed to perform an extensive repair after the slow start. Communication would have helped immensely so that I knew what was going on and that the vehicle would have been looked at when it was brought in. After all is said and done they did a good job. I raised my review to four stars to reflect the improvement in service I received.

I owned a pickup truck for 14 years, and decided it was time for a change. Working in real estate I was leaning towards a fuel efficient car, so I met with Julio and he showed me my best options and we took a Ford Fusion for a spin and he was really good at explaining the benefits of the car. Then he took a look at me driving, and said this isn’t for you and we laughed cause he took in consideration the story of me owning a truck for 14 years. He said let’s go back, and see if there’s anything that stands out, after another test drive in a newer f150 I was sold. Julio paid attention to detail in what I said, he wasn’t pushy like other competitors, has a great sense of humor and made the car buying experience laid back. I drove from Tampa! They had an accurate online inventory so I was able identify the vehicle I wanted online (SUPER IMPORTANT to me with my schedule). Robby Reed called me back after I submitted. He got all my paperwork lined up and ready, reserved my ride, and we scheduled an appointment. I arrived and was given a warm welcome at the door by name by Robby, taken immediately to my new vehicle to inspect and test drive. We got the deal done fast once I got there. Came in the other day to get some information and recommendations on a new car for college and was IMMEDIATELY offered help by Robert Reed. not only was he extremely patient but he went above and beyond in making sure i was comfortable and understanding of the entire car buying process.if you’re looking to buy a car anytime soon, i HIGHLY recommend Robert! you won’t regret it.

Tried their online sales approach. Delivered me a car in excellent condition but with a few small issues. They agreed to fix those items and have had the vehicle for one week now. They did provide a subcompact loaner car.

Went to Mullinax with intention of buy a used car and because of Duane I could leave there with a brand new car. I had a really good experience. I recommend for everyone.

TL;DR: Best customer service in Metro Orlando/Kissimmee areaWow, what can I say, if I can give 10 out 5, or give 2x 5 out of 5 I would do that. But I only have one chance to review so here goes.My experience with Mullinax didnt start with a positive note and came with some level of frustration. But what test a truly great customer service team isnt about the one-off experience or casual encounter. Its how they react to customers disappointment. That shows true character. George from Mullinax reached out to me to rectify my situation and really worked with me to fit me back in to fix my issues around my hectic schedules. Brandon really is the star here, he took the initiative from George and walked me through the whole process and fixed every thing that was wrong with my F150, including the recalls, the strange noises, the maintenance work, etc. Right now my truck feels as great as new.As someone who used to own a business myself, I know how important to care about customers, and I feel that this dealership, from managers to tech, do care about their customers. Before I relocated to Orlando, I lived in northern Michigan. I was afraid that I wasnt going to be able to find good honest small-town services in Orlando. I found it, and this Ford dealer is totally worth MY TIME to drive an hour each way to use their service, even though there are several dealers that are much closer to our house.Thank you Brandon, thank you George.

I must have called this parts department about 50 times over the course of a week. It always goes to voicemail. On occasion, someone would pick up, put me on hold, and then send me to voicemail. It is impossible. Don’t ever call this place for parts, just go there or go to another Ford dealership.

I went in on Sunday(4/11) to test drive the new 2021 Bronco. They were very nice, they even had the SUV parked under the covered area because it was raining pretty heavy. After taking it for a test drive I decided to trade in my old car and they were speedy about getting the paperwork done. Very very very happy with my experience there and drove off the lot with a wonderful SUV. Couldnt be happier.

I purchased a used Chevy from this dealer 6 weeks ago, my salesman was Robby Reed. Robby was very professional and extremely helpful in getting me into the car that evening which was necessary due to my personal circumstances at the time. Shortly after purchase the car unfortunately encountered a mechanical problem and needed to return for repair, which Robby said they would take care of. At that time I was handed over to service and began working with Eric in service. I need to say that if it was not for the way Eric has handled the repair of the vehicle I would have turned it back in to the dealership. Eric has been professional, personable, has excellent communication skills and has overseen this repair from beginning to end, making a very inconvenient situation tolerable. At one point the vehicle needed to go to a Chevy dealership for diagnostic testing and in that brief experience I vowed to not do business with that Chevy dealer in the future. From my personal experience with Robby and Eric, I will return in the future for my next vehicle from Mullinex of Kissimee these guys were great!! Kudos to Mullinex of Kissimmee for having such great employees!

Great customer service from Julio Becerra, when I called there to find out about a van I saw on their website he was able to find out about it and get right back to me. I drive over an hr to go take a look at it and when I arrived there he had it ready for me to take it for a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and had the van cleaned and the tank filled while I was doing the paperwork then as soon as the paperwork was done it was ready to go for me. This was my best experience at a dealership.
