The Chateau Nightclub showed NYC alot of Love!!!! Best staff ever!! Security on point💪Server was the Best!! Only gave 4 stars because the manager or owner kept changing the price. She wanted to change the price at the door after I spoke with her 2 wks b4 arriving.... and she changed the price then! Thank goodness I saved our text conversations. Ended up paying the second quoted price. Not cool being money hungry when people are there to spend money anyway! ...Cuz I was ready 2 walk away! Glad she honored the price. We had a ball Shout out to all the staff!! Friday nite DJ on point!! 4 Real!! Would go back!!!

Mad love and the hospitality is A1! No DJs during the week so the crowd chooses the paylist…super dope vibes!!!! Highly recommend for a great time while you’re in town ;) hookah, drinks and Karaoke music = loads of fun ;)

Visited this lounge out last night in town and the vibe was hitting. Everyone was helpful. The drinks were reasonably priced. We got to pick the songs until the DJ arrived. Overall great experience.

This place Is NOT it. If you just want to buy a couple drink a listen to some good music this is not the right place for you. They only care if you want to get a section for overpriced bottles. Not to mention the it kept leaking over me. Dont waste your time

It was Really dirty. I really did not like the vibe in there. And the Place does not look sanitary at all. Really disappointed that I wasted money in that place. If you’re looking for a good club with good energy and is CLEAN, then stay far away from Chateau!

Walked in felt welcome by the women at the door, until we got to the bar where we were told we couldn’t wait around unless we bought a bottle which was a joke but a joke that turned sour quickly. You were unable to sit at any cocktail tables or other seating available unless you purchased them for 300 (which only included three seats at the table we were looking to sit at). Then we were constantly harassed to buy bottles or hookahs which I understand because they are business trying to make money...but it was more intimidation than anything. The environment was unfriendly, boring and overall ridiculous. Would I come back here? Don’t waste your money on this lounge when you could buy a bottle and spend the night at home with your friends for a way better price. Sorry but it’s the truth. Do better.

One of the bottle girls stated to my group in order for us to have a booth you have to BUY TWO BOTTLES the music was throw back but he could of mixed it up and gave a variety of music... there was only one bathroom stall for each male/female... for a hookah its $45-50 not bad but overall 2 stars because some of the bottle girls was a vibe but everything after that was just plain dull

DO NOT GO HERE, They dont have a DJ during the week so they pass a tablet around and let us play music from youtube, the ads ruin the vibe, so ghetto in the worse way. The clubs in the hood are wayyy better than this. You are better off going downtown, or even city walk.

Dirty, Overpriced, and a poor excuse for a nightclub. You would think because of where this location was the liquor would be reasonable, NO!. We paid $20 to enter per person one bottle of their cheapest liquor was $200 I could literally buy the ciroc for $20 at a liquor store. You HAVE to buy a bottle to sit down in a dirty section that is sticky. They say that it was an urban club but the DJ played some old folk spanish music. DO Not WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Not to mention I saw some roaches, disgusting.

If I have to pay 20 to get in why should I also have to pay to sit down. Everything is VIP so if you have a choice if you want to sit buy table or bottle or both to sit. The money part isnt the problem it was the options

Words can’t express how awesome this place has been to me and everyone I have ever brought with me. Everyone from the owner to the bottle girls, made us feel right at home! I have been to this establishment twice now and I will always come back, every time that I am in the area. From the second we hit the parking lot, all the way till we left for the night, it was all love from the staff and everyone just seemed like they really cared about everyone’s happiness throughout the night. The drinks were awesome, and the music was nonstop great as well! Highly recommend!

OMG!!!!!!!!!! Is all I can say about this play from the time you get there. The vibe is perfect I came here in 2020 for Halloween and the night was beyond amazing I had a huge group and the accommodated everyone and showed they valued us as customers. My time here was so good I brought more people my whole family on 04/17/21 to celebrate my Birthday 🥳. They brought out signs basically song happy birthday the manager literally gave me a hand shake. He is amazing he is a very intelligent business and make sure everyone is taking care of. By far best place I have ever been to I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Went in august 2021 to their happy hour around 9pm Saturday. $5 hookah is stated for prices but they charged $10 if you share it. And they only give two small coals and if you want more they are $4 each, so since the hookah wasnt hitting we left. They had Wi-Fi problems so they said my credit and debit cards were not working so they asked me to use their atm that charged $4.25 for a transaction. Also no other customers were there. They let us control the music and were very friendly but I wouldnt go back. Hope my cards did not get charged.

This is definitely the spot! They played all the music I like. Angelina was my server and when I say Mami was ON POINT. Always made sure we had drinks and our hookah was fresh. Nick and Jose we’re behind the bar and our drinks were great. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I came down from Virginia on vacation. We wanted to go to a hookah lounge with a nice vibe. I searched hookah lounges nearby and we decided to go to The Chateau lounge. We had an awesome experience from the music, people and food. Everything was great. I would come again!!

The setting was beautiful, music was amazing, the drinks were amazing and the front desk young ladies who first greet you in the lounge were phenomenal. The young black lady with the short blonde hair made our experience completely terrible . Completely unprofessional and served us with several attitudes . If you do not want to waitress please then do not sign up for the job. My party and I were so disturb by her presence we feared she may have done a malicious act to our food . Other than that the setting was amazing for a good time . I suggest picking another one of the beautiful waitresses there for even a phenomenal experience.

Worse lounge I have ever been to. Management run by some guy Saint, that gets drunk and handles customers and his staff very poorly. Everything is over priced, hookahs dont operate properly. No mask or social distancing enforced. That alone makes you not even want to smoke, eat or drink the watered down drinks. They had food shortage on certain food. Change the lightning and youll be able to see how dirty the place really is. Not satisfied and I will never return.

She was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended employee!! Energy and fast service. Loved it!
