An awesome stop while charging my niece’s car. A spectacular selection of food, coffee, drinks and snacks. A very festive atmosphere!

Ordered from this location and did not receive what we paid for. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but we ordered a side bowl of macu0026cheese with beef steak in it and this is what we received. We tried calling multiple times with no luck of getting an answer. Please fix this issue or my review will stay at a 1 star.

I love wawa, but honestly, avoid this location if youre planning on going inside. They just let people hang around the front door asking for money; mind you, not OUTSIDE the establishment, but INSIDE the front door area. Additionally, just look at this sandwich! It has to be the most unappealing thing Ive ever had the dissatisfaction of paying for.Im only giving it 2 stars because the free air is nice and Wawa itself is great.

Well spotted a great option to refuel not only you gas tank with good fuel prices, but also your electric vehicle as it has a Tesla supercharger station... Also refuel your “own tank” with some calorics goodies in the convenience store, several options from “health” to “junkie” food with attractive prices, the personnel is just okay and definitely can/should improve the hospitality, just a heads up...

Workers are nice and good products inside but I got gas there twice and my credit card info was stolen both times! So we had to stop getting gas there!!!!!!

Nancy gave such wonderful customer service again!!! She always makes sure her sandwich station has fresh food and everything is on point… This store runs so efficiently when she’s there. We appreciate her more than she knows…

I love Wawa. Especially their free air service. It was also convenient for when we needed to charge the Tesla. My most recent favourite find were the Ketchup chips. They obviously dont compare to the original Lays ketchup chips from Canada but they did hit the spot.

The food is usually made fresh, but the young lady at this location served me fries so old and cold...they could crack my teeth! Cold food has plagued me recently in fast food drive-thru. Now, Wawa has joined the cold, old food being served to customers pact!😔

Stopped in for some dinner as we loved Wawa when we lived in the mid Atlantic area. The store was clean and the order process is easy. There were only two people working a busy dinner rush so they were a little slow in getting the orders ready, but I understood. They were working their best and not playing around. My family enjoyed their food.

I am new to the area so I wasnt aware of the store rule to pay for food 1st. I was told in a rude way. So I understand stand why the WG was rude and yelled at you he paid already. Management please POST A SIGN STATING YOUR STORE RULES. BUT I WONT BE BACK. I will always smile and say hello. I speak to everyone with respect and kindness. I will only spend my money in a place that does the same.

I am a fan of the Wawa company. Stopped around 9:30-10pm at night and all the trash cans were over flowing. Also they were all out of paninis . Others Wawa I have been to typical are cleaner and dont run out of food. The black bean burrito was good.

Nice Wawa. Restrooms were clean and gas pumps worked as required. They have a few charging stations for Teslas on site too. Cashier was professional.

Ive been going to this Wawa location for about a yr now. I dont know whats going on with the service lately but its not good. Upon small past issues my most recent was last night and this morning. Last night I ordered 2 chicken philly shortys.. got home both were steak. This morning i got a bagel req veggie cream cheese. There was barely any on and it was plain cream cheese!

I have decided to put my business elsewhere. The Specialty Coffee is always out of service. The employees are rude and it’s just been an overall bad experience for me for months now. The coffee pots are empty again and the lady bit my head off when I asked if any was made. She actually told me she’s the only one working back there. It wasn’t busy and how many employees does it take to brew a pot? Bad service lately. It’s a shame.

Coffee all empty, staff rude, food items all delayed was told wait 5 minutes 20 minutes later software still not updated. Staff really angry here seems to have manager issue top to down. All other Wawa locations great past 10 years of service. Something strange here I hope the owner can make adjustments

I show up and Maddison asks me to make my own coffee after I place the order 8 minutes prior to showing up to the store. Then as I told her I don’t mind waiting she laughs about how backed up she is and can’t stand how busy it is. Usually have good service. Can’t believe she told me to make my coffee, otherwise I have to wait. Ridiculous.

Ordered an ice coffee. Waited 15 minutes because the manager who was making the coffees sat in the back talking. You could hear him from across the store. I asked for the manager not knowing itd be the person working the coffee area. Coffee was horribly made. I get the same coffee at every wawa so i know how its supposed to taste. Off rip I knew it wasnt gonna be right because of how it looked and that he cared more about talking than focusing on work. You are a manager either learn your job or get someone who can pay attention and make coffee correctly...

The General Manager Darryl has hired so very awful workers at this Wawa. The customer service needs to be checked. Marlon does not need to at the Front Counter, he needs to someone who cleans toilets and take out the trash. He is trash to me on a bigger note how about placing him with the trash on the curve because he horrible asset to the company. Wawa needs to do better then this.

Ordered a cheese steak at the kiosk with lettuce, tomato, mayo and grilled onion on a non-toasted white sub roll. Got something with bacon and some kind of sauces on a toasted wheat roll. It seemed while I was waiting that the staff were more interested in cutting up with each other rather than attend to customer orders. I suppose that I should have checked my sandwich before leaving. Check yours before you do.

Pretty unimpressed. I ordered my sandwich online and went to pick it up. I expected a notification on my phone to come up to prompt me when I arrived... never happened.When I went to the sandwich counter to inquire, the lady looked at my online receipt and told me that someone had already picked up and taken my order! She then directed me to the cashier. Who had my order all along. I was absolutely furious. I’m sticking with the Wawa down the street, far better service there and no issues.

The order kiosks were malfunction and it took 5 minutes to order. The cashier at the front, who says she was the manager, starts yelling at me about my order.I tried to explain that there was something wrong with the machines and all she tried to do was talk over me.If she was the manager, I feel sorry for her employees.

When first opened in the State of Florida all Wawa locations were going above u0026 beyond expectations. Now I see the franchise failing because of poor management and poor employees. Take ownership of your location and lead by example. I’ve been having issues as well as other customers I’ve spoken to that have stopped in to Wawa while I was there too. There has been multiple locations which I’ve stopped by to purchase coffee I’ve been told you’re out of coffee. I call it poor management! Some of us drive from state to state or simply just left work and would like to enjoy the delicious coffee which your always out of especially the delicious Columbian coffee!!!

I drive for uber, I had a pick up at that location. I guess I was leaning on the counter and a kitchen aid came over and physically knuged me off the counter. I mean he actually made physical contact with me!!! You would think with this covid pandemic going on people would be more considerate. I complained to management but I think it got ignored. I am tempted to call corporate about this,but that would mean going back in there for his name.I still might though. 🤔

The gentleman making the coffee was rude! He had an attitude when I put in a special order latte. Only 1 cashier working but he was super nice. The line was very long to checkout. I felt sorry for the gentleman.

Always waiting to open another registers when theres a big line! 🤦🏻‍♂️I needed assist to order the philly panini because I couldnt find it in the screen and this dude David (name tag) is wiping and disinfecting the place and asked him and he just raise the shoulders like he dont care and Left without exchanging words and another customer needed help and did the same to the other customer!I mean ! If you dont want to work stay at home ! For real...

This place can be really amazing at times, there are some strong spoken employees, and a few who dont even really talk there, but everyone has there own opinions, and I personally think a smile can say it all for most! Please show them a huge smile and hello when you come to visit.... I believe this place will do wonders with the right people around. 💜💜💜

Found a dead fly on my panini and had to throw it out. It was a waste of food and ruined our appetite. It may not have been the worker’s fault, but absolutely horrible nonetheless.

First I bought a bacon bagel and it had a giant hair, and the day after i bought a turkey and cheese wrap (it was tightly closed) and it had 3 bugs inside, 3!!!!

I do uber i know they busy but i ask to the manager how long she say i dont know i ask to the people doing food she said rude 45 minutes ..What kind of joke is this taking order of 3 $ and make wait 45 minutes for a sandwich even speaking rude when we try to negotiate.. ...we working like they are but why rhe attitude and then they keep laughing about my complaint ..

This particular wawa has been a mysterious series of minor disappointments. I love Wawa, but this location is frequently under maintained; short on straws, lids, cups, missing coca cola in the freestyle for days at a time, and tonight they didnt have the food ordering open because they were understaffed.The one down the street hasnt yet failed at anything and Ive visited them twice as often.

I come here almost every night at least every week. But today made me not want to come back. Ill go to a different location if I really desire Wawas anymore. I got a quesadilla with banana peppers and extra cheese today. It had jalapenos instead of banana peppers and maybe two slices of cheese total. Not a big deal, but I wanted the extra cheese because I payed for it. When I told the employees about the quesadilla made wrong. I got nothing but attitude and rude facial expressions and told she is training. Not a Im sorry shes new and training Ill be glad to remake it for you. The lady in charge did remake it. But it was a disappointment the second time around as well. Hardly cooked. But hey I got the cheese this time... I wasnt about to ask for anymore help considering the attitude the first time. I threw it in the trash and I wont be coming back to this location. All other employees there have been pleasant. But if you want to order food, forget about it.

Simply the best gas bar chain. Im not looking for cheapest gas, didnt even check how they compared. Im here for the deli sandwiches made to order, beer, and hot drink selection better than most coffee shops. Plus really good public WiFi good enough to video chat on.

Worst costumer services second time with came with free coupons from WAWA and the manager from food and beverage Yvette get mad and start screaming and really nasty attitude and she don’t get the coupons and she cancel the orders. We have to drive to another wawa😡😡

Went to this Wawa with my sister to grab something quick to eat. I ordered a plain meatball parm with the norm (meatballs, provolone cheese, grated parm). I didnt check it before I left because I didnt expect them to mess up. Clearly I should have because they just threw whatever they wanted on here. Definitely dont appreciate spending money on something I cant even enjoy eating.

(This is about my brother) managed to pay for both my meal and the person behind me. Though I waited for over a half an hour and no food. Told me, “oh nothing we can do” even though I had both the recipe and the person from earlier. So unless you wanna pay for other people’s meals and never get your actual order, GO HERE.

I usually love WaWa, but this one I dont. I ordered two frozen drinks, after payingi went over to get my drinks. MJ in the deli area rudely asked me what i was waiting for. I pointed to the drink area, she again rudely says I dont know what youre pointing at. I told her i was waiting for my drinks i ordered. She again rudely says they would be on the other side of the counter. She needs to straighten up her attitude and not speak to paying customers that way.

This is a pretty busy WaWa since its in a high tourism area, so it can be very busy at times. We live nearby and frequent this store often and the employees are friendly and the store is well maintained. Unlike the store further down 192, this one offers hashbrowns as an option in the breakfast burritos (until about 10:30am). That makes them even better!

I love going to this store. However Ms. Jennifer one of the managers have made the experience very bad for me. She is very rude and should find another job because customer service is not for her. I will be reaching out to corporate to insure they have better people working for them.

Last weekend was my first time to this location, visiting on spring break from GA and I stopped for gas... The staff was very friendly and helpful making my experience wonderful. I store was so clean and well organized even the varieties of sandwiches in the center were great👍🏾 Thanks WaWa!

I love Wawa and I like this particular location as well. Its normally very busy since its so close to Disney. But the place is normally clean and staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend going here.

An oasis of respite from the dregs of common fast food fare and gastrointestinal destroying typical gas station fare. The sandwiches alone are worth the drive. Miles beyond subway, and the prices are much easier to swallow, pun fully intended. The coffee selection is quite good, though I still miss the kona blend. (One day, my sweet princess) Sandwiches, quesdillas, full pretzels and halves, yadda yadda blah blah. Come in and try it already!

If youre not from the Northeast or Orlando, this place probably just looks like a gas station on the map. What it really comes down to being is heaven on earth. Combination sub shop, coffee shop, gas station, and more, its self serve menus ensure that the talented individuals in the kitchen get your order right every time. If theres any issue, they page you over the intercom, but this is a rarity in of itself. Maybe youre here because youre road weary from the endless barrage of toll plazas and the kids are blowing out your eardrums. Just pour yourself a cup of coffee, order five or six hoagies, and the drama is gone. Wait a minute, Im supposed to be impartial about this review - the grounds are clean, the staff is attentive, and the quality of the food is top notch. Ive been coming here to this location for three years now, and its been that good every time.

The worker who makes coffee at 6:30am (an older man) kept coughing and touching his nose as he was making the drinks. He was also touching his mouth. This is foul. This is why covid is spreading like crazy in Florida.

Skip this Wawa. A woman that works here has her family come in often and gets distracted with them and doesnt care about your order. 2 days in a row her family comes in after me and orders food after me. The woman makes their order first and then rushes to make mine and makes it completely wrong so that she can go on break with them and the food took 15min to be made completely wrong. The 2nd day she didnt even make my order and skipped it completely. When asked where it was she ran off and another worker made the order after waiting 20min.

Come on can’t we have enough staff to not have us wait in your store 30 minutes for a sandwich? Mkay thanks. Next time I’ll take my money elsewhere:)

Absolutely terrible, didn’t even send me the whole order and what they did send was stone cold. And when we tried to contact the store they would not answer their phones for anything. Do not recommend don’t waste your money on this sorry excuse of a store.

Its WaWa,, everyone loves wawa,, me includedtheir take out food is always freshthe place is clean too.I did notice they put a 100 dollar hold on my charge cardand I only got 15 dollars worth of gas. So if you have a lowlimit credit card be aware of this. That hold did not falloff for over 4 days. This can be a problem for touristwho need that money.

Worst wawa experience of my life. 6.1.18 at 10:30pm. The two guys behind the counter ignore our single shorty sandwich order for over fifteen minutes to service a gigantic order that went in moments before us. When I asked how long it would be for our order 10 minutes in, the guy tells me “no idea, we have a big order,” and keeps working.I rush to the counter to get something for my girlfriend who is famished with a splitting headache, meanwhile the guys wrap up the sandwich and never call the our order number so I don’t know it’s done for 5 minutes past it being done.

Or to here an actual review on what I had to say about this place? Well... Its a gas station. I get gas here and the occasional Dr. Pepper.... Ok more than occasional. This is a place Ive actually been to more times today than I have been to Chuys for my entire life... thus far. But Im surprised that Google hasnt asked me about this place. Guess I shouldnt be. For a multibillion-dollar company they make such annoying mistakes. Anyway Ill keep writing reviews on places I havent been to that Google says I have been to.

Wawa has really good breakfast burritos and sub sandwiches. They usually have the cheapest gas prices, too. This location is clean and the staff is always friendly.

Wawa might be a gas station but it is my favorite place for subs, sandwiches, and coffee. You cant beat the amount of meat they put on their subs and the toppings available. Also great shakes and smoothies.

Went into this wawa on Sunday and paid for my gas and coffee. Ive always been told going inside to pay for gas is safer but I guess not because I got a phone call from my bank later that day saying my debit card had been compromised at that location and someone charged 2 $100 charges to my account only 20mins after my initial purchase. On top of those 2 charges 3 additional ones had been made the same day all before the bank could get ahold of me. Im now -$500 in my bank account until this gets fixed and it all stemmed from the only purchase I made that day which was my gas purchase. Im beyond upset and have no way of purchasing Christmas presents now due to this whole situation. You have chip reader machines for a reason yet you refuse to activate the chip reader and Im fully convinced its because I had to swipe my card that it was hacked. I will no longer be going to wawa unless I have cash because I no longer feel like their debit/credit machines are secure.

The food is really good and at a good price. A little crowded at lunch but food always gets out quick.

We went there about 4am and I took 5 minutes to get someone at the register so we could check out and get our food. Was very irritating seeing as we were on our way to the airport and was hoping for the usual in and out of wawa. I dont think we will be going back to this location

I live down the road. I’m between this one and the one on Avalon. This one is horrible! Went there this morning 3am and me and 2 other people were waiting for over 20mins and herd all the employees laughing and talking in the back. Got my sandwich and didn’t have what I ordered on it. Not even worth calling to complain at 330am not that anyone would care smh

Cappuccino out asked the worked if it was broke or just needed to be refilled he said refilled after waiting 15 mins he still never attempt to refill horrible customer service

Love the food, coffee, free air, fee free ATM, great customer service. But so does everyone else, which means this place always has a wait no matter what time i visit.

Good milkshakes and the gas made my car run further than without it simply amazing these places called gas stations I do declare they will have them everywhere one day and the roads will be filled with these automobiles .

Lines are not that bad and the gas is cheaper than most stations I love when I see a Wawas I know I can always get what I need from there.

Greek bowl with quinoa hummus is not bad but chicken is rubbery and watery. Not sure if it’s even chicken that’s safe to eat.

Don’t come here between 10pm-6am if you want cold coffee literally every time. I’ve even seen employees drinking alcohol in front of the store so unprofessional.

Girl just made our drinks after cleaning the bathroom and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!No effort went into making our drinks. My husbands shake not even mixed.

This Wawa is conveniently located on 192. Easy to get to and always clean. The staff was courteous and offered suggestions.

This wawa is very clean, friendly staff. My son has food allergies and the deli staff accomodated his needs.

While I was there the staff were just chatting to customers about there plans for the weekend as they were friends which was less than useful as a normal customer.

Always gets my order done quickly. Only problem is they never have enough cashiers
