Be careful with this guys hes really good...at scamming you! He told me he fixed my computer and like an idiot i took his word for it didnt check and when i got home it didnt work. I texted and got no answer til i put a bad review that he got deleted and he never refunded me. Results drive back and forth money paid off and computer still not fixed. stay away and honestly i thinks he just get his friends to put good reviews dont fall for it.

This person couldnt even fix a simple battery issue but still charged us though and provided no follow up service when we told him the problem wasnt fixed. Very poor skills, didnt fix it and very poor customer service, refused to stand by his work and make the repair he was paid for. Will never go there again.

I really wish I could write a good review because it would mean that he fixed my computer but he didnt. First of all he told me he would fix it for $60 then calls and say its gonna be $150 and when I get home the computer still doesnt work. In addition now he doesnt reply to my texts of course he knows he just scammed me. Its really not fair to treat people like so dont be a trusting fool like me avoid him like the plaigue.

I wrote a review previously on this computer repair place, but apparently it was deleted. So I will do it again.I googled computer repair in poinciana and this one along with others came up, but this was the closest one to me in poinciana and had good reviews, so I called him up. I told him the problem I had with my gateway laptop that I had for 5 yrs. He told me, he can fix it, just bring it in. So I did. My father and I arrived with laptop in tow and he looked it over and said, hell give us a call within the day with the results.He did call back the same day, but apparently he couldnt fix the laptop or he just told us that. He told us to come by the house and hell tell us whats the results on his findings. My father and i went to his house and he explained that the motherboard would need to change etc..... my father also brought his laptop and inquired about it. His laptop was working but nothing would show on the screen. He also said he could fix that. Which when we went back, it was another story. He said, he tried putting another laptop screen on it and it didnt show anything. So the problem wasnt fixed. He ended up saying he can sell us a laptop he repaired and my father said ok. So he took both laptops, still charged us a price to get one and the laptop which he sold us, he told me it needed a cd/DVD drive which he ordered and hell call when it came in. I said ok. I told him I did not want a celeron processor b4 hand, came to find out after I got the laptop home within the week, I did find out it was celeron. I called him about it and for some reason, there was somewhat of an argument over the phone. I asked him about the cd/DVD drive, he told me the part came but it was the wrong one. Hell contact me when he did get the correct one. Another week went by, no call, no txt. I called and left voicemails and texts, he doesnt reply. I started having problems with the laptop just doing things on its own, the mouse pad sticking and opening pages on its own etc. And still couldnt get him on the phone. Its probably a year now. And I still have NOT heard from him nor did I get the part that was NEVER working when he sold us the laptop that he said he was going to replace. Thats bad service.
