If I could give a negative number I would ., I took the Day off work to go granite shopping withMy wife for new kitchen counter tops, we wanted to check with a few stores before making a final purchase. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately this was our first stop.. When we walked into Frank’s we were begrudgingly assisted a very dismissive lady behind the counter, she was way more interested in the phone call she was engaged in instead of helping us.. she quickly pointed out their lowest price, in stock granite samples and advise those were their cheapest. And if we didn’t like these, that we would be directed to their suppliers location, who provided much more expensive varieties that we probably could not afford.. I told her we would be the judge of what we could afford and could we see the other samples she continued to reminded us that the suppliers granite was much more expensive and that we may want to consider quartz as an alternative.. We explained that we knew exactly what we wanted, and we would like to see the other samples. she then, tossed me a paper, and business card with the suppliers address all the while reminding me that how much more expensive and probably out of our price range these would be. my wife advised that this was not a very good sales tactic to tell customers what they could or couldn’t afford. She became very angry, and asked us to leave the store... When I asked for a manger, she again told us to leave the store. We have just recently moved to Florida, and purchased a new home.. Based on the other local businesses we have contracted to do work, I know this is not how the people of his community act.. I wanted to write a review to warn people to avoid this place at all cost it is a rundown strip mall ( which should have been clue #1) with dirty show room( clue #2) and a very rude judgmental receptionist, who decided our budget based on ???? Im not sure. I can’t imagine how they are still in business, luckily we found Kissimmee granite and marble right down the road, and picked purchased the whole slab, could not be happier please learn from our experience

They did a horrible job in My kitchen ! The guy that did my countertop broke all my kitchen outlets, so I never had electricity in my house. I have to call a electricity company and what happened was the guy who install my countertop put a wrong screw in one of my outlets that was making contact with one of the the electricity cable ! I have to paid a lot money because they mistake and duo to this my microwave got damage. Please be careful when they do your job, it cost me a lot of money. They don’t care when you call them.
Used Franks for granite in both bathrooms. Just make sure to tell Frank what color calk you want. I would recommend them.
