Drew is a man of great integrity and went out of his way to help me (a complete stranger) to temporarily protect my vehicle from water damage when the windows were down and lost all power and would not roll back up. I will be doing business with him in the near future!

Super easy and fast to deal with! Tried getting some embroidery done around me, but every place was either only doing minimum orders, or had to buy their product, or some other excuse. Came here and they did exactly what we wanted and had it done super fast. Will be coming here again for any of our future needs, earned a repeat customer.

These people are completely unprofessional!I brought a shirt to these guys for embroidery Friday evening. At that time I was promised the job completed between 12pm and 2pm Saturday. When I arrive at 5:30pm, only 1/3 of the shirt is done. They proceed to tell me that they were not sure of a color and that is why it wasnt completed. Mind you, they never even asked any contact info from me when they took payment, but besides that, they still had my email because I was sent my receipt from them in this manner as well as my name was actually being embroidered on the shirt! 0 attempt was made to contact me.So, now they are telling me that now that I have picked out the color which happens to be the exact color of the printed picture they were working from, the job would be completed in 20 minutes. An hour and a half later at the last part of the job, they screw up and sew the sleeve to the body of the shirt thus ruining the shirt. Now its after 7pm and they close at eight. They tell me they will go buy me another shirt and complete the job Sunday. I ask what time and again they tell me 12pm. I call them about 12:30, no answer. In fact, I call many times and only got the voicemail. 2 hours later close to 2:30 in the afternoon I get a call, the young lady tells me they got in late, the place is supposed to be open at 10pm. I ask her if my shirt is ready, she tells me they are still out looking for the shirt and would call me. I ask if there is going to be some sort of compensation for a poor job, and had the audacity to reply Well we are replacing the shirt.Finally, at 5:30pm I get a call that its done. When I arrive I pulled the owner/manager to the side away from customers and tell him Im not happy, he does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I hate telling problems without giving solutions, less than a mile away from these clowns is Out Of This World Embroidery in Old Town, very professional people and they stand behind there work and there word. In fact they are charging me $15 for digitizing that these jokers tried to charge me $35 for. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these jokers.

I have been looking for a place to do the embroidery of 2 shirts for my work. Im all about the reviews, so of course I went online and found a few places in orlando (where I live) and all of them were really expensive, plus their wait time was ridiculous. So, I decided to check in Kissimmee (which is about 20 min where I live) and found this place, I read the reviews but you could tell those are people that didnt get it their way. I called them on Wednesday and the owner was really nice, he explained everything in detail and their wait time is the best, including their prices. I went on a Thursday afternoon and the same day I got my shirts done. Their customer service is great. Custom Signs & Embroidery keep up the excelent work. 😁😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
