Found this place by mere accident, I was in the area, it was after 3pm and I hadn’t eaten since morning so I decided to give it a try.I ordered boneless chicken and fries with a glass of tea. I requested half tea with half water, the tea was perfect and Laura kept my glass full throughout my meal.My food was served promptly and was piping hot, the tenders were a wee bit dry but by noMeans were they inedible.This place is very quaint and a really great place for a quick bit to meet up with a group of friends or a family night.If you want a bit of “finer dinning” walk next door to Matador. I didn’t try the food there but plan to visit Matador shortly.Once your belly is full, stroll the historical streets Kissimmee and take in all the history this quaint little town has to offer.

Food was really great and customer service was spot on. Affordable diner food, very pleasant and rustic country environment. Couldn’t not like it! I recommend it here!

The food is amazing and the service is somehow even better. Based on the bacon egg and cheese croissant I would like to try everything on the menu, it was fantastic. As for the service I was served by Pauline. She is outstanding. My beverage was never completely empty, always a refill before I could even ask or think about it. Pauline is fast, efficient, and not only that but her genuine compassion and sweetness will make your day better as it did mine. Shes fantastic, the restaurant is fantastic, Im glad I found it.

Good food, great deals and the service was great. Super friendly staff, we spent mothers day here and we had a great time. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy!

Very friendly staff in warm and welcoming atmosphere... inside and outside seating. Sweet potato fries and onion rings were outstanding, but open face roast beef on toast was disappointing...beef was very dry and gravy was laddled on to try cover it up. I will try something else next time.

We used to come here now and then and it was always good. Not sure what happened. Sat outside with 6 other diners waiting for the restaurant to open which they eventually did...about 15 minutes late. Their google time said 7:30, I think the door said 8am, but they unlocked the door at around 8:45. Not a sorry to keep you waiting or anything. Then we waited another 15 minutes to have someone take our order. One of the other couples left bc they were tired of waiting. By the time we had our order taken another couple was already eating theirs. Ordered cappuccino, the waitress didnt even know the machine wasnt working. Watched as another coupled ordered one too, again waiter wasnt informed the machine wasnt working. Eggs were okay, pancakes were horrible, and the home fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as their fish...at least I hope they serve fried fish. My wife couldnt eat anymore than her eggs. Asked to speak the manager and the waitress said hes busy. As we went to pay I was charged for the coffee I never received or drank. Paid and left ...never to return. There are other places around, I suggest you skip this one.

Sad to have to do this. Had 3 or 4 nice visits here before. Today the service was abysmal. Server didnt know what the kitchen had, kept having to come back to tell us they were out of this or that. We changed order 3x, and my husband finally gave up and had mediocre soup.We waited 15minute plus for drinks (NOT BAR DRINKS EVEN---tea and sprite!) Even AFTER we had been seated and the dim server took our order. We actually had to ASK for drinks and flatware.He didnt come check on us once, and when we were done, we sat and sat waiting for check and to go box. Finally asked another passing server. She said, sorry the other girls were talking to him, to which I replied, well, THEY arent paying him.....we are.My food was good, but terrible service can ruin the best meal.

Driving by in a town Ive never been to I saw this place out of the corner of my eye. Stopped in and got way more than I expected. The server was funny and quick. Incredible food. More than I would have expected from a small diner. Definitely a place to stop at if in the area. Even though its 2 hours from home ill be back again

Staff was really friendly here and I like that they attach to a sister restaurant next door with two very different vibes, but are gracious enough to let you order off of either menu.The establishment was clean and well kept. The menu had a lot of options and everything from a light breakfast to a multi-person dinner option! They were keeping things clean and wiping down menus between customers.Im excited to go back and try out the breakfast here!Overall: AA solid place to get a meal - check out both venues!

Arrived at 830am and the dinner was closed on monday 9/20/21. Was very disappointed. One hour late.

A downtown destination, fun food good atmospher.

This place i used to like goin here but they got a new staff which are rude n dont give you what you ordered. The guy waiter was extremely rude and when i told the manager she said she will talk to him. I will either call corporate anything to fix the situation

First time out my meal was frigid. The waffle was dense, tough, and not great. Bad example of an Eggo.Scrambled eggs are difficult to mess up.

What a tasty way to spend breakfast! Service was wonderful, my latte was delish and had a very tasty bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich. We will be frequent visitors, just moved here from Virginia!

Wonderful cozy little hole in the wall diner. Inexpensive and great typical diner variety menu items.Although, this is the first place Ive had sweet sweet potatoe fries as a pose to the expected savory fries. Thoroughly enjoyed them! Also, love the jar/cups they serve soft drinks in.Diner was clean and service was welcoming, kind and made you feel at home.

Food was good but, bathroom could be better. If the bathrooms were clean and smelled nice, would have been 5 stars.

Servers were great....but we waited forever for our food. The food wasnt worth the wait (dont get the hashbrowns!). We also had out drinks served in styrofoam cups and used plastic utensils. I gave them three stars because I think they may have had an off day. Needless to say, we wont be back.

I enjoy going to the Kissimmee Diner especially for meetings its a great place in the middle of the city of Kissimmee. The owners Espinosas love this city.

Food looks good so I drove from poinciana it was 820am and they were closed why advertise you guys open at 730am and when I get there yall are closed and this lady is just staring at us for no reason...really disappointed, not sure what time they opem, not 730am though.

Awesome service and very quick! The outdoor seating has 4 tables as well. Food was delicious, and the tacos for taco Tuesday were great!

Burger and fries, two eggs, bacon,hashbrowns, toast,oj,coffee. 40$ no more.......

The waitress was nice but other than that the food was very bland the pancake was very thin had no flavor the sausage patty was bland as well it was thin the hashbrowns were very oily and had no flavor the eggs were good but how can you mess up on eggs the biscuits and gravy was the only thing I actually enjoyed on my plate but even that wasn’t anything special. I will not go back I do not recommend this restaurant I would rather go to a chain restaurant because at least they season their food.

Flavorless food burnt pancakes and eggs where fried in oil more oil then egg wouldnt go back..Best thing was the OJ.

VERY disappointing 😤 Took a chance to try them out because of the pictures and I wanted grits....but I was horrible and I paid for grits I did NOT get. The Homefries and toast were burnt. They dont answer their phone. The number here on the website is not the right number and they didnt answer the number on their receipt. Not worth the price of their meals, what you see here online is NOT how it looks or what you get. If you order take out, make sure you look at your order before going all the way home because they charge you for food they are not giving you. 🙅🏾‍♀️NEVER AGAIN..... If it wasnt raining, Id go get my money back.

2 stars for the food. Waitress was all over the place, no silverware, forgot the butter on toast. Took over 15 minutes with my card for payment, had to call her and ask her for my card. Good luck if you end up going.

Its expensive when you take portion size into account. Other diners give you more for less. Didnt like their pancakes at all. Seemed like the kinds you get frozen rather than homemade. 10 dollars for a breakfast sandwich with no sides and no drink is ridiculous as well. Service was good restaurant looks nice.

Had breakfast this morning with my husband.We both agree the waiter was attentive * pleasant. The food was really good(and hot). Large portion.Fast service. Just a little overpriced.Will come again.

Food was barely edible. Portions were extremely small. Scrambled eggs were poured out of a container and were horrible. Bacon crumbled when you bit into it. This has definitely been taken over by new owners or management. It’s not the Down home country food that used to be served here. Sad to see

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The water, orange juice, and lemonade was disgusting. Only one piece of bacon was on my plate and I got the butt of the bread. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. absolutely disgusting. do not go here!!!

Comfortable, cool location right in downtown Kissimmee. We went for breakfast. The food was simple but very good. Best hash browns ever! Staff was great and prices were reasonable. Well go again! Just love finding a locally owned place like this!

Wrong hours posted on google and website. 15mins standing outside staff comes out and tells us they don’t open til 830am their website says 730am

Small diner but food and staff were good.

Food was good. It is a diner...I went looking for breakfast but unfortunately it was past 11:00 am (I thought diners served breakfast all day) so I had to order a burger. It was very good, the attention was good as well.

This Diner has the most wonderful breakfast and the roasted aroma and taste of their coffee is to die for. No wonder the place is always packed. The wait staff are always pleasant no matter the time of day. I am going back for their lunch very soon. The party with me was very impressed with the food and the service.

Food was okay. Overpriced on their portions. If you want toast make sure you tell them a double order you pay $1.59 for one piece. The waitress was very nice. Update: After I left this review the waitress did remove the toast off of our bill.

This is a such a great cozy little spot. The coffee was great! The food and service was good too! Ive been here a few times since theyve opened and have been pleased with everything Ive had so far. I highly recommend!

Lovely place, lovely staff; however, breakfast is not available after 11, and the Philly cheese steak my husband ordered, although good, had hardly any meat compare to the size of the bread. If you order the Philly cheese steak and want your bread toasted, make sure you specify this the moment you order.

Was expecting Jonis diner did not know it had been sold. Food was really really good, had breakfast. Everything was super hot and tasty except the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was cold and headaches weakness that I did not care for but might be good for you if it were just hot

Best darn burger in town, so glad they are open again. New owners are excellent - Pride of ownership is evident. This iconic place is back to business and my wife had the cheesesteak and it was epic. We so needed this in downtown Kissimmee. Also, the cleanliness is 5 star.

A friend and I went in here with decent expectations but we’re beyond disappointed. The omelette was rotten and the the mushrooms smelled fishy. We also ordered biscuits and gravy, also sour tasting. The only decent part of this meal were the home fries. Even worse though, once we brought it up to management she told us she would have to charge us for the 2 bites of the omelette we unfortunately tried. She argued with us at the table about it before coming to her senses and taking it off. Never again.

Really good food. Carlos was very friendly and talented server. You can eat off the menu from The Matador resturant next door as they connect together. They were playing great music and everyone sang along to Hey Jude. We will definitely be back again!

LOVE this good old fashioned country diner in the heart of beautiful Historic Downtown Kissimmee! Make sure to get the Cowboy country breakfast... its almost more than you can eat. The restaurant is very clean and decorated beautifully, the staff is super friendly and the coffee it hot! Saddle up and head down to Kissimmee Diner for some good grub!

Excellent food. After reading the reviews, I decided to visit myself and realized -its clean, friendly and priced right. I am a northerner that appreciates a good diner when I see one. I read a few bogus complaints and always realize some people are just never happy and always want a free food pass. Sad to see how ridiculous the comments are. My family and I came here and we felt welcomed and the food was GOOD quality. 5 Thumbs up. A must go to SPOT to get a real diner feeling.

Great mom and pops southern style atmosphere and bfast menu. Food was good and different from other places Ive been to.

Overall, I wasnt thrilled with everything. The service was just adequate. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting.The food was just fine. For coffee, 1 pancake, 2 eggs and bacon was $10.73 not including gratuity. I did not find the food the food justified their prices. This restaurant does not stand up to the likes of Rodeo Diner or Big Johns Rockin BBQ that is only 2 blocks away. I will not be recommending or returning.

Id really like to say something nice about this place. Its convenient, clean and staff is very pleasant. But food is not very good. Coffee is weak and flavorless. Waffle heavy and unappealing. Bacon limp and greasy. Omelette was pancake style, thin and flavorless. There are much better options in the area.

My mom and I eat breakfast here every week. I love the country charm of the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend this resturant.

What an underwhelming breakfast. Hash browns barely cooked. Everything seemed to be Sisco products, nothing homemade. Smallish portion. Wont be back.

Great food but small portions and high prices. Friendly but robotic staff. Feels like a tourist trap more than a cozy diner which is what it looks like. Other than that, clean bathrooms, no parking lot and standard diner fair with local area favorites mixed in.

The restaurant, when we arrived about 1:00ish, wasnt the cleanest. One staff member we encountered, and who served us, was very pleasant. The other woman was rude and arrogant. I asked her for the bathroom key (a sign posted on the entry door states that the bathroom is for customers only and requires a key,) and she dismissively told me Its for customers only.. Didnt bother to ask IF I was a customer (who by the way, had just ordered.). The portions were paltry and not even very good. My husband and I do not recommend.
