Before this store had a great customer service now the manager of the store name Rob doesnt work with the customers me and my wife been customers of own it for 3 years already we had bought living room set ps4 Nintendo switch Xbox washer and dryer. Ext I dont feel comfortable with him anymore and we thinking taking our business somewhere else

Very disrespectful here absolutely the worse place ever you want to buy something dont think of them. very rude and disrespectful i told my whole family and all my friends what they did and they returned all the things that they were paying for. before you wanna disrespect people and threaten them ask what there situation is and help them out that’s how you help a VALUABLE CUSTOMER. but they lost customers. take that into consideration guys. they don’t care about you guys at all. for me to be threatened like that i almost called the cops on them

I’ve been dealing with Own it Now since they were in St. Cloud. Judy has great customer service and helps you out when you have life situations. The assistant manager David does not work with the people just wants your money. I’ve been dealing with them for almost a year. After I pay off the furniture I will do my business elsewhere. They need to make changes if they want to keep there customers.

I have been renting with own it now for about a year and half. I originally signed my contract at the St. Cloud office but when Judy told me she was being transferred to the Kissimmee office I knew I had to stay with her.Judy has been AMAZING! She is soooo nice and friendly and her voice makes me smile . She is also very professional and kind. It’s because of her that I would use Own it Now again in the future 😁

Judy is a spectacular employee helped me and my mother out and the delivery team where very careful delivering the furniture. Very pleased would recommend.

This place is awful .. was late 2 days 25$ and called and called for payment when I said I pay Friday one would say ok but get called agin by someone els about payment ... gave it back got myself a new one for half the price .. own it now ... more like pay it now smh

I spent a whole day yesterday Trying to get them to give me an approval sent them everything they asked me for ..from my car registration forms ..offered to send my paystubs..and had to send them my Florida ID which I did. They kept telling me the whole day somebody will get back to you and not one person to did. So They Gave me a denial because I was not the owner of the House.I was only trying to do the 6 month same as cash because I wanted to make use of there warranty just in case. Now do not get me wrong it is not all the stores only this particular one. Worst customer service ever. Now the store In Orlando treated me excellent and i will go buy the machine cash from them. I wanna say thank you to the store in Orlando

I been with own it now for many years, the management its the best never had a problem, so I recommend that off you need something for your house come and see my friends at Own It Now, they are the best.

The worse EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people frustrate me. They call me 4-5 times a week asking for payments when I clearly made my payments. Workers arent ALL on the same page, everytime an issue occurs I get new information. Since, I cant never see eye to eye with anyone in there I just decided to keep ALL my communication/payments with the manager, Felix. Hes easy to talk to and understands. I will say once I finish my 6 months I will never go back.

Judy is my favorite sales person, she is professional, and courteous. Always brings a smile, her costumer service skills is impeccable.
