Good prices and a wide selection of Orlando/Disney/Florida souvenirs. The place is pretty large and occupies two shopping levels. Some of the things feel pretty low quality, but it’s on par with the price, so no bid deal.

Great prices and a huge selection of Florida souvenirs. Would have given five stars but there is only one bathroom and no Universal Studios merch. The store is huge and the second floor can be reached with stairs or elevator. Had a great time here would recommend a visit.

They had everything from Disney gear to luggage. A great place to get t-shirts, cup, and more for a low price.

I worked here at a point of time around 2007 -2012..so i worked in the mermaid the one across the street .magic castle and the lake buena vista .they had 18 stores at the time i think .and just wanted to say that it was a stressful hard working job ..managers are usually clueless rude and not accomadating .I am doing much better in life now thanks God .I just wanna tell the employess that still work in these shops .please get an education ..try find something better .i know it is hard with the poor pay and lack of benefits to save up and move on in life .but if it takes to change the state .do it ..life is short do not kill your self ..these people are not gonna help you advance in life so why help them advance their business ..they just get greedier and greedier .good luck

A place to shop for cheapy tourist goods/souvenirs. A little overpriced for some things and a lot of illegitimate knock-offs but we’ve still found some nice items over the years and tend to visit every once in a while for the fun of it.

Friendly staff, big store. Here you can buy many of the Disney items at half the price. T shirts, coffee mugs, key chains, towels, too many items to list them all here. The hours are also very convenient, 8 am to midnight, seven days a week. Very well organized and good prices and kids love the huge mermaid!!!

Great store so many souvenirs and gifts to choose from especially if you are a fan of harry potter lol its a huge store lots more to choose from but customer service couldve been better considering the type of store it is.

Pretty basic gift shop. Nice because there was 2 levels and was sufficent space between isles to walk thru. Prices are ok and not that expensive.

Their advertisements border on false advertisement... they have but a couple items that meets their ads.. dont waste money here use Amazon and save a few $$$....tourist trap!

Very clean and staff is very friendly. They have 2 floors of a wide variety of gifts for out of towners, esp clothes. Prices are not ment to put a dent in your budget but still come home with something nice. For those that have problems with stairs, they do have an elevator. I do recommend a visit.

Well packed and stocks almost everything youll need as souvenirs from your trip. Their merchandises are up to date and fashionable. Theres something here for everyone. You little ones will love the cartoons characters and all the goodies that goes along with them. Also if youre headed to disney you can get family t-shirts, hats and accessories. The prices are very good too!

Such a cute place. They have EVERYTHING Id hope to see. Many options! Id say the prices arent too high either for a tourist area. I bought a glass Florida ashtray, a heart shaped key chain with my name on it. 2 wooden bone shaped plaques.. each w/ my dogs names on them. so cute. only 4.99 each! Enjoyed it. The Huge mermaid displayed on the top of the building was AWESOME!

Lots of great.. and CHEAP souvenirs to take home, many Disney themed gifts and souvenir clothing. Also a great place to purchase cheap luggage and alligator heads! Close proximity to many of the villa rentals in the Kissimmee area. This is a must-visit every time we visit Florida.

Great service and items

Because of the huge mermaid on the building, my daughter had her heart set on buying her souvenirs at the store. The fact that it is two floors, sets it apart from other stores with its unique layout. The prices were the same as every other gift shop, but we found that to be the case with every gift shop in that area. The employees were nice. The bathrooms are but brings my rating down a little, they were a little bit gross.

First up, lets get it out of the way... This is not an upscale boutique. This is essentially a road side souvenir shop. That said, you WILL find a wide variety of gift options for very reasonable prices. Will you still be wearing these tee shirts in ten years? Probably not. But if you have a ton of people back home that you have to buy something for, dont drop 3 C notes at Disney until you check out this shop.

Ok place for souvenirs. They lure you in with promises of cheap clothes and merchandise, but only a few items are low priced. The nicer items are still priced pretty high. You may find some good deals with a little bit of hunting, but there are better stores in the area.

Its always great to visit the Mermaid Store. They have a wide selection of goods to choose from at great prices. We love seeing the most beautiful mermaid in the Orlando area.

Pretty good gift shop, full of a lot of Disney stuff. The items aren’t quite as nice as the park gift shops but it is considerably cheaper and a great to take the kids to pick up some extra bits or get souvenirs for the family from.

Great gift

This was the second shop I went into and just as in the previous my family and I felt very uncomfortable being watched by the staff. Some of the employees said hello and tried to do it politely. However most made it very obvious that they were making sure we werent shoplifting. Too bad...I would have probably purchased more had they not made us so uncomfortable.

Awesome selection of souvenirs and merchandise that is Disney and Florida themed, prices are so much better than the Disney park stores, lots of fun and interesting things to get, its conveniently located in the middle of the busy street in Kissimmee where most other attractions are located in the area, plenty of parking spaces in the back of the store, I would recommend this location

Ok this place is seriously INCREDIBLE! Seriously, I wouldnt buy any souvenirs from anywhere else around there! ESPECIALLY NOT IN THE DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA! everything is amazing about the store! I just had one issue with one employee. He was SO RUDE, That my fiance almost put everything in his arms down and walked out! I wish I knew his name, but I only know exactly what he looks like. That was the only issue we had. Everything else... PERFECT! But Im not going to lie... HOW THAT MAN👳‍♂️ TREATED US, WAS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE🙅‍♀️ AND MY FIANCE WONT ALLOW US TO GO BACK THERE 🙅‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️💆‍♀️💆‍♀️💆‍♀️ My advice to that store is to GET RID OF THAT EMPLOYEE ASAP! I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS MAN LOOKS LIKE. Something else he did was completely ignore our question... He walked by, never stopped walking and just pointed... Somewhere (we still dont know where) we tried telling an Indian woman with a head scarf about what happened and she just laughed and ultimately ignored us... Literally never said a word. Very aggravating
