Supper nice shop! The staff were really nice and they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my grandmother.

Stood in line outside for two hours on mothers day weekend to buy what I wanted for mothers day. I understood that they were only allowing but a few in at a time because of covid. Upon entering I had to stand in line again and made it to the register only to find out someone was supposed to help me pick out what I wanted before making it to the register. I felt rushed bc so many people outside were waiting. In the end I got what I wanted and everyone inside was very polite. It was just a tense situation bc of so many people being there. I will go there to buy something again absolute. They had so much pandora. I look forward to seeing that adorable shop again!

This is a great place to shop but, Very bad customer service, Lauren received me with a very bad attitude, I have never received such bad treatment in that store before.

The girls were amazing when I went there on Saturday afternoon.There is a sign at the door asking you to wait, then the associate comes to get you. They have what they call the safe square which is a small portion of the store right at the entrance and its protected so you and the associate can properly communicate. Shopping without walking in a store isnt easy, however when I explained the lady what I wanted and she right away pointed me in the right direction and showed me about 5 to 6 items. I found what I liked right away, a bit over budget but it did not matter as it was the PERFECT gift! Cashing out was easy and they took my information for the 1 year warranty on the piece of jewelry I bought!I definitely recommend this adorable gem next to the loop for any gifts and any budget!

I ordered myself a pandora charm bracelet for Mother’s Day on the Saturday before, the store had just opened for Curbside pickup only and I was able to place my order over email and pick it up within the hour. When I got there, I was given my order and loved it. I tried it on immediately but it was rather large on me. I went back and asked one of the employees, Heidi, if I could exchange it for a smaller size. She didn’t even hesitate and went inside to find my size. After coming back with a size down, it was still too big, so she went back in the store and found the perfect size for me. I was SO happy I was able to get the exact bracelet I wanted right in time for such a special day for me. Heidi was a huge help and did it with such a great attitude! Thank you so much!

Had some time before my movie starting. Amazing Black Friday deals, and I happened upon them. Will certainly return for Birthdays and Anniversaries. The crew working complemented one another and kept it organized and customers flowing. I appreciated the help they offered, and each tray they brought out for me to peruse.

Had a bad experience around Mothers Day, during the pandemic they were doing curbside pick up. Went there several times and NO sign stating store hours, did a dispute with my credit card company and Polka Dotz stated they had my merchandise delivered, thats very upsetting as I am out of my money and out of my merchandise. Never ever buying there again as they are not reliable nor honest.

This is a great place to shop. The staff takes time with you, explains anything you ask and are extremely courteous. I love shopping there and highly recommend it when you want some fine jewelry.

I came here with my mom a few months back and I was in shock with the amazing customer service. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and they took their time and explain everything to us. My mom raves about this store. You leave feeling like you just made a friend
