My brother and l arrived at the location and he forgot his mask they charged 2.00 for a mask so they he can shop in there store fast fwd in purchased 96 dollars worth of meat and beerMy brother purchased 136 dollars worth of grocery. We went home to find that a pack of ribs that cost 16.00 dollars was spoiled so we took it back went inside the market made contact with manager/owner i waited about 20 minutes while she greeted her friend or family. When she finally came to my attention i nicely explained to our experience she immediately took the correct action and expressed her concern. And refund the money back!

Just left this place. Nice and clean. Can’t deny that. We ordered 3 chicken empanadas with 2 coffees and a couple pastries. We got 3 beef empanadas and when I told the lady that she gave us the wrong product, she just looked at me and ignored me basically. Not even an apology or an attempt to correct her mistake! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and going out of your way for the customer; after all it was their mistake! Unhappy customer! But they don’t care.....😡

I was in Orlando FL for disney and had to stop here to get my sweet from argentina, I live in Georgia and next time Im here in Orlando Im coming back again, the ladys were super nice and very helpful the food was great and fresh, cant wait to come back.

Customer service was awesome. We were greeted and treated so nicely. Food was great. I ordered the Cuban and my husband ordered a popular item (can’t remember the name - sandwich with steak egg and cheese) Food was served hot and very fast. We don’t live in the area but we are happy we chose to have lunch here.

This is not an Italian store. Its Spanish food with very little Italian needs. Very disappointed.

Just tried to eat a plate there and the food was very bland. Wanted a refund back Older woman was very rude. Spoke Rudely in Spanish (she assumed I didn’t understand Spanish) I will never stop and eat there again and I’m advising to save your money and eat somewhere else.

Ever since I moved here, I have loved being able to access my childhood favorites and my dad loves it too being that I buy his favorites in bulk and bring it over to him in South Carolina. The ladies that recognize me are nice, but I give it four stars only for the fact that I have been told to come back at a later time for something at the bakery (facturas), and when I did come back, there was nothing; or told to call back on a specific day only to be told to call another day. I’m pretty sure the trucks that store your inventory are on a regular schedule which would make it easy to refer the customer as to when they can expect a product on the shelf. Other than that, I love TEM.

Great little place with fresh made sandwiches, plate lunches and bakery selection. There were also antipasto, ceviche and other salads by the pound. We had the tripleta and steak sandwich with egg and ham, both were delicious! Took home a plate with chicken, yuca and vegetables. Service was friendly and they gave recommendations.

Food is very salty and is not good

We drove from Port Orange, FL (1hr 15m) to check this place out and I’m sad to say I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered the milanesa napolitana. The lady who cooked it burnt it. The fries had no salt and we’re soggy. Ordered steak for my son, it was extremely hard. Fries were also soggy. Service was terrible and we were the only ones in the store. The woman didn’t even know the sides that came with the entree and she was very rude. I would of let the rudeness go until I saw our food. I didn’t notice the food was bad until we got in the car because we couldn’t eat inside. Just awful experience. Never again. Not recommended.

This place is a hidden gem on oseola parkway! Came in with my family and was so pleased with absolutely everything! The girls behind the deli counter are so incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, super patient and was extremely helpful with our food orders. We ordered two Cuban sandwiches along with a steak sandwich with bacon. Was absolutely to die for. So good! Pastries were amazing and the empanadas are super savoury. Good quality food for a great price. Definitely a place we have to come back and visit. A special thanks to the deli girl and to the employees who were so helpful and friendly to us!

Owner should consider hiring new people been here twice both times employees had nasty attitudes And there was no confrontation basically they just didn’t want be there and they are treating paying customers terribly.

First time coming to the store the lady was staring me and my boyfriend down as if we were going to steal something. Second time around I went to go order food and an elder lady that was taking my order was super rude and disrespectful making comments in Spanish as if I didn’t know what she was saying, I went to complain to the manager and as I was talking, the manager cut me off in the middle of my sentence... horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and the food looked disgusting the chicken and pork looked super dry and they barely have anything good to sell and that store.

In the Christmas week we went to buy Mantecol, but it was expired, we told that to an older lady who was there,just grabbed it and put it away, she did not even apologize. I went today to buy cakes and pastries and they were disgusting.I called to make a complain and the person who answered my phone just said Im very sorry. We had to throw everything away. The customer service of this place is very bad.

I have tried to give this place a chance in more than one opportunity, unfortunately the mediocre (at best) experience pushed me away many times.Today I went only for a coffee and some sweets to eat while I was 3 doors down at the hair salon.The place was empty, no customers whatsoever which isnt shocking when you consider their bad service.When I went back to the hair salon minutes later, the manager from Tomato Express, came to the salon to chase customers from the hair salon because theyre parked in what their parking spaces.They have at least 12 parking spots andNo customers and this guy was aon witch hunt mission with the WORST attitude told a woman thatshe had two minutes to leave before hed call the towing.That place is DEAD. and the hair salon is FULL and they take a time to.make war totheir neighbors, instead of realizing that a blossoming business where people has to wait, can bring them the SO much needed clientsIf Id have that store, which again is dying, Id be smarter business person and benefit from that potential clientele instead of chasing cars at the parking lot like hungry dog.Bullies... Thats the word. Real bullies ... Thats why the store is empty... And there overpriced.

This place has many products from Argentina that are hard to find! My husband is from AR and I lived there for a few years. This place has facturas & alfajores that taste exactly like they used to in Argentina.. all the baked goods are excellent. The meat is also really good quality and the butcher cut everything to order exactly how my husband wanted. Its the first place we have found in 7 yrs that has all of these products. We live about 40 min away but its really worth it!

We went there while we were getting our car worked on. When we went inside, it smelled good, that was the end of the positives. The chuletas and ribs very dry and hard. The vegetables mostly looked and tasted straight our of the can. The yucca was HARD, and had a nail polish flavor. It was INEDIBLE!!!!!! The older lady (I use the term loosely) was rude!!!!! We will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!!!

For the very first time I came in to this place while on the phone with my husband. I wanted to see if this is somewhere I would like to come to and shop. Worst supermarket ever... went there to buy some cookies for my dad and I was sending pictures to my mom to ask her what she want me to buy for him and they said I could not take pictures. I told them the situation and they said if you take pictures you have to leave. 10min laters a friend from Argentina went inside and took a video for 10min and they did not say anything.... so racist this place. It sucks...

Going on and off for years... Last time we went to get sweet pastries in 2015 we got sick and now the same, casualty? I dont know... Food is not fresh, service is not good, I was told by cashier at the front to leave my already paid items at the entrance if I wanted to go back inside the store (looking for my wife) as if I was gonna steal something and put it on the bag... They think we are in Latin America LOL also products from Costa Rica and many other countries have the expiration date backwards so BE AWARE! 7-2-19 is actually February 7th not July 2nd... You may buy expired items...

Food here is delicious! Most of all when you place and order. Their sandwiches are amazing... You wont find a Cuban sandwich like theirs anywhere... Just perfect! Empanadas are great and pizza too. We also tried their cakes and facturas (argentinian pastries) and they are so good!!! They bake their bread which is absolutely great. You can buy argentinian products and meat at good prices.

Been there many times since as an Argentine there is not that many choices of Argentine shops in the área. Its definitely good to find a place where to purchase Argentine goods. When it comes to the food, in the Buffet área there is a mix between Argentine and central american, which its kind of dissapointing since this is an Argentine place and it should be true to their origins. We, customers from Orlando and Kissimmee, have already tons of choices when it comes to central Américan food. The service is a hit or miss. Usually normal, nothing out of extraordinary. The ladies at the buffet area are there to serve you the food and that doesnt mean that they need to smile and be friendly -at least thats what it looks like. But it all changes when -I belive shes one of the owners or related to them- an older lady helps you. She looks bothered at helping you, she looks annoyed about your presence. We went many times to watch the Argentina soccer matches and Woow, she was the worst then. My pregnant friend asked her for chocolate milk and she gave her the one on the bottle. No cup. She asked - please- for a cup and this lady rolled her eyes...and yelled at another lady to get her the plastic cup and there are more situations like this with her. Service needs to improve. I never take my non argentine friends there because I am afraid that they get that nasty service that doesnt represent a True Argentine.

I went for a dozen bills and came out with 5 bags of stuff. The attention was excellent. Carmen and Stella at the box were very kind advising me with products. The place is very well organized and clean. You can tell that all the products are fresh and have good prices.Thank you for bringing together Argentine flavors and traditions.

Bad attention. They do not provide proper customer service. You must wait for the cashier to start placing your order. The Cuban sandwich that I ordered nothing to write home about. The bread is not the accord for this type of sandwich, the pork they use is not even baked really very bad.I ordered an empanada and I think it had about 4 or 5 hours in a warmer and it really wasnt appetizing at all.The butcher area lacks cleanliness.And meat products are not the freshest we can say ... Sweetbreads and chinchurrines did not look goodThe owners do not like to take good care of their potential customers and when he tells them that it is the first time you go, I think it bothers them or that is what they made me feel

My wife had many cravings for Argentine food. Found this place and we drove about 45 minutes to get there. We liked the assortment of Argentine products and we were preparing to take a few to try. All good until we reached the deli area, where a young woman was serving a small family. The thing is that we spent about 10 or 15 minutes waiting for someone to at least ask us if we wanted something ... Nothing. I approach the lady with a Hello and she replies wait a minute. After 5 more minutes and seeing that another employee is approaching but only to serve the same family, we decided to leave without buying anything.Its a shame that not even the cashier when she saw us leave the products and the basket did not say goodbye to us.

Terrible customer service, we were more than 15 minutes waiting to be served, only one employee in the bakery / food area concentrated in a family, another also came to serve the same people and no one asked what we wanted or out of courtesy. any kind of attention, we had a purchase and we decided to leave it to go, we will NEVER return, if they do not appreciate the customer there is nothing to look for in that establishment.
