BEST customer service! Adina, the store manager, worked with my mother for many weeks arranging the shipment of a Bari sax for me to try out at the store. Then, Adina and her colleague Tyler, spent hours of their time helping me decide which Bari was the best fit for me. And finally, the price was great! Adina even found a discount for me. I am thrilled with my new instrument and I highly recommend Music and Arts. No need to hesitate, this store is awesome.

My instructor is Ivonne. She is a sweetheart. Shes been helping me get back in touch with the violin strings for my wedding and she is awesome. Very talented. They have tons of instruction books and sheet music for popular tunes too. Staff is awesome and kind. Highly recommended.

A great place for starting musicians. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable teachers, good prices on both lessons and equipment (rentals and purchase). Both my children (8 and 12) take lessons on different instruments and they learn tons and have a fun time. Highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate any longer!Despite wanting to learn, I went in with a huge list of why I couldn’t learn. However, Adina strived to make this as easy as coming in, pulling up a chair with Ms Janet, and putting my hands on a guitar. I felt very welcomed and encouraged by everyone at this location and hope this could also encourage others to take the step and give Adina a call! She certainly knows what she’s doing and will get you started off on the right note :)

They need more than one employee out front to help customers. Was in line for 30 minutes waiting....Also, after we were dealt with we were promised that our order would be received within a week but as of now it has not shipped and it has been almost 2 weeks. I am getting fed up.DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

I absolutely recommend this store. Been working with Adina for about a year now trying to buy a French Horn for my daughter. Adina has been very patient with the process and she made sure that my daughter got the right instrument. She even came in a few times on her time off as the instruments were coming in. Although we are going through a pandemic, Adina managed to make this experience less stressful.

Adina at Music & Arts helped me find the perfect guitar no other store had in the area through the store system. She knows a lot about the store’s products in details. She put a lot of effort contacting district managers, even after we found there were problems with the delivery of the product I was looking for. This store offers a lot of quality products and friendly customer service.

Dropped off my saxophone to get repaired and Oscar was very helpful and informative and friendly! I feel like my instrument is in very safe hands going to music and arts for repairs in kissimmee (since there arent a ton of other options to go to haha)

My son is a clarinet player whos transitioning into saxophone, and is visiting from Minnesota. So we decided to go look at instruments so he can play at professional level. I highly recommend this store to everyone. We had a great experience getting my daughters first string instrument. We got a very thorough explanation of how to care for the Viola, what to do and what not to do, things to watch out for. Its been a long time since Ive experienced customer service like this, it was nothing short of amazing!

My dad and I went with the intent to just try out some instruments, and we started thinking about buying one, and Adina was super helpful, and patient with all the questions that we had, and she was really respectful when I wanted to play different instruments, definitely would recommend for anyone from lower levels to advanced and pro levels.
