We called the day before was late around 6:00pm left a message called me back 30 minutes later didn’t expect a callback till next day. Appointment confirmed for the following day at 1:00pm. William was assigned to us right on time very professional explain everything. We had issues with our remote had to call Samsung to troubleshoot he waited and our TV was set up. IMount did a wonderful job! I booked them through Thumbtack and they were super responsive. Came and mounted our tv and sound bar the same day we contacted them. We took down the sound bar after they left to plug something into it and could not get it back attached. They CAME BACK to fix it. Truly a one stop shop! He provided the mount and cable cover as well as additional cable we were missing. VERY happy with them!
