I went to Central Florida Powersports because of their rather large inventory. I wanted to buy a Honda Super Cub for my wife. My salesman was Jonah Parker, who I spoke with before when helping a buddy shop for a bike. Jonah is a super nice guy. I’ve dealt with a lot of salesman, and by far he is my favorite. I am so very glad he was working when I walked in.Jonah is not an aggressive, high pressures salesman. He keeps the conversation going, but you don’t feel like you’re being steered into something. I wish he had been working in Orlando Harley Davidson a year ago when I bought my Harley. What a disaster that was!If you buy bikes every couple of years like I do, Jonah is the man you want to go back to time and time again. When I’m ready for my next bike, I’ll definitely be going back to Central Florida Power Sports when Jonah is working.As for the dealership, it was a very pleasant experience. I bought a 2020 Super Cub, figuring I would get a better price on last year‘s model. I was right. The sales manager was ready to deal and I walked out with a more-than-fair price. All in all, this is one of the better motor vehicle buying experiences I have ever had.

Had a positive experience here with Dan and Chuck really going out of their way to help me as I rushed into town on a short time frame to buy a new KTM. Luckily for me, their top notch service department noticed a couple of small issues and addressed them before allowing me to take possession of the bike. She came looking great and Ill be back in the future.

If you were to read a review of mine they are detailed and honest. Our experience could not have been a better one. First Daniel our salesperson gave us his personal cell and he even answered questions on the weekend. Mansor (sales manager) and Daniel were men of integrity. A rare find in sales. Then there was our parts representative Victor. Im an old guy so he helped me pick the best fit for me and explained each choice in a way I could understand it. Victor went above and beyond and always made me feel like a human not a sales number. So you might ask what the hell happened? This isnt the same Central Power sports that Gail and I were disgusted with in 2017 and left angry. I dont know but they changed 180 deg. Gail and I want to thank the entire team for making or Can Am dream come true at a fair price. You won us over and we will certainly spread the news.

Amazing place! Great service. A gentleman named Elliott went above and beyond to get what I need done and is the only reason I will be back if I need anything else. I personal drove over 100 miles because he went out of his way and found parts I needed. He solely saved my labor day weekend. Employees like him are hard to do and.

Great service and Staff! I live 2 hours away but I came here because my local dealer didn’t have any of the accessories I needed for our new Sea-Doo. A couple days after I went to install my new Docking bumper mounts and realized that they were left at the store, I ended up talking to Carlos Ortiz and he got it taken care of for us and sent them out in the mail.

I live up in GA and was able to make a deal on the phone without ever coming into the store. Picked the bike out and payed for it over the phone. They later delivered it to me at a race to save me a longer drive to their shop. Great service.

I am 46 and the is my first true toy. I’m originally from Pa and moved to Sc in October. I searched all over for a Can-am to no avail. I was in Fl on vacation and happened to drive by, why not! I walked around until a customer told me to go Donald, best suggestion ever. One of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time. Wow, CFPS really took care of me. My agent Donald made sure he did all he could to present me with options and honest opinions on the buying process. With almost every store in the area being sold out of inventory I was surprised at how much CFPS had and if they don’t have it they will get their hands on it if you really want it. Donald helped me get an SSR 110 pit bike that I’ve been wanting just to mess around with. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy my CRF300L when I’m ready. There isn’t any other place I’d go! 👍🏼

I read the reviews for this place before driving 45 minutes to get there. I was expecting a large inventory of helmets and gear. When I arrived I was extremely mistaken they had some helmets nothing compared to the pictures I had looked at. Alot of the helmets also had no posted price. I looked and finally found one i liked and could afford. I waited in line just to find out they had no adult small. The salesman did not even offer to order one for me. After all that i was starting to get a little upset. I did not want to wait in line again and again to find out prices on other helmets or that they dont have my size. So I left almost in tears because i was so disappointed

Had a wonderful experience at Central Florida Powersports. This is a lengthy review however it all contributes to my experience here.I recently completed the training for a 3 wheeled motor bike and had my license endorsed. So I was in search of a Can Am Spyder RT. Since it was a 70th birthday gift to myself, I decided to splurge and get a new model in the color I wanted, Blue. I had gone to another dealer however they didnt have what I wanted in stock and was going to contact other dealers in the State. I happened to drop in at Central Florida Powersports and they had exactly what I wanted still in the box. They even negotiated a fantastic deal which included having the bike towed to my house because I was still uncomfortable driving it myself. They also assured me that my deposit to hold the bike was refundable.The next day, the bike was assembled and I came in to make the final payment. The salesman, Chuck Matthews, was very knowledgeable on Spyders and walked me through all the details. He told me to contact him personally if I had any questions. When I got my Spyder home, I drove it around the neighborhood to become familiar with it. She operated so smoothly and I was so happy with my purchase.However, after a week or so, the engine wouldnt turn over while parked in my garage. I contacted the service department and they suggested I bring it in. Although they were backed up, they indicated they would give me priority because my bike was brand new. Well, I was not able to get a tow truck because the service offered by the dealer specifically for Can Ams experienced a glitch in their system. This did provide insight to have a back up towing plan, so I added my bike to my Auto coverage. The next day, I was able to get a tow truck however he was unable to move my vehicle because I had left it in Reverse when I turned off the engine. I was frantic and about to call the service department again. But my intuition kicked in and I remembered to call Chuck. I was practically in tears. He was so calm on the phone, asked me to sit on the bike and walked me through the process. Apparently I had turned off the red Engine Stop switch by mistake the last time I parked the bike. The engine started in less than a minute. I couldnt believe I had gone through almost 2 days of agony by not calling him in the first place. He also suggested to never leave the bike in Reverse when shutting off the engine.I cannot thank Chuck enough for his patience with me. I would definitely recommend Central Florida Powersports to my friends and family.

I went there to replace the fuel pump on my can am outlander that was under the warranty. Everything looks good but they didnt put the back rack and que underseat plastic together. There are missing bolts and washers. So the plastics are about fall.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jason Ennis and his Central Florida PowerSports CFPS Team!. As some may have read on FaceBook, I’m trying to come to the FTR HS 1 race this weekend after almost 3 years off. I was struggling trying to get the bike started after it sat that long with bad fuel, so I reached out to Jason. In an effort to help and avoid throwing money at possible solutions, Jason said to get the bike to him ASAP and his team would do it’s best to try and get me running for the weekend.I loaded up and headed to Kissimmee from Merritt Island (1 hr drive). Got there, dropped off the bike, gave them the gory details and left at 2:50 PM with hopeful plans to pick it up Friday on the way to Bartow.I get a call around 3:30 PM as I’m on the way home that the problem has been identified and fixed – fuel pump. I can’t thank Jason and his team enough for helping me out so I can embarrass myself this weekend! This is why I’ve bought 3 bikes from Jason and will continue to do so.

Buyers beware. These people are crooks. They tried to charge me almost $8000 in hidden fees. Almost the cost of an entire jet ski. I was told they would give me 2 free life vests. They are not to trusted. Please read your estimates well before you commit. That was horrible. Please spread the word.

Came in to get some parts for my 2009 Kawasaki er6n. Nicole helped me out and even though the store didn’t have the parts, she was able to refer me to another store who could have them. Amazing service!

I went in to purchase an $8000 ($7995) motorcycle, and I was approved with a 7% interest at a $232.00 a month payment for 60 months. I was told that I was financing $9700 with $1000 down. First how did a $8000 motorcycle go to $10700? Taxes are $560 ($8000+$560=$8560) Tag at $350 ($8560+$350=$8910). Did they just add a $1790 fee onto a $8000 bike? Now onto the loan which is even less reflective of the already wrong financing amount I was quoted. I would need to finance $11750 for 60 months at 7% to get 232.66. Which is $2050 more than the $9700 (after $1000 down) they said I was financing. They basically tried to screw me on the price of the motorcycle by adding god knows what, and they also tried to stick me with some jacked up financing that simply did not add up. Seriously untrustworthy people, that actually borders on criminal. Please, please, please if you are anywhere near this place have a loan calculator open. Very distasteful. Note: I did not even try to negotiate on the price of the bike, and would of signed on the spot had they been honest.

Honest and unbiased review. I completed the 3 wheeled Can am riding course at the Orange Osceola Safety Institute of Central Florida on June 4, 2021. The instructors recommended anyone interested in a Can Am to stop in at Central Florida Powersports.After I completed the course, I stopped in to check to see if they had a Can Am Ryker Rally before I made my way back to Tampa. I was greeted by a young lady at the door who I told I was interested in a Can Am Ryker Rally. She was unsure of what they had in their inventory so she pointed me to a door leading to the outside lot. I milled around for 10 minutes outside and was not addressed by anyone from the sales team so I left. I sent an email describing this situation and Greg(sales manager) called and apologized on June 7, 2021. He’s well versed on service retention and won back my interest to do business. Even though I live an hour and a half away I was willing to drive back based on the recommendation from the school.I wish I could have solely dealt with Greg. Unfortunately, he had to turn me over to one of his salesmen. The salesman nonchalantly(should have been a red flag) took my info and stated he would call me back with more information and the “numbers” on a Can Am Ryker Rally. This was June 7th. Today is June 18, 2021 and to this date I HAVE NOT received a call, text or email regarding my interest.Each and every customer is important and they should be made to feel that way. I should not have to track the salesman down and plead with him to take my money. Attention to detail, knowing your customer and following up on customer inquiries are key. The ball was definitely dropped on this sale.Thanks Greg. You were great. I wish you much success. I understand we all get busy but 11 days without any correspondence is inexcusable. It screams to me that my money is no good at your dealership.UPDATE 06/26/2021: From my past review, I originally gave this place one star. I believe in second chances, so when Greg reached out to correct the perception of my first experience, I obliged. Greg kept in frequent contact with me throughout the process. From answering questions about items he knew about and getting me in touch with people who knew about items that he didn’t. He never stepped on other departments toes. I appreciate him for not just blowing smoke or rambling just to make the deal. Brand new bike broke down after 300 miles, not helpful at all to get my bike fixed under warranty. I have bought couple of bikes from this store and have had good luck. Called another power sports dealer who picked up bike and fixed bike under warranty

I put a deposit down for a 22 KTM 350 SXF in early April. My sales rep, Daniel, was super friendly about me pestering him every two weeks or so to see if the bike was in yet. Since its KTM, the bikes did not arrive at the dealership in May like stated online but thats NOT the dealerships fault whatsoever.June 10th I finally got the call. He sent me pictures of it being in the crate, assembly, and finally on the showroom floor. Transparency is nice to have during a purchase like this, and CFPS definitely supplies that.Drove 7 hours round trip, was in and out of the dealership within an hour, when you buy a new bike with them they also give you a nice discount in their shop which has everything you can think of, so I left with less money than initially anticipated.Super easy process, loads of respect from the staff, and you get to feel like an 8 year old when you ring the bell after buying a bike.10/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing purchase experience! Joseph Ortiz was extremely helpful. This was a birthday surprise for my husband so I could only communicate via text message and email to keep the surprise under wraps. Joe was extremely great with communicating and handled everything. All I had to do was tell him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. They even hand delivered the motorcycle to our house because I couldn’t figure out how to pick it up without my husband knowing. I would definitely recommend this company. The customer service from Joe really solidified sticking with this dealership and luckily for me they also had the best price in the area for what I was looking for.

I went into My Power Sport in Kissimmee to buy a Jet Ski and my sales guy was Chad. Very unprofessional I was asking him questions regarding the Jet Ski and at the same time he was taking care of other customers. If you are a sales person and working with a customer with a deal or no deal on the table, please don’t be rude and take care of other customers. It took them 3 days to let me know I was not approved for a Jet Ski. Called a friend who bought his Jet Ski with Yamaha at the Colonial Dealer and got approved right away. Chad and Greg waisted my time and I lost 4 points out of my credit report for people that can’t do their job. I will never recommend anyone here. I will also do a report under the Better Business Bureau.

Not a single employee was wearing a face covering. Most customers were, but not a single staff member.Also, there werent many motor cycles to see. It was more of a suggestion that they were motorcycle dealer than actuality. Their website makes it seem that they have a large inventory, but apparently thats to order.

Update on October 9th: Decided to upgrade my bike and had another outstanding experience. Danielli and Mansor are really easy to work with. They provided a good deal and excellent customer service. Another great experience!What a great sales experience! I had a hard time finding the model of bike that I wanted and Danielli Gonzalez did a great job finding the bike, following up with me, and making the sale easy! Mansor Thomas, the Sales Manager, was also great to work with. Covid has really reduced bike inventories, but these guys found my bike and provided excellent customer service. I’d highly recommend them!

I was over charged by about 10k for my bike that Im completely unhappy with. I was also sold add on warranties that are useless as well as GPS monitoring service that was never fully explained to me.Yamaha customer service is awful to say the least. Service dept is rude and arrogant. Parts dept is not knowledgeable and un helpful as well . Unfortunately all the power sports dealers in the area are all the same.

Had an amazing experience at Central Florida PowerSports! I bought a 2019 Yamaha MT-07 and I absolutely love her. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and helpfully. I worked directly with Dan and Jason in sales and they were both fantastic! I called ahead and placed a deposit on the bike. When I got there they had the paperwork all ready for me and my bike was cleaned, topped off, and pulled around front for me. I was in and out in half an hour. The store is very clean and well laid-out. I am very satisfied and recommend 100%.

I inquired about one of the new motorcycles advertised on their website for $4900. They run my credit and then told me that bike is $7000!They will not tell you that price on their website is not real price - they are adding multiple fees and they not make you aware of them after the fact they run your credit and waste time talking to them. Ask for full price because they are not honest enough to tell you upfront. I walked away from the deal.

Best salesman which was Daniel Da Silva! Since we walk in the store he was there super cool super great with us. Told us everything about the bikes and we walked out with two 700r raptors and got the best deals. I super recommend Daniel Da Silva he work with us super good.

I dont recomend this dealer at all they broke my machine and try to warranty on it but they cant because they broke my axle two times! And they want to over charge me 2600$ to replace the differential? What a joke i took my utv to my mechanic and fix the seal new axle, i test drive and no water going into the differential anymore, i pay 1000$ for parts labor. So this dealer want 2600? What a rip off this people, they dont face you there is the manager named ALAN in the service team is a joke that guy he dont give a f, for the customer, i have to call them because they never call me to let me know or anything, read this DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
