In Spring 2019, they replaced the thermostat, electrical sensors and relays for my HVAC unit inside my condo. While they did a decent job at a reasonable price, they failed to reconnect the sensors from the thermostat to the heater unit. It was after noticing that the thermostat would not trigger the heat, I called them in and that’s when they rectified the problem even though they charged me a service call for fixing this issue. The unit now works well.
