The BEST shopping experience I’ve ever had. The store had an amazing selection and an even better staff. They were both super educated in all things Le Creuset and helped me navigate through all the different options available to me. A special shout-out to Jane for being so great. I will definitely be back!

Plenty of digital ink has been spilled on the quality of Le Creuset Products (which is fantastic), so instead Ill focus on the specifics of the outlet store. The staff was wonderfully helpful and informative, as well as being incredibly friendly; beyond the basics about the product, they were very happy to talk about cooking and even shared some recipes. On top of that, the sales were phenomenal- the product I purchased retails for $400, and I got it for just over $200.

Jane the manager is just so terrific and helpful..will never pressure you into a purchase, but provides great advice and suggestions! Have loved and purchased this product for 40 years...and can never have enough! Especially when their service is the best!

Wow! If you haven’t already visited theLe Creuset Kittery Outlet you should. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable, so friendly and helpful. They cook and bake and use the products they sell regularly. They just gave a make over to the setup of the back section of the store, it looks great. The variety and the new way of displaying the pieces caught my eye immediately. Loved it, the blending of pieces in different colors instead of all group by same color really works. It allows you to appreciate the shapes and lines of each piece so much more. Nice job Kittery staff. Till next time, can’t wait.

My favorite place to stop in Kittery. Jane, the Manager, is a treasure. She brightens my day and treats me like a valued customer each time I stop in or call. She and her staff are very knowledgeable about the outlet’s versions of LC products as compared to the regular retail versions, and always make great suggestions to add to my collection. Jane is also a master cook and entertainer herself and uses many (maybe all, lol?!) of the LC products, so always has fabulous ideas for different uses of each item, and recipes to share. This store is a must-stop!

The selection is great there is always new deals and colors coming in. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable, Jane helped me pick out some beautiful pieces for my friends wedding that we’re an instant hit. It’s become one of my hotspots to stop between visits south to MA.
