I always make an effort to stop here and I would say at least 50% of the time I find something that is a great value. Staff is friendly and obviously because it’s an outlet what’s available turns over fairy frequently.

I recently bought several items at the outlet for a move and Sophie and Donna assisted me with both the transaction, questions about stock, etc. and even helped me pile stuff in the car. It was above and beyond their already busy responsibilities and they volunteered to help and were courteous and professional.

The people working here are always so nice. But most of the furniture looks wonderful at first, and upon closer inspection is irreparably damaged and still very expensive for something completely broken. For example: the drawers don’t open (or close), there’s a giant chunk missing that interferes with the structural integrity, or the piece is completely sideways in some way. I really don’t know who buys it, or how they can even offer it for sale. Good for random single dining chairs, sectional couch pieces, linens, lighting, and kitchen odds and ends.

Dont bother. Very few actual deals. Numerous marked down items are just straight up broken, in poor condition, and still priced way too high. Youre better off going to Ikea. Most disappointing store in the outlet strip

We were promptly greeted when entering the store. Contents of store seemed fine with the usual eclectic mix of goods in discount section. We were asked by staff if we needed assistance and we checked out by a lovely lady. Great experience and will shop again there.

The outlet is not like a conventional retail Crate & Barrel location; they dont stock their location with the general selection of merchandise youd expect in a regular C&B store. Instead, a lot of merchandise that didnt move in other locations, or is in other-than-prime condition, or overstock, and previous season stuff. Go in with the mindset of perusing, and if youre savvy, and have a keen eye, and dont mind sifting through stuff, some really great deals are to be found and had.For me, the staff here was exceptionally friendly and helpful, accommodating my onerous request to take a very large bookcase down from display so I could view it on the floor, and in particular two very lovely members, Molly and Ella, helped round of a fun treasure hunt-like experience.

If you think youre getting high end furniture at a great price, lower your expectations. Its seemingly high end furniture that has been damaged or otherwise rendered into garbage and then marked down to 50% lower than the price they originally marked up to 300% above cost. Youre basically getting duped to buying the stuff they were going to throw out, just bc they have a brand name status.

Lots of unique furniture, fun store to shop. Friendly staff. Expensive but you can find good deals!

Selection was good but a lot of people inside and while masked they were a bit close.

The outlet often has extraordinary deals on slightly damaged furniture. Today $1100.00 off on a beautiful modern sleeper, showing as new online. Its hit or miss, but worth stopping by. Boy, if I had room for it! There are great deals on Christmas stuff, way in the back right corner of the store. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Cant beat Crate and Barrel when you find a deal.

Who doesnt love crate and barrel. I think discounted furniture pieces here are still easy over priced considering the amount of damage some of the peices have. If Im going to pay close to a grand for, well....anything! Bet its going to be damn near perfect. That being said, you can come across some really good finds here.

This is one of my favorite home goods store. I have bought several pieces of furniture over the last couple of years. The quality is outstanding and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.Parking is plentiful!

There is a lot more furniture in this store then there once was. Everything is nicely displayed in the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have bought two Crate and Barrel umbrellas for my outdoor furniture, also Crate and Barrel. (I replaced one because of other damage due to a storm and not to a Crate and Barrel defect, but both umbrellas had ripped along the tab where the wooden spine is held in place by a pocket sewed into the canvas. I called customer service and sent a picture by email at their request to try to get a replacement and they refused. Im extremely disappointed in the customer service and the durability of the product. It was outdoors for a short season and not abused in any way. For the price I paid for the umbrella, I could have bought a whole set elsewhere.

I go here at least twice a year. Always loved it but changes they have made are terrible. Mostly furniture, Not a great selection of other things. First time I have gone and left empty handed. Will probably not bother to go in the future. Could not even find coffee mugs I liked!

The store is well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop there again.

This is the outlet location with great prices on final sale furniture and household items. They final sale furniture is marked down on a weekly/bimonthly basis so if you wait long enough you can get a great deal but they do not offer shipping and they only hold items for 5 days so be sure you have a way to get the furniture home if you guy something big.

Still expensive, prices are basically the same as online sale prices. Relatively small store but you find a good buy every once in a while.

Hit or miss, but a great spot to stop by if you need furniture, kitchen stuff, hostess gifts, and all of that kind of stuff. They usually have some great buys!

I loved the couches here. They also had a great selection of kitchen stuff.

We go here for certain friends and family when they visit out of town. Great service excellent store.

My wife and I have purchased several pieces of nice furniture here at steep discounts (>50%-70%). Not everything here is great, it is definitely hit or miss but we always stop to take a look to see whats available if we are driving through.
