Great selection of hardware and garden items. Was able to purchase some bird seed and suet at a great price. Really friendly staff too!

The staff is amazing. I called 15 minutes before the closed (as I was heading up I-95) and they were able to get my order around, pay, and ready to go so when I walked in just before they closed, I got what I needed and they got out on time!

Friendly employees, decent selection as well. I called asking for a product and the lady on the phone got it and held it at the register for me without me even asking. Great service. If youre local, try going here instead of bigger home improvement stores.

This Ace is without a doubt the place. You can beat an establishment where everyone in this store makes you feel welcome. This is my favorite hardware store. Here is a group of people who will go out of their way for you, like miracle on thirty fourth street if they dont have it they send someplace that does. That is worthy of my admiration and loyalty as a customer if nothing else,but there is so much more. There are elements here that other businesses would do well to try and incorporate. Ill be honest, you can do better on price elsewhere (mostly in big box stores) but you wont find a better place with customer service and know how.

Today I went to Kittery Ace Hardware to purchase a Webber Q3200 gas grill. I could not believe the exceptional customer service I received, especially from Rick the manager. In a time where everyone is trying to protect themselves from everyone else, I very much appreciated Ricks kindness and his willingness to go the extra mile!!! So happy I picked this store for my purchase!!!!

A traditional family style hardware store that still makes keys, cuts glass, fixes screens and sells propane and K1. They carry many hard to find parts. The big thing for me is they are friendly and really know their products.
