Should be 0 stars. Terrible experience with the Honda bodyshop on 2 separate not at fault auto accident claims. First time around after they repaired my 2015 jeep wrangler I had complete break failure while driving that left me in the ditch, after that I had my front driveshaft come loose while driving on the highway among many other issues with shoddy work performed by them and their sub contractors. At one point after my front driveline almost fell out on the highway after that I asked for a safety check because there was noises coming from the rear axle and suspension and I didnt trust the jeep not to fall apart and kill me in a crash, they did a check and said it was all good, but the noise was still there so I pulled off a rear tire and looked and found the rear axle was installed incorrectly and that suspension components were hitting eachother and actually breaking welded parts off the axle, when I confronted them they got very rude until I showed them that the axle was installed incorrectly. In all it took 8 months and multiple visits to get my vehicle fixed to the tune of about $20,000.The 2nd time I was lead to believe by my insurance I had to use them again, this time around they did $17,000 in repairs that left the frame still so bent I could not close my hood and the vehicle crabing to the right driving straight, as well as suspension components actually striking the frame while driving, damaged components left installed and new components installed that leaked. As well as mismatched paint, they didnt even install the battery properly. After I picked up my vehicle, 4 months after the accident, I took it to a different shop who produced an $18,000 estimate to repair the vehicle, all stemming from unrepaired items damaged in the accident, that subsequently made the vehicle a total loss. I have many more pictures and videos documenting everything I found. This time around it was 6 month ordeal that should never have happend. Avoided this body shop at all cost.
