Average retail auto parts store. It could say Napa or chef or any number of places they are all the same.
Almost always get what I need. That said, like most parts stores, you will mostly find help who only know what their computer tells them. These places need more people with real knowledge and insight.

They need more employees so the wait time wont be as long. Definitely knowledgeable on what your personal vehicle needs or doesnt need.
Good store there just very by the book lol if the computer doesnt just pop up with a part they say they dont have it lol they need to get real gearheads working there
Awesome experience at the Klamath location on Washburn. Had such annoying trouble with my battery all day while running errands. Ended up at Autozone. Mike, Liam, & Edgar were very helpful & knowledgeable; made sure I got the free membership & discounts; let me use some of their own tools; & even assisted some with changing my battery. Employees were awesome. Experience was awesome. Definitely kept my business.
Its the part store I dont know what you can expect that the service sometimes is really really lousy because due to shortage of people or something like that store definitely can use a remodel and they need a better stock their shelves
Friendly knowledgeable staff on hand to help you out... They can be pretty busy at times so you might have to wait in line but if they dont have it in stock (which is most diesel parts) they are more than happy to order it for you and can even ship it to your house so you dont have to come back to town to pick it up in a day or two

Had what I was looking for. Also diagnosed a service engine soon light. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Dropped my battery off for charging. Came back at the time indicated and it wasnt ready. No big deal. I wasnt able to make it the next day, but my wife went. They had put my sticker on the wrong battery. When I went back today to correct the mistake I was told to go pound sand. That battery has you name on it, so its obviously yours. Well I dont think a top post battery will work well with my side post connectors but I guess I can try to screw them in.The Service was horrible. First arguing it was obviously my battery because they couldnt possibly make a mistake. Second, just telling me to go pound sound; there was not a single thing they could do to help. Offering nothing as a way to resolve the situation, looking up the other possible customers who got the wrong battery: nope. Nothing.Whelp. I guess I wont be going back there.

Very busy yet helpful
They are very informed, helpful, and professional. The first time we walked in the door I was cynical about the whole business but my wife had severe joint pain and we were at the end of our rope. We found a topical medication that has been very helpful and the other day I broke down and used it on a serious muscle cramp. OK, maybe I was wrong. 🤔 It really helped and Im rethinking my opinions. But regardless, the staff there are great.Somehow this review was for the Emerald Triangle but wound up here. Thats why all the stuff about joint pain didnt make sense. But as far as Autozone, they are the best. Always help me with what I need; even when Im not sure what it is . You guys (and girls) are the best.

Went in for an exhaust tip and asked the worker bryan for assistance on which ones would fit my make and model and he said theres nothing he could do to help me. Not sure why he is employed there if he cant even help with the slightest vehicle attachments

Service side of things the employees working here ice noticed, usually say IDK after trying to look up parts a little more efficient with training or common knowledge in order to be at all helpful. If the computer says, No the employee is list m seems confused when asking About another option or just plain new able to visualize the words for accuracy to plaguing the parts order the first time, without causing frustration... Also seems to be a tough place to work n succeed so I will have to accept it achieving no help... Different faces with no friendliness unless procedurally they are forbidden to know nothing...

Would have been 4 stars but there last time I was there and bought rear shocks one out of two were the wrong part and then the employee at the counter wanted to argue that they were the same. When obviously one was a mono shock and the other was a twin tube shock. And lately every time I buy parts I have to return them because they gave me the wrong parts.
Young gentleman named; Liam waited on me first time very knowledgeable about GMs and so patient with giving advice .Second time same positive experience with Liam if all retailers could provide this top quality service they were old be in Fortune 500.I will not add shop any where else.
Im giving auto zone the worst rating I can give because yesterday I asked the employee to check to see what kind of engine oil I needed for my 2014 honda accord he sold me 5w20 when I double checked I found out I needed 0w20 Ill never go back

Its an auto parts store not everyone that works there is knowledgeable about parts or vehicles so do your homework.
Store clean and guidelines followed calling ahead to inquire about a product left associate with enough of a note to self to give insight to my purchase and was well recieved as being remembered and appreciated advice. Thanks

The part we picked up didnt have all of the pieces inside the box that was supposed to be there. The fact that we live an hour away from town really bites. Then to make it worse we have to wait until the next day when a new one comes in. So much for our plans!!! Not happy.
The last few months this place has been exceptional. Friendly customer service and employees with knowledge about vehicles. They get an A-Plus from me.

I could hear voices at the back of the store, yet nobody came to help us, we had to wait for th one person who was already busy taking care of another customer. Doesnt seem nthat anyone enjoys wishing customers a good day, but hey what am I complaining, Im there to buy parts, not smiles Right? Ill probably try another store the next time it get it at Walmart

Its a typical AutoZone with a decent stock of behind the counter parts. The service was good and the parts guys were friendly. Its easy to see from the road and theres plenty of parking. I like to go early in the morning or late in the evenings. Theyll also let you call in and have them hold a part for you if its the last one.

The counter woman that assisted me in checking both alternators I had was really helpful and smiled through the whole process of Explaining how she was checking the alternators and what to look for in good or bad alternators.even with the pricing being so unreasonable it was an enjoyable trip and a definite knowledgeable staff
Very helpful and they love our veterans. Theyll always help you and do so with a smile. If they dont have what you need in stock theyll either offer to order it or if you are in pinch and need it now, theyll check other parts stores to see if they have it. The store is clean and well stocked and Im still surprised at the things you might find there.

Brought a car battery in it had failed in just under 2 years agian. Duralast have been the worst battiers.I told the guy at the counter its weak starting in the cold mornings for the last couple weeks. Finally one morning it was to weak to start and nothing was left on. He tested it said it was dead yep I know. He said Ill need to charge it and test it ok. Came back after 30 min tested it and he said its holding a charge I told him it wont hold a charge over the weekend he said disconnect the battery leads on the car really!!!!!! Ill shop at another parts store you guys lost a regular customer.

I called to c it they bought batteries and they said yes. I took it to them and he did a few things then handed me a 10 dollar gift card for there store. They need to tell people that before ring it up. I needed the 10 bucks for gas.

Standard fare for the AutoZone franchise. Long line with only one employee on till made my time in line significantly longer than the time spent finding the products I needed. Otherwise, clean store and friendly service.
I couldnt find the less expensive model of air filter I needed, but the counterman was able to extend a discount to me in order to bring the cost down a little. I really appreciated the effort!
