There is a woman who works in this store who is completely rude. We went in to look at something very quickly after we had dinner. The store was closing in 5 minutes but we were going to be quick so I didnt think it would be a problem. As soon as we get outside the store the woman is glaring at us. We walk in and she says We close in five minutes guys, five minutes which we responded politely and said we wouldnt stay over closing and take advantage of their time. She then follows us around the store giving us a countdown Four minutes guts, four minutes as if we didnt hear what she said 30 seconds ago. Shes then staring over our shoulders Do you guys even know what youre looking for? At that point we walked out of the store because this woman was clearly being very rude to us. The other employee that was in the taller male with light hair was very sweet and offered us assistance and even complimented my hair. However the woman who was in there is completely rude and does not treat customers with any sort of respect at all.

I love Sallys, but they are very low on supply of my type of hair dye that I use and they have been for awhile but the workers are always so sweet and helpful I definitely reccomend because they have hair dye that is cruelty free and are vegan they also dont ruin your hair I have dyed my hair many times and its still super healthy.

Customer service, selection and price is why I choose Sallys over again. Sara at the check out is FANTASTIC as well as the other ladies who are GLAD to help anyone who walks through the doors. Keep up the EXCELLENT customer service Sallys!!

Cant say enough about the Sallys store in Klamath Falls, Oregon! Staff have always been very helpful, but today went in with LED nail dryer that had quit working, they made exchange with NO hassle! Love those gals!

Found an amazing red for the tips of my hair

Employees at this location do not help customers. During my last shopping experience 1 of the employees was walking past asking if I needed help so I asked her about 2 different hair products and her response was its just whatever you prefer, I have to go and wash my hands!I ended up having to just guess between the 2 products

My wifes a Beautician and gets all her supplies here. Huge discounts if you have a license and one of their cards. Everything you need, you will find here. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff here. You wont be disappointed.

Not friendly at all, like it was too much trouble to help me. Apparently I was Disturbing there snack time. did not want to answer questions. Not friendly at all! Hire someone who really wants to work and someone that knows the products. Whats the point of having someone there that doesnt know anything about the products.

Went in to purchase a nose ring and when I asked a question it was like the girl couldnt be bothered!!! Rude when ringing me up. I shop here a lot and that will be the last time I go in there!!! #Dontbeabitch #ifyouhateyourjobgetanewone
