Took boots in to either have soles glued down or replaced. Told him I had to have them for wedding and he said they would be ready to go the day before. He has a very odd demeanor. Went to pick them up and he said, “I can’t do these”. I asked when he was going to let me know, he just cut off the repair tag and slid them over the counter at me. Now I’m scrambling. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t suggest you go either.

Best Customer Service ever received hands down!I walked in at closing time looking for a pair of safety toed work boots. Gentleman politely told me he did not carry any. After a long pause he pulled a pair of boots from behind the counter he had special ordered for a customer. I liked them enough to special order a pair for myself. He measured my feet and educated me in proper fit, and even ordered a pair to keep on hand in case the pair I had ordered were a hair too small. I also bought a very nice leather belt he hand crafted himself. As long as the Boot Barn is in business, I will never shop anywhere else for leather goods!

The Boot Barn is the best place I know to get a great quality pair of boots from. Dwight has more knowledge about foot wear then just about anyone I have ever come across and I have looked for boots from Washington to California.

Im nomadic and LIVE in my Whites boots. After a year and a half, it was time for resoling. But I cant be without them for the time it would take to mail them for a factory refurbish. Thus, it was great to discover, on July 14, 2018, that Basin Boot Barn is an authorized retailer. But best of all, Dwight, the owner, is a master Cobbler.You need look no further. Walked in for a repair on an ancient and well loved leather purse. They fixed my rivet, added a grommet, charged me $5. I’ll be back.

Basin Boot Barn is great! What a nice guy who runs it. I had my leather boots stretched and he got the job done! Definitely would recommend.

This used to be the place to go but the last time i was there he took my gaffs needing repair told me hed have them done in about a week 2 months later he gives them back and the only thing he did was ruin the leather that was on them cut out some blanks and give them back in worse shape then he got them!! He knows his leather but is more concerned with his belts than your belongings! If you have a choice go somewhere else!

Never had someone talk so rudely to me. Spent maybe 5 minutes in there with the man barking down my throat the entire time, and ended up literally leaving in tears. Can’t believe the guy is in business. As a shop owner myself I am honestly appalled.

Dont question these guys as theyre very knowledgeable.Enjoy youre visit each time.

Good selection of boots and you can take your time, get personal help to get that real good fit. Dont forget to buy your brushes and waxes or boot cream to maintain your boots.
