Excellent customer service. Came in with very specific requirements for what I wanted feature and system wise. They listened carefully, presented me with several options and price points, and then were very flexible with my unusual schedule working to get me in during the very small window of time I had to work with. Halfway through the work, I unexpectedly called them with a change request which they happily implemented despite my timing being horrible and causing them to have to redo some already completed work. Clean and professional installation of the entire system, it sounds amazing, but isn’t so ridiculously overpowered that the entire neighborhood has to hear me coming from a mile away when I’m playing it loud. All at a great price. Highly recommend Xpress Audio.

If you want to know what true old fashioned customer service is like I highly recommend a visit to John and Melissa of Xpress Audio. I came in, explained the issue I had, they were able to get me in later that day. They answered all questions I had and spoke old timer fluently. I was very pleased with the installation and the down to earth atmosphere they provided.

We had a backup camera put in our work truck and it works/looks great. Very reasonable pricing and they layout different options depending on your budget. Just had my buddy go there to get the same thing done. Great work and very clean install. Great customer service and friendly staff. I will be back soon. Id highly recommend this place as the best bang for your buck!

Went in only to buy a couple dollars worth of wiring, interrupted the owner in the middle of a job and was still treated like I was buying a $4,000 stereo system. I wish I had the means and money to spend more here because the service was beyond outstanding. Really looking forwarding to doing business with them again. Very knowledgeable staff.willimg to help people that dont have much experience in handling complex sound systems.

Took my car to these guys for a simple head unit and speaker install. Brought them all the parts, to include wiring harness and dash kit. When I went to pick it up, the bill was $100 over the quoted price because they had to use their own dash kit and the job took longer than expected. NOT ONCE did they call to notify me of the price changes. Will not go back again.

These guys do good work. They installed my stereo that I bought and added a camera for me, all for a good priceWould recommend.

I took my car there and they did a poor job. I took my car back the first time and they fixed some of the hairs in the tint. In the process they messed up several lines when cutting the tint. I can see light through the tint in multiple places. Took it back the second time and they fixed one of the windows and placed black tape over one of the missed cuts. I do not recommend this business. They do poor quality work and they are okay with it.

Didnt install all my wires, also recently found out my subs are hooked up to my front speakers and not where they are supposed to be, so cant use sub and amp to full potential without it pushing to much bass through car speakers

Need more help with function of radio/cassette player, Sirius radio connection. Not happy at this time, will follow up.
