I was coming in here a few times a week buying a specialty drink. I am allergic to milk so i get oatmilk. This person who was making my drink sometimes almost made it with cow milk a few days ago. I reminded him and told him i would have gotten very sick . Then 2 days ago he did the same thing again, only i didnt notice until it was too late. I became very ill. He denied it and refused to make my drink, and even though all i did was state what happened in a matter of fact calm manner, he told me never to come back again, over his error which he didnt apologize for, didnt make right, and called me a liar even though i was violently ill and know what it means to be lactose intolerant as i have been my whole life.

Try an Iced Oat Milk Latte with Lavender and Honey! Best alternative milk latte Ive had all year! I had it once and it was great, went back to see if it was as good the next time done by another barista and they did not disappoint. Thank you for the delicious drink where I could actually taste the amazing espresso in there!

I would have given five stars but the espresso was too tart and lemony for me (thats the trend nowadays, I guess Im old fashioned lol), a quality shot regardless, I just added a little extra milk to my macchiato to ease it off a bit. I will definitely come back to try a pour over. Nice ambience/location. Almond Square had a nice delicate flavor and a good chew to it. Oops, I almost forgot... Lovely Service as well🙂

This place is awesome! The employees are the best, they are super friendly with great energy. They have a little drive up window that I was able to walk up to with my dog. I was only in town a few days, and I got my coffee here every morning.

Cinnamon roll latte was so yummy. Sandwiches and paninis were cooked nicely, had a good ratio of items, and stayed together while you ate them.

Had the blended chai. It was delicious and the service was quick!

They were out of everything we tried to order and refused to unlock the outdoor seating area so that we could eat with our dog. So we just got a coffee and went somewhere else, but the coffee cup was covered with something sticky (honey?) which made it uncomfortable to drink.

Had a soy cayenne mocha, and it was excellent. Just enough cayenne to taste! Workers were friendly, location is welcoming. Parklet outside is nice too!

The basic drip coffee is the essence of a good coffee house. May I say that the coffee selection, perfect roasting and brewing is about the best in Southern Oregon, and compared to any other place for that matter. A very comparable close first is Noble Coffee in Ashland, followed by Case coffee in Ashland and then Limestone in Medford. The price of a good cup is about half of what the others charge. Truly a gem in Klamath Falls. That being said, I just cannot fathom the morning queue at Dutch Bros for the most generic tasteless brew of burnt coffee.

Great little coffee shop. Smooth, flavourful coffee. They have soy, oat and hemp milks as alternatives. Usually coffee places cant foam as well with alternative milks but she did a great job with both the hemp and soy. Great value healthy breakfast options too. We had oatmeal and a parfait for $4 total. Would come back tomorrow if we werent just passing through

Barista Mike recommended I get the 00 espresso, and he did not lead me wrong. Espresso shaken with ice and cream: bold espresso flavor with a little bitterness balanced by shaken creaminess.

Quick service and was so helpful finding me an amazing drink. Served at a perfect temperature for drinking. I can not wait to return.

Great coffee and a friendly staff. As a specialty coffee professional I was very impressed with the roast quality! The shop was empty when we stopped through but seemed like the type of place people enjoy hanging out, lots of books to borrow and kids books too. Definitely worth the stop in Klamath and a happy find for any specialty coffee lover.

Best coffee in Klamath Falls! It’s super smooth and they put like four shots of espresso in a normal size cup😂 you may leave jittery but you’ll be satisfied! They also have this adorable deck outside in the summer. Once the city park goes is finished it’s gonna have an awesome outdoor atmosphere. The inside is beautiful too. Modern and comfortable.

I lived locally a couple years back but moved away. When I found out they were going to be rolling out a delivery subscription for their roasted beans, I decided I had to join. I seriously missed the product.However, at some point GG had $170 dollars of mine, and I had zero product. My emails were not being responded to, my calls were not being returned, and I kept getting charged without receiving a single bag of coffee. 3 months later I recieved an email saying I was being refunded and it would be 2-3 days to go through. Over 2 weeks later I recieved a refund but not for the amount that was due. I have been waiting 4 MONTHS now since those refunds and have received zero correspondence to my multiple emails requesting the rest of my refund.I love the product, the staff at the cafe has always been lovely, but this whole ordeal has been absurd and so annoying.Can I please just have my money back?

Been going here for quite a few times and the service is always top-notch. The english muffin sandwich and power oatmeal are my go-to for breakfast and both are delicious! I usually call in advance and ask if they can get the sandwich started and its ready when I arrive. Combine all that with delicious coffee (strong cold brew!) and a 10% student discount and Im a repeat customer. Love this place!

Very good prices compared to local coffee shops in CA. Scones and Pastries for $1 or 2 for $1.50. Drip coffee was good. And under $2AC or fans could have been turned up a bit.

The epitome of excellent small batch roasting with impeccable barista training. Having been to numerous coffee shops in the Portland area, I can firmly state that Gathering Grounds is on par with the best that I have had in quality of their coffee, and far exceeds the market in the category of hospitality. A constantly evolving supply of single origin coffees to choose from around the globe makes for a new and exciting surprise every time I get the pleasure to make it in. Highly recommended venue!

Excellent service! The staff are true coffee professionals with a great sense of flavor combinations that prove it! Since they roast their own beans in-house, they know exactly how to extract the best tastes for any occasion. I highly recommend stopping in to try a cup.

Opens late. Who can wait until 8am on a Saturday for coffee?! And, they’re closed on Sunday. Very inconvenient. Also, they’re often out of things that are still on the menu. Really not sure how they stay in business. Anyway, it’s a great, downtown location - they should take advantage of it. Coffee is just okay - mostly skunky and overly bitter. Chalk it up to poor management.

Excellent coffee shop with a great atmosphere. This feels like an authentic coffee shop with a real brick wall and is just the right size with seating for a group or individuals. The sandwiches are fantastic with a good variety. I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of providing a shorter table and seats for kids. Makes a kid feel welcome and entertained.

Have been travelling the US for 2 months now. This place is up there with one of the best coffees and breakfast I have had! The person serving was great too! Wish I could come back every morning!

Laid back atmosphere and plenty of seating for such a small shop. Coffee is fantastic and the small breakfast/lunch menu is very filling and affordable. The downside is that this establishment is only open until 2 PM and closed on Sundays. But otherwise, there are no complaints to be had.

This is the real deal. The roast their own beans and make coffee the way it should be. A fun little shop with great atmosphere.

A charming little place that looks quite popular with the locals. The pour-over was nice and the Assam tea was lovely, but the breakfast croissant (bacon and egg croissant sandwich, panini style) was frozen in the middle. True, I couldve taken it back, but the gal working solo at the counter was quite busy with orders. Well come back the next time we are traveling through, but Ill stick to their fabulous drinks. The cold brew seltzer deserves a taste, as does the coffig, a roasted fig tea that might be an acquired taste, but sounds too fun not to try.

Great coffee shop. Needs longer hours for the warm weather months here in Klamath Falls. May - Sept you should be open later on Saturdays, especially when the Farmers Market is going!

One of the best places in Klamath to get an AMAZING cup of coffee. And their food is very tasty! My favorite is the breakfast sandwich that has the most amazing tomatoe jam.
