3rd ps4 controller I’ve gotten from here “New” has broken. Stick drift a week after I took it out of the box. I take great care of all my gaming equipment. They won’t even give me a return on it and they have no more controllers. Thanks a lot, won’t be buying anything here in the future. Stop putting repaired controllers in boxes and saying they are new.

Not a bad place for getting your gaming supplies. Friendly employees and wel laid out store. They just need to maintain their inventory a little more closely. I went in to purchase an item that online said they had, but when I got there, they didnt have it. They did offer me suggestions as to where I might find it, so that was a plus. I recommend calling ahead if you youre looking for something that you really need just to make sure they have actually have it in stock.

My situation could have been handled better. But ultimately I did get fully refunded hence the 3 stars.

The staff is nice and funny and try to help me in any way possible. The selection isnt that great but thats only because Klamath Falls is in the middle of no where. If there is a product you wish to buy but its at a different store, you can ask them to ship it to this store so you can purchase it and the clerks will help you do that. These are great people and, honestly, Game Stop is a safe haven for me when I go out.

I have been there three times so far in the past two months and all the employees have been very courteous and understanding. They may not give much for trade ins, but theyre not a pawn shop. As a company, I understand that they are trying to make profit.

I love all the gamestops you can have a nice discussion about the video games youre gonna buy and people are nice and respectful to their customers. But still make sure you get to take a look at the game for scratches and fingerprints

Great place staff and location. Always make sure to stop by and pre-order any new games. Prices are very fair the place is kinda scattershot if you need to find something it would be best to ask the staff if they have it or where it is. Not much else to say, stop by sometime and check it out.

Favorite gamestop ever! And I use to live in Sacramento haha. Always love coming in even if its just to talk about new releases. The staff is never anything less than amazing and helpful. You can tell they really care about the customer and you dont get that most the time at a gamestop. Theyre always honest about their views on games and if upgrades are really worth it to them, for me it helps gauge if the upgrades enough.

Always have a good game on sale or at least a used copy. Also used controllers and the such, that you can buy a 1 year warranty on, games too.

Went in to get an Xbox one for my son and the lady working was so rude. She kept rolling her eyes at me when I would ask a question and very rude and snappy when she would decide to answer me. Just left and went to Wal-Mart and got a brand new one for the same price they were asking for a used one at game stop. Ask Wal-Mart to do a price comparison and you will pay $160! Never going back to game stop again.

Has a variety of games that I probably would never would play (as Im PC master race) but was nice for my brother. Last time I went there, I was searching for a specific item and, sadly, was unable to find it. Otherwise, pretty okay store.

This is an OK GameStop. The wait at the checkout is irritatingly slow but the staff are very helpful. Stock like Amibos and skylanders is small.

Dont bother going to this store. I went in to inquire about getting a 3DS which had just gone on sale. They didnt have any in stock, which I expected, and directed me to use their online in-store pickup option.When I tried to explain to him that I tired that at home last night (because I already hate dealing with the employees here, but I didnt say that), but that the KF store didnt show up online, he A) blamed me for not using the website properly, B) blamed the Web people at Gamestop for not knowing how to do their job, and C) blamed all customers by stating its been really busy lately (there was one other customer in the store).Needless to say, when you insult your customers intelligence (something the employees here pride themselves on apparently), you wont be getting any of my money. Try Fred Meyer further down Washburn for all your video game needs.

This game stop is the only one in town but a lot of the times the demo consoles arent working but I blame that more on the city than the gamestop.
