The replaced my iPhone 7 battery a few weeks ago and it is still holding up really well. It was some what reasonable priced but I am very satisfied.

I called 2 or 3 times because o had an aux cord stuck in my audio port they removed it in litteraly 2min! Amazing probably best customer to business reception Ive ever had the gentleman with long hair was very nice and helpful!!

Love these folks. Really fair prices. Great service. They actually care about the customers. Definitely go above and beyond. I had a complete meltdown over the worst computer failure timing of my adult life and they totally saved me. They fixed my laptop, and because of delayed shipping times for my part did an emergency data retrieval using some digital Frankenstein meets MacGyver situation and were really nice about my freakout all for less than the cost of just the diagnostic at the competitors. They are the best place I know for tech support.

I rarely give a review let alone 5 star. This business deserves it! I had a brand new phone that I cracked the screen on, they ordered in the part and replaced it within a couple hours of me dropping it off. Afterwards I had an issue with the camera, so I called and was asked to bring it in asap. I brought it in, and they found the camera was faulty on the replacement screen (aftermarket screen that they saved me a bunch of cash on had a camera pre-installed). They swapped the OE camera from my original screen and assembled it again within a couple hours!! The micro-tech is the owner Im told, and his work is impeccable! To have a locally owned tech shop with this quality of work and the ability to work on / stay current with the latest tech is outstanding!! Give them a try.

Been there multiple times for different reasons and every time they did a great job. Even my parents have used their service and liked it and they arent the easiest to please. One time I brought in a computer that I had inherited and it was ABSOLUTELY caked with cigarette smoke sludge. Honestly I thought it was a lost cause but for about $100 they did an incredible job at cleaning it and that included a new power supply because the old one was a lost cause. Great place so far.

I called for a price to replace a screen on a Tablet and the cost was more than replacing the tablet. I recycled the tablet.

I have been in twice and both times was amazed at how personable and kind these guys are. They love what they do and I felt they were devoted to doing their best for me. They did not talk down to me because Im female or older and I felt they are very competent and extremely knowledgable. I never got the impression that my problem was too minor for them and they offered solutions I had never considered. I have both Mac and PC devices and I will be going back to them. I have been to other computer repair places in town who have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. The techs here care about the quality of their service and their reputation and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Their bedside manner is not very good but their skill level is awesome! Thanks for saving my computer from sure destruction from major water damage!

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. Steve worked with my 8 year old MacBook Pro and kept it limping along until I could purchase a new one. He was great to work with and provided me with lots of good ideas and suggestions.

I brought in my 2 in 1 laptop tablet that myself and No one I knew could get it working again. Now it is as brand new and is running and working perfectly. Thank you so much for ruiniting with one of my very favorite devices.I will definitely bring in other things.

Had a screen repair done on an iPhone, and all seems good. Even for KF, It was a little expensive though. It felt like the customer service may be rationed for more techie millennials.

This week my PC simply wouldnt boot up -- nothing I tried, including rescue disks, worked. Took it into Klamath Technology Services and they had it up and running pronto, and at very low cost. Definitely saved my bacon, and for not much dough! Friendly guys as well.

Took my laptop in to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. I dropped it off at 3 in the afternoon and they had it repaired by 10 the next morning. Im very happy with the service and the employees were very courteous. Id recommend these guys to anyone.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and repair of my apple MacBook. My mac abruptly stopped working and was giving me the apple wheel of death. I am not local to the Klamath area, and had previously not needed to use a computer repair shop. I did some research and Klamath Technology was one of the few places that would work on Mac products. I was hoping to use someone local to minimize the time it would take to get my computer back and running. Klamath Tech took a week and a half to look at and diagnose my computer. Apparently the person who was trained to work on apple products was out of town. After an extended waiting time, I was contacted and was told my hard drive was bad. They were able to replace my hard drive and transfer my data. Two months later I went to re-boot my computer and again, wheel of death. I took my computer back in yet for another repair. This time they were extremely poor at communicating with me. Each time I would call to check on the status of my computer, I would talk to a different person who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Each time I was given a different story or was told that the person working on it was not available. I eventually got a call that the motherboard was bad and told to buy a new computer. I asked if there was a way to replace the motherboard, or what other options I had. They explained it wasnt worth the price and to buy a new computer. I went and picked up my computer and took it home.My boyfriend decided to do some research to see if he could replace the motherboard himself, and discovered that my hard drive was no longer in the computer. I quickly called Klamath Tech and they reported that I could come back to the shop to pick it up. The tech at the front desk appeared nervous and unorganized. He explained to me that they keep most hard drives on bad computers to destroy them. I thought this was interesting considering the first time I took my computer in they gave me my old, ‘dead’ hard drive back. This seemed extremely sketchy and made me question their integrity and reliability. I ended sending my computer to apple and they ended up replacing my battery and it is working great. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel taken advantage of. Klamath Tech charged me upwards of $250 to unsuccessfully fix my computer when apple was able to replace a few minor things and have my computer up and running. I would not recommend them due to their questionable integrity and lack of knowledge regarding apple products.

They held on to my laptop for four days and didn’t fix a damn thing but charged me $27 dollars to give me my laptop back. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Im on the front end of getting my phone serviced with KTS, so all I can rate is the phone conversation leading up to an upcoming visit there. Very good customer service so far.Later:The service was good, but the customer service on the pickup and payment end was not. Also, got charged more for a part than was quoted.

Walked in and asked about replacing the screen on my iPhone 5S. They ordered some and were waiting for them to arrive in the mail. I left my name and phone number so they could let me know when the screens come in. I called a couple days later, no screens, skipped a day and called again. Still, no screens. I then skipped two days and called again. I was told they arrived and sold out.I find this to be fascinatiing, even after I left my name, number and called several times to acquire the shipment-status. Steve certainly never called me, however, again he took my name and number, and said he would call me as soon as the new shipment arrived. That was a week ago and I never heard a word from him or anyone at Klamath Technology.I ended up driving to Eugene where I had the screen replaced while I waited and it only took 20 minutes. It also only cost me $69.00 opposed to Klamath Technologys price of $99.00; that is if they exhibit any evidence of sincerely wanting your business, which apparently they do not.Dont bother wasting your time with this half-assed cell phone/computer repair business. They suck and you will accomplish nothing but wastage of your precious time.

Grit your teeth. Take a deep breath. This is Klamath Falls, not TechnoCentral. You may have to make a lot of phone calls. You may have to stop in a few times. This is pretty much the only option you have here.

We were on vacation, and I had forgotten the wall adapter to my laptop and was a bit disappointed. We saw this place and walked in at two minutes to closing time, looking for a suitable cord. Do you guys have this? Nah probably not, if we do itd be in this box. Oh yeah, heres one! Lets call it... $2. This was fast, exactly what I was looking for, and felt very friendly. Also the door makes a star trek door noise when you walk in. :P Id say, if youre looking for a niche product or something that may be hard to find, try here first. I was very impressed.

So my buddy turned his computer in about a month ago to have it looked at, after singing the waiver that basically says they can destroy your computer, it took a week to diagnose the system. They never found the issue, which was found in an hour at another IT service in town. After about a month my friend had noticed that the 2 sticks of RAM in his computer had been replaced when he was experiencing new issues the computer running slowly. We took the computer into Klamath Technology Services asking what was going on. The owner seemed completely dumbfounded and that he had never seen such RAM in his shop before, even though he was the one who put it there to test the equipment. He then proceeded to look at the computer and discuss how certain pieces of equipment were installed incorrectly (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS THE ONE WHO HAD INSTALLED THAT ABOUT A YEAR AGO). He then decided to claim it was one issue after another without valid reason. We never got the correct RAM sticks back, and the whole time the owner seemed to enjoy bragging about his own systems, instead of correctly addressing our own issues. It almost seems like this business intentionally does things incorrectly to rip you off and get repeat business to fix the issues they cause!Coming from someone with an IT background who doesnt have time to fix issues themselves, I would suggest going to another IT service in town, because other business are at least honest, fix your issues, and dont fall into a malpractice category. This shop is completely unethical.If I could I would give this place a 0/10, no stars, and would suggest this place be put out of business because of the weasels they are.

BUYERS BEWARE KLAMATH SCAMMERS TECHNOLOGY SERVICESBe aware if ordering any replacement parts as they do not include proper packaging or invoices for shipping. Theyll usually get to you wrapped in a little bit of bubblewrap and a rubber band and will break down quickly after purchased.Customer service is severely lacking, the employees tend to wear sunglasses during conversations making them seem extremely indifferent, they also get super snippy when they feel they need to educate someone on something. (theyre always needlessly educating...well AcTUaLlY )I enjoy giving people the benefit of the doubt but but these are a waste of time and only look towards their own wallets instead of offering anything resembling proper customer service destroying any faith in their establishment I may have had leaving them highly suspect of outright fraud as a business.I will never recommend them and if anyone I know or meet does need help with their tech I recommend you contact the manufacturer instead of using these uneducated charlatans as a go between.

I have now had four iPhones repaired by Klamath Technology Services. They have gone above and beyond with their service. Prices and service are both excellent. I would definitely recommend them.David F

Great service and helpful staff

I had originally left a 5 star review. But for years after hearing that if I bought from Jimmy he would support his products, I found that it was not true. Granted, I know hes been ill, but repeated calls are not returned. The products dont work as advertised and the support is spotty. I cant live with that. I need my products to work. Period.The last straw came when I was called tyrannical for insisting upon support without having to wait 3 days. Now Im sure that Jimmy will come back with some pithy response, but I dont think its unreasonable to expect service on products bought from him. Short-handed or not, I expect some respect also.

THEY LIE they are not good they are scammers. They claim to be certified Apple people but are not they messed up my warrantee for my phone. By not telling me that they’re not using Apple products to fix my phone so when I tried to go back and get it looked at again they can’t do anything about it now. The Apple company said it wasn’t even put on right so I recommend that if you have an Apple products with warranty still . The worse computer store in Klamath Falls! Took a laptop to have the fan replaced and told it would take five working days to fix. Call to pick it up now they broke the clip on keyboard and looking for the piece to fix it! 1,300 dollar computer does not work now.The staff is rude and makes excuses for their staff breaking the clip on keyboard on my computer ! Think the police should be called about this shop. I want my computer fixed or one of equal value and my money back. Do not take your computer there you might end up in my situation. Hope the owners take responsibility of this and for their staff . Before I report them to the police department. See you in Court! Man of his word! The owner is very irresponsible as well as the staff! Taking you to small claims! You could of made things right instead you choose to be taken to court for your staff breaking other people property! Advice to all customers DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS STORE!!!!!! You will be done Wrong!!!!

I have been going to Jimmy for repairs and bought computers from him and never had a problem.. But he is never there anymore and should be.. All I wanted was a mini sd formatted, took them two days and they called and said they couldnt do it.. Call me old fashion as a business owner for 30 years plus.. If a customer comes to my business and for some reason I cant repair or fix what they brought to me,I will always eat my time and not charge the customer for not being able to do what they need done.. I was charged full price for a format that was not done & The guy at the desk said something is wrong with the card.. I asked what is wrong, he said I am not sure.. So until Jimmy teaches the guys running his store good ole fashion business practices, I wont be back!!!

Kept my computer for 2 months, waiting for a hinge from china? when it did not come (they said) they then glued the hinge. CHARGED ME 100 DOLLARS. The glue has lasted 2 months. .Look else where.

I would not refer anyone to a shop that has you sign a waiver form so they are not responsible for destroying your computer, iPad or anything else that they say they can fix. If you dont believe me read the waiver before you initial it. Told me diagnostic would take 1 day and it took 6 days.
